Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas implementasi Safari Ramadhan sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan pemahaman keagamaan di kalangan siswa SMK Muhammadiyah 5 Jember. Adapun metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat penelitan ini menggunakan metode EBR (Empowerment-Based Research) dengan menerapkan langkah-langkah ECA-EVARED (Exploration, Create and Action, Evaluation and Dissemination). Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan angket terhadap siswa yang terlibat dalam kegiatan Safari Ramadhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Safari Ramadhan berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap ajaran Islam. Partisipasi siswa dalam kegiatan keagamaan seperti diskusi, ceramah, dan berbagi pengalaman menunjukkan minat yang tinggi terhadap pembelajaran agama. Faktor pendukung seperti dukungan dari pihak sekolah dan partisipasi siswa yang aktif menjadi kunci keberhasilan implementasi ini. Meskipun demikian, terdapat juga beberapa faktor penghambat seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan waktu. Rekomendasi untuk pengembangan kegiatan serupa di sekolah lain termasuk memperluas jangkauan kegiatan, melibatkan pihak eksternal, penyediaan sumber daya yang memadai, evaluasi dan pemantauan berkala, serta pengembangan materi pembelajaran yang menarik dan relevan. Dengan menerapkan rekomendasi tersebut, diharapkan implementasi Safari Ramadhan dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman keagamaan di kalangan siswa di berbagai sekolah.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the concept of ḥalālan ṭayyiban food in the Qur'an and school policies in ensuring nutrition and healthy food for students. This study employs a multi-method design involving both library and field studies. The library study uses a tahlili interpretation method to analyze the concept of ḥalālan ṭayyiban, while the field study examines school policies. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, document analysis, and the review of Qur'anic verses and related interpretations. Data were analyzed descriptively through reduction, presentation, and conclusion techniques. The findings indicate that ḥalālan ṭayyiban not only pertains to permissibility but also to nutritional value and food healthiness. Schools play a vital role in ensuring students consume ḥalālan ṭayyiban food through policies such as outreach, canteen monitoring, and collaboration with parents.

Abstract

This service aims to carry out a sustainable strengthening of religious moderation challenges in the digital space for students, of course, it is very appropriate to be developed through creating a website or digital platform that can be accessed by all students to obtain information and materials on religious moderation either directly from kiyai or ustad. Use social media, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or YouTube to share educational materials, sermons, and recitations online. Holding webinars or video conferences with topics relevant to religious moderation and tolerant and inclusive Islamic values. Create podcasts or audio recordings that can be accessed by all students to listen to religious recitation or lectures. Holding competitions or competitions that direct students to produce creative content that supports religious moderation, such as making educational videos or writings containing messages of religious moderation

Abstract

A teacher is someone who imparts knowledge to the students he teaches. In selecting quality teachers, schools usually recruit teachers using various criteria and methods. However, what has been voiced recently is regarding the teacher recruitment policy through the marketplace. The aim of this research is to analyze the perspective of Probolinggo Regency teachers regarding the emergence of teacher recruitment policies through the marketplace. The method used in the research is a qualitative method. The research objects are all teachers in Probolinggo Regency. Data collection techniques are interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results obtained were those who agreed and disagreed with teacher recruitment through the marketplace. The reason they disagree is because they feel they don't honor and respect teachers, while those who agree are because it makes it easier for school principals to find the teachers they need. This research can be used as a reference for the government in determining teacher recruitment policies through the marketplace which will be realized in 2024.

Abstract

Conflict in the school environment is an inevitable phenomenon, often arising from issues of communication, personal relationships or organizational structure. Effective conflict management can create an environment conducive to learning and have a positive impact on the quantity of learners. This study aims to examine conflict management at MIS Thoriqil Huda Juwet Nganjuk in the context of increasing learner quantity. Using a qualitative approach with a multicase study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. Data sources included the academic community as primary data and related documents and photos as secondary data. Data analysis was conducted through the Miles Huberman model, with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, as well as cross-case analysis for comparison of findings. The results showed that both institutions, MIS Thoriqil Huda Juwet Nganjuk and MTs Darul Ihsan Nganjuk, succeeded in identifying the symptoms and causes of conflict and the parties involved. The comprehensive approach at MTs Darul Ihsan, which involves the boarding school caregiver in conflict resolution, as well as evaluation through incidental supervision, has proven effective in improving the quality of teacher performance. Both institutions showed an improvement in the conducive learning environment, which has the potential to increase the number of students and the overall quality of education.

Abstract

Perkembangan media sosial telah secara signifikan mengubah cara penyebaran ajaran Islam, di mana nilai-nilai keislaman semakin mengalami komodifikasi melalui berbagai platform digital. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana komodifikasi tersebut terjadi serta implikasinya terhadap pendidikan Islam. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi pustaka, penelitian ini menyintesis berbagai sumber akademik terkait digitalisasi Islam, monetisasi dakwah, dan pergeseran otoritas keagamaan di era digital. Hasil kajian menunjukkan beberapa bentuk komodifikasi yang konkret. Pertama, monetisasi konten dakwah terjadi melalui platform seperti YouTube dan TikTok, di mana para pendakwah memperoleh penghasilan dari iklan, donasi, fitur langganan berbayar, serta penyediaan konten religius eksklusif yang hanya bisa diakses pengguna tertentu. Kedua, selebritisasi ulama tampak dari bagaimana sebagian tokoh agama membangun personal branding dan pengaruh berbasis jumlah pengikut, dengan menyusun konten yang berorientasi pada daya tarik massa, seringkali mengorbankan kedalaman teologis. Ketiga, simbol-simbol Islam digunakan dalam industri fashion dan gaya hidup, misalnya penggunaan desain hijab, kaligrafi Arab, atau kutipan ayat Al-Qur’an dalam produk pakaian, seringkali tanpa disertai pemahaman atau konteks keagamaan yang memadai. Praktik-praktik ini mendorong terjadinya penyederhanaan ajaran Islam, dengan menitikberatkan pada aspek visual dan interaksi digital, alih-alih substansi akademik dan spiritual. Selain itu, tren ini juga mengubah cara masyarakat menilai kredibilitas keagamaan, dari yang sebelumnya berbasis sanad keilmuan menjadi berbasis popularitas digital seperti jumlah pengikut dan tingkat engagement. Melihat fenomena ini, kajian ini menekankan pentingnya penguatan literasi digital keislaman agar peserta didik mampu mengevaluasi dan memverifikasi informasi Islam secara kritis. Diperlukan integrasi literasi digital dalam kurikulum pendidikan Islam guna menjaga integritas akademik dan teologis dalam proses dakwah dan pembelajaran di era digital.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (AI) memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap pola perilaku remaja dalam mengelola emosi dan mencari dukungan psikologis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi siswa terhadap AI sebagai media alternatif untuk pengungkapan diri memengaruhi minat mereka dalam mengakses layanan konseling transaksional di lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional, melibatkan 268 siswa SMA Negeri 1 Yosowilangun berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan pemenuhan asumsi klasik sebagai prasyarat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi siswa terhadap AI berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat mereka mengikuti layanan konseling, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, dengan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 76%. Temuan ini merefleksikan adanya pergeseran paradigma dalam cara remaja mengakses bantuan emosional, serta menegaskan urgensi inovasi dalam layanan konseling di sekolah. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi kebaruan dalam ranah pendidikan Indonesia dengan menerapkan perspektif Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) pada konteks bimbingan dan konseling.

Abstract

Inclusive education provides equal opportunities for children with disabilities to develop according to their potential. However, in practice, many students with special needs still face various obstacles in the learning process, especially if only conventional methods are used. This research aims to empower children with disabilities at MI 2 Jombang, Jember, through creative skills as an innovative learning medium. The modelling method uses ABCD. The results show that creative skills are effective to improve academic understanding, motor skills, as well as self-confidence of children with disabilities. The implementation of this empowerment programme is done through the integration of creative skills in, teacher training, provision of supporting facilities, and cooperation. A creative skills-based approach can have a positive impact on the intellectual and emotional development of children with disabilities. Therefore, support from various parties, including schools, parents and communities, is needed to ensure the sustainability of this programme in improving the quality of inclusive education. Abstract

The high rate of divorce among young couples has become a concerning social issue, including in Kencong, Jember Regency. Based on data from the Kencong Religious Affairs Office (KUA), most divorce cases in 2023 involved couples around 21 years old, with primary causes including economic problems, social media influence, and pressure from extended families. This community service aims to support efforts to prevent early-age divorce by strengthening the pre-marital counseling program at KUA Kencong. The method used is the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, which includes the stages of preparing, discovering, dreaming, defining, designing, and destiny. Activities were carried out through field observations, interviews with religious counselors, as well as mentoring and reinforcement of the existing pre-marital counseling program. The results indicate that strengthening this program has improved young couples’ awareness in preparing for marriage emotionally, spiritually, and socially. The implication of this activity is the need for sustainable collaboration between academics and the KUA to develop contextual and continuous educational programs that can reduce early-age divorce rates.
