Abstract

Islamic law has a significant role in the formation of national law in Indonesia, especially considering this country's status as a nation with the largest Muslim majority in the world. This article discusses how the principles of Islamic Law are integrated into the national legal system, both through legislation and recognition of customary law based on Islamic values. This research uses a normative juridical approach by examining statutory regulations, court decisions and other legal documents. The results of the study show that the contribution of Islamic law can be seen in various aspects, such as family law, sharia economic law, and sharia banking, as well as in the regulation of zakat and waqf. However, this integration still faces challenges, including the plurality of laws in Indonesia and the need to maintain the principles of diversity and justice for all citizens. This article recommends strengthening harmonization between the principles of Islamic law and universal principles in national law in order to create an inclusive and just legal system.

Abstract

Problem solving ability is an important competency for students to have, in understanding the situations they face every day. Through skills and abilities, students are able to solve mathematical problems using basic knowledge. This research aims to analyze, describe and answer research questions regarding the impact of implementing the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) model on elementary school students' ability to solve mathematics problems. This research examines the literature using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) research method. Data collection was obtained by searching for articles that have been published and indexed into the Google Scholar database with a maximum publication period of 6 years (2019-2024) and 10 articles used in this research. Based on a literature study of the research conducted, problem solving abilities are based on several main indicators: understanding the problem, planning how to solve it, resolving the problem, and then evaluating. The results of the research provide recommendations, namely that the use of the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) model with the help of tangram media can be used as an alternative in helping teachers improve students' mathematical problem solving abilities in elementary schools.

Abstract

Bahan ajar mempunyai manfaat yang beragam terutama untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran dan membantu siswa memahami materi yang diajarkan oleh guru. Pada setiap kegiatan belajar mengajar, tentunya guru memerlukan bahan ajar yang sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa dan kurikulum yang berlaku, agar pembelajaran dapat terlaksana secara maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuan pengembangan booklet sebagai suplemen bahan ajar pada materi kingdom fungi kelas X SMA/MA. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development). Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengadaptasi dari model 4D yang dikembangkan oleh Thiagarajan, Semmel, dan Semmel yang dibatasi sampai tahap define (pendefinisisan). Subjek penelitian ini adalah satu orang guru biologi dan 70 orang peserta didik kelas XI IPA. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 90% peserta didik membutuhkan bahan ajar lain yang menunjang pemahaman tentang materi kingdom fungi yaitu berupa booklet. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah peserta didik membutuhkan bahan ajar lain yang menunjang pemahaman tentang materi kingdom fungi yang valid dan praktis dan bentuk bahan ajar yang sesuai dengan analisis kebutuhan adalah booklet sebagai suplemen bahan ajar biologi kelas X pada materi kingdom fungi.

Abstract

Tunisia is a country in North Africa with a Muslim majority population that underwent significant reforms in family law after independence in 1956 through the passage of the Code du Statute Personnel (CSP). The reform is known to be progressive because it promotes gender equality and the protection of women's rights, while remaining grounded in Islamic values. Previous studies have focused more on normative aspects or described Tunisia as a model for family law reform in the Islamic world, but there is still limited research that explores the characteristics of this reform in a socio-political context, especially after the 2011 Revolution. This study uses a literature review method with a descriptive-qualitative approach to analyze regulations related to marriage, divorce, marital rights and obligations, and inheritance in Tunisian family law. The results of the study show that the reform of family law in Tunisia is marked by a balance between the principles of modernity and religious tradition, which is reflected in egalitarian policies towards women and restrictions on discriminatory practices in the family. These findings affirm Tunisia's position as a pioneer of Islamic family law reform with a distinctive model, while revealing the dynamics and challenges that arose in its implementation after the 2011 Revolution. This research provides an academic contribution in the form of a critical analysis of the Tunisian experience which can be an important reference for the development of Islamic family law in other Muslim countries.

Abstract

This study was prompted by the low academic performance of students, which was attributed to inadequate lesson planning by the teacher, suboptimal implementation of instructional activities, and limited active student participation in the learning process. The aim of this research is to describe the improvement in student learning outcomes in geometry through the implementation of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) model in Grade IV at SDN 05 Birugo, Bukittinggi. This study employed a classroom action research (CAR) design, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative approaches, and was conducted with 18 fourth-grade students. The research was implemented in two cycles: Cycle I consisted of two sessions, and Cycle II comprised one session. Each cycle followed four stages—planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The findings of the study indicated significant improvements in several aspects: a) The quality of the teaching module improved from 83.3% (good) in Cycle I, Session I to 87.5% (good) in Cycle I, Session II, and reached 95.83% (very good) in Cycle II; b) The teacher's instructional performance increased from 78.13% (fair) in Cycle I, Session I to 87.5% (good) in Cycle I, Session II, and 93.75% (very good) in Cycle II; c) Student participation rose from 71.87% (fair) in Cycle I, Session I to 81.25% (good) in Cycle I, Session II, and 93.75% (very good) in Cycle II; d) Student learning outcomes increased from an average score of 74 (fair) in Cycle I, Session I to 82.9 (good) in Cycle I, Session II, and 90.7 (very good) in Cycle II. In conclusion, the implementation of the STAD learning model effectively enhanced student learning outcomes in geometry among Grade IV students at SDN 05 Birugo, Bukittinggi.

Abstract

Media wordwall adalah media yang baru digunakan di SD Bani Saleh 6 sebagai lokasi penelitian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan Motivasi belajar mencakup keinginan untuk aktif dan bergerak pada sikap dan perilaku. Penggunaan media sangat diperlukan untuk menunjang proses pembelajaran. Hasil observasi yang dilaksanakan di SD Bani Saleh 6 terkait pembelajaran IPS kelas V terdapat permasalahan yaitu kurangnya sarana prasarana yang memadai di sekolah, sehingga penggunaan media interaktif berbasis software sangat menjadi pertimbangan bagi sekolah tersebut. Maka dari itu peneliti menguji coba kan media Wordwall. Wordwall sebagai media pembelajaran online inovatif, serta dapat digunakan sesuai dengan materi pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan motivasi siswa. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu variabel bebas (X) pengaruh media pembelajaran Wordwall dan variabel terikat (Y) motivasi belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan media Wordwall terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai sig 2-tailed adalah 0,002 <  0,05. Berdasarkan keputusan analisis dalam uji sampel independent test, disimpulkan bahwa H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak, yang menunjukkan adanya pengaruh media Wordwall terhadap motivasi belajar IPS Siswa SD Bani Saleh 6. Penelitian ini memiliki kelemahan terkait pemusatan perhatian siswa dan penyediaan alat bantu, maka dari itu peneliti yang akan melakukan penelitian dibidang yang sama lebih memperhatikan keadaan siswa dan alat bantu untuk menunjang penelitian.

Abstract

Posyandu for the Elderly is an integrated community-based health service designed to ensure that older adults receive appropriate and accessible healthcare. This study aims to explore the implementation of the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) method within the Elderly Posyandu program in Karanganyar Hamlet, Gumukmas District. The research focuses on fulfilling the physiological needs of the elderly, particularly in terms of nutritional and health-related aspects. The ABCD method emphasizes the mobilization of local assets and community potential, allowing older adults to take an active role in maintaining their own health. The findings indicate that the Elderly Posyandu program has effectively enhanced the elderly’s awareness of the importance of health, mainly through early detection of common diseases such as hypertension and diabetes, as well as counseling on healthy dietary practices. Posyandu cadres regularly conduct health assessments—including measurements of height, weight, and blood pressure—and provide education on the balanced nutritional intake required by older adults.
