Abstract

This research discusses speech act analysis, focusing on assertive and commissive illocutionary speech acts in Simon Sinek’s speech. The subject of this research is a video of Simon Sinek’s speech. This research aims to identify the types and functions of assertive and commissive speech acts used in Simon Sinek's speeches based on Searle and Vanderveken's theory. The design of this research is qualitative descriptive, using documentation to obtain data. In analyzing the data, the researcher followed steps by Miles and Huberman, which include data collection, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the analysis of Simon Sinek's speech video revealed a total of 56 utterances categorized as assertive and commissive speech acts. Among the assertive acts, there were 1 instance of asserting, 3 of claiming, 6 of affirming, 5 of stating, 5 of reporting, 4 of informing, 5 of notifying, 4 of reminding, 3 of predicting, and 8 of suggesting. Notably, there were no utterances classified as admitting. Among the commissive acts, there were 3 instances of consenting, 4 of refusing, 4 of offering, and 1 of threatening. Based on the findings, assertive illocutionary speech acts were more dominant than commissive speech acts

Abstract

Kesiapan kerja mahasiswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui pengalaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data empiris (1) pengaruh perkuliahan magang Du/Di terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa, (2) pengaruh pengalaman organisasi terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa, dan (3) pengaruh perkuliahan magang Du/Di dan pengalaman organisasi terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Akuntansi angkatan 2020 dan 2021 sebanyak 136 mahasiswa. Sampel dipilih menggunakan simple random sampling sebanyak 101 mahasiswa. Metode penelitian adalah metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dengan program pengolahan data SPSS  26.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan perkuliahan magang Du/Di terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa dengan nilai uji t yaitu = 3,921 dan signifikansi < 0,05. (2) terdapat pengaruh signifikan pengalaman organisasi terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa dengan nilai uji t yaitu =7,318 dan signifikansi < 0,05. (3) terdapat pengaruh signifikan perkuliahan magang Du/Di dan pengalaman organisasi terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa dengan nilai uji F yaitu =88,132 dan signifikansi < 0,05.

Abstract

Cakupan minimal yang termuat dalam abstraksi adalah: permasalahan, tujuan Pemasaran digital sangat penting untuk pertumbuhan wirausahawan pemula dan UMKM di Indonesia. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa digital marketing sangat efektif dan layak untuk usaha kecil karena biayanya rendah dan efisien, terutama melalui platform seperti Instagram dan WhatsApp. Penerapannya meningkatkan visibilitas, memperluas jangkauan pasar, dan mendorong peningkatan omzet. Pelaku usaha merespons positif, menunjukkan kesiapan dalam mengadopsi teknologi dan menjangkau konsumen. Partisipasi dalam komunitas digital dan pelatihan berkelanjutan juga penting. Namun, keberhasilan digital marketing bergantung pada pemahaman pelaku usaha tentang pasar dan perilaku konsumen. Oleh karena itu, pendampingan dan pelatihan berkelanjutan krusial untuk implementasi strategi yang optimal dan berkelanjutan, memungkinkan UMKM bersaing di pasar nasional dan global.
