Abstract

Humanitarian logistics plays a crucial role in disaster management, yet it faces persistent challenges in ensuring equitable and efficient aid distribution. These challenges include high operational costs, inequitable resource allocation, and limited adaptability to dynamic disaster conditions. Existing models, either cost-based or priority-based, fail to balance these competing demands effectively. This research addresses this gap by developing a hybrid multi-objective optimization model that integrates cost minimization and priority-based resource allocation. The primary objective of this study is to optimize aid distribution in disaster-affected regions, ensuring both efficiency and fairness. The model employs a quantitative research approach, leveraging mathematical programming to simulate disaster scenarios. Key variables include operational costs, delivery times, demand levels, and priority rankings, collected from hypothetical disaster data. The results reveal that the hybrid model significantly outperforms conventional approaches. It achieves up to a 15% reduction in operational costs and a 25% improvement in aid coverage for high-priority regions. Furthermore, it balances resource allocation effectively across regions with varying levels of need. The discussion emphasizes the model's adaptability and scalability, offering practical solutions for disaster relief operations. In conclusion, the hybrid model presents a robust framework for humanitarian logistics, addressing inefficiencies and inequities in aid distribution. This research impacts policy-making and operational planning, paving the way for more effective disaster management strategies.

Abstract

Driver fatigue is a critical issue in the logistics industry, contributing significantly to accidents and operational inefficiencies. The system utilizes IoT devices, including physiological and vehicular sensors, to monitor real-time data, such as Heart Rate Variability (HRV), Galvanic Skin Response (GSR), and Acceleration Variance (AV). Blockchain integration ensures secure, immutable data storage and transparency, with smart contracts automating fatigue alerts and management actions. The research results show that HRV increased from 50 ms to 70 ms, reflecting better stress recovery, while AV decreased from 0.85 m/s² to 0.45 m/s², indicating more stable driving behavior. Fatigue alerts dropped by 60%, from 25 to 10 alerts per observation period, demonstrating the system’s effectiveness in early fatigue detection and prevention. The study concludes that the IoT-blockchain integration provides a robust, scalable solution for mitigating fatigue-related risks, enhancing driver safety, and fostering operational efficiency in the logistics sector.

Abstract

Pemilihan produk mempengaruhi kualitasproduk yang dijual. Hal ini mengharuskan perusahaan memilihdan menilai supplier secara tepat. Marta Frozen Foodmerupakan UMKM yang bergerak di bidang retail yang beradadi Karangklesem, Purwokerto Selatan. Untuk memenuhipermintaan konsumen setiap harinya, maka dibutuhkanpengadaan produk yang sesuai dengan kuantitas dan kualitas.Marta Frozen Food memiliki permasalahan dalam pengadaanproduk yang berhubungan dengan supplier, permasalahan yangsering dialami antara lain, ketidaktepatan supplier dalammendatangkan jumlah produk, keterlambatan pengiriman, danketidaksesuaian produk yang ditawarkan dengan standar bisnisyang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untukmenentukan supplier produk nugget terbaik bagi Marta FrozenFood. Alternatif pada penelitian ini adalah lima supplier utama,yaitu Supplier CF, Supplier MF, Supplier BM, Supplier DF, danSupplier HM. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian iniadalah Analytical Network Process (ANP) dan analisissensitivitas. Berdasarkan hasil metode tersebut didapatkanalternatif terbaik, yaitu Supplier B dengan bobot 0.131406.Analisis sensitivitas dilakukan untuk melihat perubahanperingkat alternatif jika bobot kriteria berubah sesuai kondisitertentu, melalui simulasi terhadap masing-masing kriteriaterpilih.Kata kunci— Kata Kunci: Pemilihan Supplier, AnalyticalNetwork Process, Analisis Sensitivitas

Abstract

PT Pramudita Pupuk Nusantara menghadapipermasalahan efisiensi tata letak gudang bahan baku, di manapenempatan barang yang kurang strategis menyebabkanoperator harus menempuh jarak jauh dan waktu tempuh yangtinggi dalam proses pengambilan bahan baku. Optimalisasi tataletak gudang menjadi penting untuk meningkatkan efisiensioperasional dan produktivitas, mengingat kondisi eksistingbelum optimal sehingga berdampak pada meningkatnya waktukerja non-produktif serta risiko keterlambatan distribusi.Penelitian ini menawarkan solusi berupa perancangan ulangtata letak gudang menggunakan metode penyimpanan fleksibel(shared storage) dan analisis waktu tempuh (time travelanalysis), dengan langkah utama berupa pengumpulan dananalisis data historis pergerakan barang, perhitungankebutuhan ruang, penentuan intensitas pergerakan, sertapenempatan barang berdasarkan prioritas akses. Barangdengan frekuensi pergerakan tinggi ditempatkan lebih dekat kearea produksi untuk meminimalkan jarak dan waktu tempuh,dan evaluasi dilakukan dengan membandingkan total jarak danwaktu tempuh antara tata letak lama dan rancangan baru.Hasilnya, rancangan tata letak usulan mampu menurunkantotal jarak tempuh operator dari 2182,5 meter menjadi 1242,5meter dan mengurangi waktu tempuh dari 2837,25 detikmenjadi 1615,25 detik, sehingga tercapai efisiensi sebesar 76%.Kontribusi utama penelitian ini adalah memberikan solusiberbasis data yang terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi alur kerjadan pemanfaatan ruang gudang tanpa perubahan besar padastruktur fisikKata kunci— tata letak gudang, shared storage, time travelanalysis, efisiensi operasional, total jarak
