Abstract

The problem of learning difficulties that often occurs in schools results in some students experiencing a decline in their academic field so that the efforts of guidance and counseling teachers in dealing with this matter are very necessary to improve students' academic scores. In this research, guidance and counseling teachers use classical guidance services with an expository method, namely providing a preventive measure so as not to increase students' problems in the field of learning. By providing classical guidance services provided in class units in one classroom, it is hoped that they can provide guidance services in the field of learning as a whole. comprehensive. So it is hoped that this research can help guidance and counseling teachers or students in preventing problems with learning difficulties that are presented in written work. The general problem formulation in this research is how to implement classical guidance with expository methods to prevent learning difficulties at SMA Negeri 01 Kencong Jember. The problem formulation specifically includes; How to plan a classical guidance program using the expository method to prevent learning difficulties at SMA Negeri 01 Kencong Jember, how to implement classical guidance using the expository method to prevent learning difficulties at SMA Negeri 01 Kencong Jember, how to evaluate classical guidance using the expository method to prevent learning difficulties at SMA Negeri 01 Kencong Jember. This research was conducted using a qualitative research approach. This type of research is phenomenological research. The primary data sources in this research are; guidance counselor for SMA Negeri 01 Kencong Jember, students of SMA Negeri 01 Kencong Jember, and homeroom teacher. Meanwhile, secondary data sources include; school archives of SMA Negeri 01 Kencong Jember. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques by Miles and Huberman which include; data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Data validity includes source triangulation. This research succeeded in concluding that; The implementation of classical guidance with expository techniques to prevent students' learning difficulties at SMA Negeri 01 Kencong Jember is running smoothly even though there are obstacles that can still be overcome by the guidance and counseling teachers. This is proven by classical guidance planning, namely by distributing initial needs assessments to students to find out data on needs and problems experienced by students. Then proceed with the implementation of formal guidance, namely by dividing students into study groups and delivering guidance material using expository techniques in accordance with RPL-BK. Abstract

Penggunaan metode pelajaran yang efektif akan menciptakan suasana kegiatan belajar mengajar siswa yang aktif dan semakin baik pula pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran serta kemampuan guru dalam mengelola proses pengajaran melalui metode yang diterapkan. Dengan penggunaan metode role playing untuk menciptakan siswa yang aktif dan tujuan pembelajaran yang baik kegiatan belajar mengajar yang aktif dan mampu memotivasi belajar siswa.Adapun Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Apakah tehnik role playing efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa? Dengan sub fokus penelitian (1) Apakah tehnik role playing efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar intrinsik siswa? (2) Apakah tehnik role playing efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar ekstrinsik siswa?Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas tehnik role playing dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di SMK Ma’arif NU Kencong. Dengan tujuan khusus Untuk mengetahui efektivitas tehnik role playing dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar secara intrinsik dan ekstrinsik dengan siswa.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode one grub pretest-postest design. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMK Ma’arif NU Kencong. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik purposive Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket, Analisis data menggunakan SPSS Versi 25.0 Penelitian ini berhasil menyimpulkan bahwa: (1) Teknik role playing efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dengan perolehan nilai signifikansi 0,000 dimana 0,000 < 0,05 (2) Teknik role playing efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar intrinsik siswa dengan perolehan nilai signifikansi 0,000 dimana 0,000 < 0,05 (3) Teknik role playing efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar ekstrinsik siswa dengan perolehan nilai signifikansi 0,003 dimana 0,003 < 0,05

Abstract

Adolescence is a period when a person experiences a transition from childhood to adulthood, from psychological and social aspects. Therefore, there are still many teenagers who are still unstable and cannot control themselves in positive things. This research is motivated by problems that arise at MA Irsyadun Nasi'in Kasiyan, namely students are still less able to control themselves in positive things, especially in the aspect of learning concentration. and learning discipline. So this research is a form of BK teacher's efforts to overcome problems related to self-control that exist at MA Irsyadun Nasi'in, especially in class XI IPS. The focus of this research is How to Implement Classical Guidance Counseling Using Small Group Discussion Techniques to Increase Student Self Control? And the sub-focus of this research includes: How to plan classical guidance counseling using small group discussion techniques to increase student self-control? How is the implementation of classical counseling guidance using the small group discussion technique to increase student self-control?, and how is the evaluation of classical counseling guidance using the small group discussion technique to increase student self-control? This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The technique for selecting subjects or samples in this research uses a purposive sampling technique, namely selecting samples/subjects based on certain criteria. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation, while at the data validity testing stage this research uses source triangulation. In this research, a conclusion was found that the implementation of classical guidance using small group discussion techniques went through three stages, namely planning, implementation and evaluation. The first is the guidance planning process which is carried out by proposing a class schedule and making an RPL, the second is the implementation stage which begins with an introduction or greeting, then the core activity which begins with the guidance and counseling teacher delivering material according to the RPL after that enters the discussion process, and the last is a process evaluation and results evaluation activity. By implementing Classical Guidance Using Small Group Discussion Techniques, it can be concluded that Classical Guidance activities can increase students' self-control, which is proven by the increased attitude and knowledge scores.

Abstract

Posyandu for the Elderly is an integrated community-based health service designed to ensure that older adults receive appropriate and accessible healthcare. This study aims to explore the implementation of the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) method within the Elderly Posyandu program in Karanganyar Hamlet, Gumukmas District. The research focuses on fulfilling the physiological needs of the elderly, particularly in terms of nutritional and health-related aspects. The ABCD method emphasizes the mobilization of local assets and community potential, allowing older adults to take an active role in maintaining their own health. The findings indicate that the Elderly Posyandu program has effectively enhanced the elderly’s awareness of the importance of health, mainly through early detection of common diseases such as hypertension and diabetes, as well as counseling on healthy dietary practices. Posyandu cadres regularly conduct health assessments—including measurements of height, weight, and blood pressure—and provide education on the balanced nutritional intake required by older adults.
