Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between motor skills and body composition, cardiorespiration, muscle strength and muscle endurance. This literature review method was carried out by researchers to collect articles based on inclusion criteria using the Google Scholar, PubMed and ScienceDirect databases. The process of searching for articles was carried out based on inclusion criteria consisting of research articles, published articles for 4 years, articles that have been indexed by Scopus (Q1-Q4), and a sample consisting of elementary school students. Articles that have been obtained from 3 databases, will then be selected at the article identification stage, the researcher finds 260 articles from Google Scholar, 43 articles from PubMed and 255 articles from ScienceDirect, at the duplication stage, 4 similar articles are found out of 554 articles that have been collected. In the filtering stage, the researcher analyzed by placing limits on titles and keywords so that they issued 526 articles and found 28 articles. The feasibility process was carried out to select 28 articles with limitations on journal qualifications, research variables and methods used, resulting in 19 articles and 9 articles being tested at the quantitative synthesis stage. At the inclusion stage, the researcher conducted a selection at the final stage by finding 9 articles that matched the inclusion criteria. The results of the analysis of the articles that have been carried out, there are 8 articles in total that have a relationship between motor skills and body composition, cardiorespiration, muscle strength and muscle endurance, while 1 article has no relationship between motor skills and body composition. The conclusion of the study showed that there was a relationship between motor skills and body composition, motor skills and cardiorespiratory, motor skills and muscle strength, and motor skills and muscle endurance. Key words: Motor Skills and Health Related Fitness

Abstract

Community service activities were held on October 5 and November 3, 2022 with a total number of 75 participants. 40 students and 35 teachers and trainers. this activity was carried out online via zoom and continued with practice in the field of the Faculty of Sports Science, State University of Malang. The purpose of this service is to improve understanding of the rules and games of the Modern Pentathlon sport so that there will be many new young athletes who will be mentored by Physical Education, Sports and Health teachers. The implementation method is divided into four stages, namely: a) Licensing and Approach to PB Modern Pentathlon b) Making materials, c) Preparation for Implementation: Survey of locations for activities, making media. This media was created as a means of disseminating information through electronic media which contains information about the regulations of Modern pentathlon, preparation of socialization, d) Evaluation of activities. The results of this activity indicate an increase in the understanding of teachers, coaches and students about the rules and games of the Modern Pentathlon sport. This is the first time that Indonesia has participated in the Modern Pentathlon at the 2018 Asian Games. This sport continues to show positive developments by becoming the overall champion at the 2019 Philippine sea games. So that it is necessary to socialize and improve the understanding of sports actors, both teachers, coaches and students.

Abstract

Physical fitness merupakan peran yang diperlukan oleh para peserta didik untuk memberikan kegiatan dengan baik dalam maupuan luar sekolah, tingkat physical fitness siswa di sekolah dasar, menunjukan adanya presentase 45,83 %, dengan kategori sedang, 37,50 % dengan kategori kurang dengan, 8,33% dengan kategori baik dan 8,33% dalam kategori kurang sekali, hal ini menjelaskan bahwa tingkat physical fitness pada siswa sekolah dasar masih dalam kategori sedang hingga rendah, selain itu media pembelajaran pada materi kebugaran jasmani masih belum sepenuhnya terintegrasi pada aktivitas fisik yang menyenangkan dan menumbuhkan keterampilan berpikir kritis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran gamification fun thinkers movement terhadap kebugaran jasmani dan keterampilan berpikir kritis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah eksperimen one group pretest dan post test design, sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 28 siswa kelas 5 di sekolah dasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pengaruh yang signifikan antara media pembelajaran gamification fun thinkers movement terhadap physical fitnees dan keterampilan critical thinking.

Abstract

Physical literacy is the development of various human movements consisting of basic movement skills and basic sports skills, so that these skills provide tools for humans to do physical activities that improve or maintain lifelong health. On average, students after school do not have time to do physical activities, this shows that awareness of physical activity is very low, in addition, in physical education learning there are still students who lack and have not optimized physical activity, so that motivation, understanding, knowledge and movement activities in children decrease. This study aims to determine the effect of reciprocal learning in big ball games in improving physical literacy in 12-year-old children at the junior high school level. The method in this study uses a randomized control group pretest-posttest design experimental study, this experimental study was conducted on a group with a control or comparison group, the research sample consisted of 12-year-old children at the junior high school level, the research instrument used in this study adopted from the measurement of physical literacy from the Canadian Assessment of Physical Literacy (CAPL). The results in the independent t-test output table in the equal variances assumed section are known to have a Sig (2-tailed) of 0.015 <0.05 so that a decision can be taken that in the independent sample t-test it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, thus the results of this study conclude that there is a significant difference in the final test results of reciprocal learning in big ball games in improving physical literacy between the intervention group and the control group.

Abstract

Abstract. The achievement of a movement learning process will run well and maximally if it includes the influence of new media or teaching and is accompanied by appropriate technology. The aim of this research is to find out the effectiveness of Augmented Reality (AR) in floor exercise. This research method uses an experimental approach with a randomized control group pretest and posttest design. The subjects in this study consisted of 10 children in each control and experimental group, making a total of 20 children aged 13-14 years. The results of this research show an average value of 40.90 in the control group and 100.50 in the experimental group. It can be concluded that there was an increase in floor exercise movement skills for front rolls and back rolls in both groups by 59.6%. In the paired samples test, the Sig (2-tailed) value was 0.000 0.005, indicating significant differences in floor exercise skills between the control and experimental groups. This research demonstrates the effectiveness of AR models in improving floor exercise skills. The novelty of this research lies in its application of AR technology in physical education, which has not been extensively explored. The implications of this study suggest that AR technology can significantly enhance learning experiences and outcomes in physical education, providing a valuable tool for educators and students alike.Abstract in Indonesia. Ketercapaian sebuah proses pembelajaran gerak akan berjalan dengan baik dan maksimal jika di dalamnya terdapat pengaruh media atau pengajaran yang baru serta disertai dengan teknologi yang tepat guna. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas Augmented Reality (AR) dalam senam lantai. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan eksperimental dengan desain kelompok kontrol acak pretest dan posttest. Subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 10 anak di setiap kelompok kontrol dan eksperimen, dengan total 20 anak berusia 13-14 tahun. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 40,90 pada kelompok kontrol dan 100,50 pada kelompok eksperimen. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan keterampilan gerak senam lantai untuk guling depan dan guling belakang di kedua kelompok sebesar 59,6%. Pada uji sampel berpasangan, nilai Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 0,005, yang menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan dalam keterampilan senam lantai antara kelompok kontrol dan eksperimen. Penelitian ini menunjukkan efektivitas model AR dalam meningkatkan keterampilan senam lantai. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini terletak pada penerapan teknologi AR dalam pendidikan jasmani, yang belum banyak dieksplorasi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa teknologi AR dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan pengalaman dan hasil belajar dalam pendidikan jasmani, memberikan alat yang berharga bagi pendidik dan siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, di mana setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap utama, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 32 mahasiswa PKO UMUKA, yang terbagi menjadi 30 laki-laki dan 2 perempuan. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber, yaitu mahasiswa, peneliti, dan guru yang berperan sebagai kolaborator. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes dan observasi, serta untuk memastikan validitas data digunakan teknik triangulasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode persentase untuk mengamati perkembangan dan kecenderungan dalam proses pembelajaran.Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa pada tahap prasiklus, dari 32 mahasiswa, sebanyak 20 mahasiswa (63%) sudah masuk dalam kategori minimal layak pada aspek afektif, 18 mahasiswa (56%) pada aspek kognitif, dan 17 mahasiswa (53%) pada aspek psikomotor. Pada siklus I, terjadi peningkatan, di mana 28 mahasiswa (88%) telah mencapai kategori minimal layak pada aspek afektif, 22 mahasiswa (69%) pada aspek kognitif, dan 23 mahasiswa (72%) pada aspek psikomotor. Kemudian pada siklus II, pencapaian semakin meningkat dengan 32 mahasiswa (100%) memenuhi kategori minimal layak pada aspek afektif, 31 mahasiswa (97%) pada aspek kognitif, dan 30 mahasiswa (94%) pada aspek psikomotor.Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan media pembelajaran audio visual efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar gerakan Senam Anak Indonesia Hebat pada mahasiswa PKO UMUKA untuk tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Abstract

Kepercayaan diri yang rendah dapat membuat seseorang lebih rentan terhadap dampak negatif toxic comment, sementara kepercayaan diri yang tinggi membantu individu lebih kuat secara mental dan tidak mudah terpengaruh oleh komentar merendahkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara paparan toxic comments dengan tingkat kepercayaan diri atlet bola voli. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner mandiri yang diisi oleh 20 atlet voli aktif berusia 15-25 tahun, dengan minimal pengalaman berlatih selam lebih dari 3 tahun serta berbagai posisi yaitu spiker, setter, maupun libero. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu toxic comments yang diadaptasi dari Cyberbullying Questionnaire dan kepercayaan diri atlet. Hasil uji korelasi Pearson menunjukkan hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara toxic comments dan kepercayaan diri (r = -0.799, p = 0.000), mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi paparan komentar negatif, semakin rendah kepercayaan diri atlet. Temuan ini menegaskan dampak buruk toxic comments terhadap psikologi atlet, terutama dalam hal kepercayaan diri atlet. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya manajemen kesehatan mental dan perlindungan atlet dari komentar negatif untuk mendukung performa optimal. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya menciptakan lingkungan olahraga yang mendukung serta perlindungan bagi atlet dari paparan komentar merugikan, khususnya di media sosial.

Abstract

Study purpose. Develop virtual hologram box technology in improving the physical fitness of junior high school students Materials and methods. Study adopted the research and development of Borg and Gall which is divided into planning, development and implementation stages. Subjects of this study consisted of junior high school students in grade VII with a sample size of 24 students, small-scale trials were taken with 8 students and for large-scale trials were taken with 16 students, in sampling the researcher used proportional random sampling. Instrument used in this study was a product trial questionnaire, using a Likert scale which was then assessed by experts and observers of the virtual hologram box technology media Results. Validation results showed an average value of 84% with a very good category, the results of small-scale group trials showed an average gain from experts and observers of 77.5% with a good category and the results of large-scale group trials showed an average gain percentage from experts and observers of 81% with a very good category and the product can be used without experiencing any problems. Conclusions. Findings of this trial emphasize that the integration of interactive technology such as virtual hologram box can be a solution to enrich conventional and limited physical fitness teaching methods. The use of this technology allows students to be more actively involved in the learning process, and helps teachers in delivering materials in a more interesting and innovative way. For future research, the development of hologram technology should be able to visualize 3D animation, and can be tested at a higher level.

Abstract

Increasing competence is a necessity in the field of education, increasing competence possessed by a person will increase a certain amount of knowledge, therefore the importance of increasing competence for teachers is an effort to harmonize learning patterns and the education system as a whole. In the systematic planning of learning, the preparation of learning devices is an obligation that must be owned by a teacher before carrying out the process of teaching and learning activities, teachers who have good competence if they can make, develop, design and implement learning devices, therefore the preparation of learning devices should be adapted with the needs of students, PJBL and PBL. The methods in this service consist of the lecture method, mentoring, measurement of results. The results in this service are that the teacher has an understanding of the syntax of the learning model, and the differences in the PBL and PJBL work systems, broadens horizons in making teaching modules that suit student needs, can analyze and apply the PBL and PJBL methods in each learning activity, PJOK educators have better understanding of concepts, procedures, and evaluation in developing learning tools adapted to the implementation of the independent curriculum.

Abstract

Everyday life requires a lot of expenses. Of course, this must be balanced with maximum income. So productivity is very important to achieve goals. Human resource factors in an agency play an important role because they play a role in planning and implementing factors in realizing goals. Individual productivity is one of the factors that can influence success in an organization. This concerns individual development in terms of knowledge and skills in doing something, especially for sports graduates. The method in this service is in stage 1 analyzing the preparedness of the sports master's students' environment towards graduation, analysis of individual career development training needs, stage 2 model design training, validation of the model plan developed, revision of the initial model design which has been validated, stage 3 model testing which was developed, revised the model based on feedback and findings from implementation results, implementation model stage 4, training/dissemination stage 5. The results of the service implementation were carried out smoothly so that it could be implemented well. With this dedication, it is hoped that the audience will not only gain knowledge but also be able to design their own profession or career targets for the next few years
