Abstract

The main object of the study is to create a model of low aerobic impact, which is called the “Sello Aerobic Gymnastics Model.” The product of this study is video has packaged in a VCD (Video Cassette Disc). This study uses a research design by Borg and Gall, Research and Development (R & D). The subjects of this study are level 2 of physical education student STKIP Kusumanegara Jakarta. In the effectiveness test by this has tvalue is smaller than ttable, namely 13.54 and 1.86 and Ha is accepted, meaning that the Sello Aerobic Gymnastics Model is feasible to be applied in the small group tryout and field group tryout. Conclusion of this study are Sello Aerobic Gymnastics Model can be used as a physical education student preparation in Field Experience Program (Program Pengalaman Lapangan/PPL) so that students have the provision to be applied aerobic skill and brought to school, Sello Aerobic Gymnastics Model has given new atmosphere and new gymnastics references that are suitable for beginners as a motivation and introduction of aerobics for level 1. By the results of the small group tryout, and the field group tryout can be concluded that Sello Aerobic Gymnastics Model can improve aerobic skill for physical education student.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis residu kloramfenikol pada udang windu (penaeus monodon) menggunakan high performance liquid cromatography (hplc). Penelitian ini menghasilkan Residu kloramfenikol pada sampel udang windu (Penaus monodon) yang dianalisis menggunakan HPLC.Kadar residu kloramfenikol pada udang windu (Penaus monodon) dari Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera (PPS) Kutaradja adalah sebesar 0,0024634 ppm. Dapat dikatakan bahwa udang windu dari PPS kutaradja masih aman untuk dikonsumsi karena tidak melewati BMR yang telah ditetapkan oleh SNI 01- 6366-2000 yaitu sebesar 0,01 ppm.

Abstract

 Donomulyo is one of the villages in Malang district with several potential villages, including plantations, tourism, and religion. Sugarcane plantations are the village's leading commodity with strategic value based on physical considerations regarding soil conditions, water conditions, climate, socio-economics, and the profession of the majority of villagers. The area of the sugar cane plantation reaches around 51 hectares. However, these potentials are not well known by the public. This layout design is used as an illustration of the development of sugarcane plantations in Donomulyo Village. The development of this potential will lead to the creation of educational tourism for cultivation and compost sugarcane. Therefore, making this layout design is an attempt to optimize the village's potency, especially sugarcane plantations, as an introduction to educational facilities for the community and public. The cultivation and compost educational tourism will become a center of the agricultural sector in Donomulyo Village and will certainly provide additional knowledge to the community regarding the cultivation and maintenance of the agricultural and plantation sectors, which are the professions of the majority of villagers. The existence of this educational tourism will also be a way to improve the economy of Donomulyo Village.

Abstract

The obstacle for physical education (PE) teachers during COVID-19 was conducting video assessments of students' movement skills one by one so that the teacher's focus was dominant on assessing. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of self-and peer assessment of the skills of Pencak silat front kicks in Physical Education subjects. The method used is a comparative causal method with a quantitative approach. The selection of the sample is by using the incidental sample technique in class VIII students of SMP Negeri 3 Malang. The data obtained was in the form of self-, peer, and teacher assessments on the material for Pencak silat front kicks using an online application. The results of the different tests using the Wilcoxon Signed Test obtained a P value > 0.05 so that the data did not differ between the comparison of self- (SA) and peer assessments (PA) and the teacher's assessment (TA). Self-assessment and peer assessment was declared effective in assessing movement skills, especially the material for the Pencak silat front kick.

Abstract

Background: The decreased intensity of exercise accompanied by the absence of an exercise program aimed at maintaining physical condition during the COVID-19 outbreak caused the wrestling athletes of Camp Satria Perkasa Kedunggebang to experience a decrease in physical condition. Objectives: This study aims to improve the physical quality of 20 athletes categorized according to their teens (ages 13-16 years) and juniors (ages 17-21 years), consisting of 14 males and 6 females. Methods: The research method used is a quantitative research type within action sports research. In this sports action research, there are two cycles, and each cycle consists of 3 to 5 meetings, where each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely planning, action/treatment, observation/observation, and reflection. Results: From the results of the tests that have been carried out, many athletes have managed to improve their speed quality as much as 70% of the total athletes, 75% agility quality, 85% strength component and 75% endurance. Conclusion: That all components of the athlete's physical condition have successfully met the previously targeted success criteria.

Abstract

Nutmeg seed shell waste contains 21.34% cellulose, 12.93% lignin, 53.67% crude fiber, 6.16% ash, 0.11% phenol, and 0.38% carbonyl. The content of cellulose and lignin in the nutmeg shell waste is quite large, so it can be used as something of value. Cellulose can be synthesized into cellulose acetate. The use of cellulose acetate is very diverse, such as in the film industry, biodegradable plastics, paper coatings, metals, and glass, as an adhesive for topographic films as the main raw material in membrane synthesis processes. Therefore, it is necessary to characterize cellulose and cellulose acetate from nutmeg shell waste (Myristica fragrance) in South Aceh. The method used is in the form of cellulose isolation using the soxhletation process, then bleaching and hydrolysis processes are carried out, then it is synthesized into cellulose acetate. Characterization of cellulose by determining % yield, cellulose content, ash content, moisture content, FTIR, XRD. Characterization of cellulose acetate by determining the acetyl content and FTIR. The characterization results obtained ash content of 3.04%, moisture content of 15.55%, yield of 35.36% and 5.29% cellulose content. XRD characterization obtained a diffractogram peak at an angle of 2θ = 22.2111o, a crystallinity of 96% and a crystal size of 0.5292 nm. Characterization of the functional groups of cellulose in the form of stretching O-H, C-H and C-O groups which are at wave numbers 3331.04 cm-1, 2871.29 cm-1 and 1024.96 cm-1. Functional groups of cellulose acetate in the form of O-H, C=O, acetyl C-O, bent C-H and C-O groups are at wave numbers 3348.82 cm-1, 1719.61 cm-1, 1227.23 cm-1, 1369.50 cm-1 and 1028.62. The acetyl content is 39.18% and the degree of substitution is 2.65%.

Abstract

Abstract : The growth of the information technology sector in Indonesia is relatively fast and will continue to grow, this will affect the way a business entity fulfills human resource needs to complete a project being carried out. Freelancers or freelancers are one solution for project owners who want employees to meet their human resource needs. One of the important factors in determining the success of a project undertaken by a freelancer is recruiting the right people to work on the project, but there are problems with clients towards freelancers, namely communication, turnaround time, and the payment system. So the authors took the initiative to design UI/UX Design for freelancer service applications where the application design is intended to meet 3 aspects of the problem, communication, turnaround time, and payment systems. In addition, application design is built using the UCD (User Centered Design) system development model so that applications are designed according to the objectives and meet user needs.

Abstract

The membrane is a semipermeable selective thin layer that is used as a barrier between two phases, the feed phase and the permeate phase. Several studies have been carried out on the synthesis of cellulose acetate membranes, but research on cellulose acetate membranes from nutmeg shell waste is still rare. Therefore, the characterization of cellulose acetate membrane from a nutmeg shell was conducted. This study aims to characterize cellulose acetate membranes from nutmeg shells using the phase inversion method with variations in the weight of cellulose acetate 0.1 and 0.2 grams. The plasticizers used are polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and dope solution. Characterization was carried out in thickness, tensile strength, morphology by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), functional groups, membrane permeability, rejection value, degree of swelling, and membrane standards. The results obtained for good morphological characterization were found in membranes number 2 and 4, the value of rejection and flux on membrane number 2 (t = 1 minute) was 31.1%, and the flux value was 4.6 L/m2.h for membrane number 3 (t) (t = 3 minutes) 31.6% and the flux value was 0.3 L/m2 per hour. The good thickness and strength of the membrane are found in the number 1 membrane, with a thickness of 0.11 mm and tensile strength of 3.06 MPa. Swelling degree and suitable membranes are found in membrane number 1, 59.52%, and 32.2%, respectively. The functional groups contained in the FTIR spectrum include the C – H group, which is located in the wave number range of 2959.79 cm-1, C = O is located at 1722.06 cm-1, C –O acetyl is located at 1271.04 cm-1 and C – O stretching is located at 1072.13 cm-1, and the presence of a PVC group is located at 742.12 cm-1. The conclusion is that membrane number 1 is good for further application.

Abstract

Plastik merupakan salah satu penyumbang sampah terbesar saat ini, kesulitan dalam pengolahan limbah plastik ini adalah sulitnya plastik untuk diurai. Karena plastik sulit diuraikan namun masih dapat diolah kembali dengan cara dilelehkan dan dijadikan bahan baku untuk digunakan kembali. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian kali ini adalah value engineering, mesin peleleh plastik ini dibuat dengan menggunakan proses manufaktur dan menggunakan bahan yang mudah didapat, sehingga harapannya bahwa alat ini akan dapat di modifikasi dan dikembangkan serta digunakan oleh banyak pihak yang membutuhkan. Model yang sedikit membedakan dari kegiatan perancangan sebelumnya ada bentuk mesin yang vertikal dengan menggunakan satu pemanas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis bahwa rangka tuas sesuaikan dengan postur tubuh rata-rata operator sehingga ukuran yang didapatkan adalah 100 cm, lalu rangka pemanas di berikan ruang untuk penempatan pemanas yang sedikit berjarak jika nantinya ada penambahan pemanas.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini disusun bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif dan kemampuan motorik halus anak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan model yang meliputi uji tahap I dan uji tahap II. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini berupa produk yang bernama Edukit Box. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan 43 sampel yang meliputi anak-anak usia 6-10 tahun. Hasil data pada penelitian ini mengenai kemampuan kognitif para responden yaitu: 41,86% dan 30,28% dapat dikatakan sebagai kategori belom berkembang, 32,56% dan 18,60% dikategorikan masih berkembang, 18,60% dan 23,26% dikategorikan berkembang sesuai harapan, dan 6,98% dan 27,91% dikategorikan berkembang sangat baik. Sedangkan dalam aspek kemampuan keterampilan motorik halus para responden maka dapat dikatakan bahwa: 48,83% dan 32,56% dikategorikan belom berubah, 27,91% dan 13,95% dikategorikan masih berkembang, 16,28% dan 34,88% dikategorikan berkembang sesuai harapan dan 6,98% dan 18,60% dikategorikan berkembang sangat baik. Kesimpulan berdasarkan data penelitian maka dapat dikatakan bahwa Edukit Box merupakan salah satu alat media bermain yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif dan kemampuan motorik halus anak.
