Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan signifikan pengaruh Earning Per Share, Debt to Equity Ratio, Price Book Value, Net Profit Margin terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016_2018.Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 45 perusahaan perbankan yang masih terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 15 perusahaan. Teknik pengujian terdiri dari Analisis Deskriptif, Uji Normalitas Data, Uji Multikolinearitas, Uji Heteroskedastisitas, Uji Autokorelasi, Analisis Linier Berganda, Uji t, dan Koefisien Determinasi.Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa EPS berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, DER berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, PBV berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, NPM berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. Hasil Uji Determinasi (R2) membuktikan bahwa secara keseluruhan pengaruh yang diberikan variabel dependen sebesar 97,5% sedangkan sisanya 2,5% dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan ke dalam model penelitian.

Abstract

Unit Pengelola Kegiatan Pinjaman Dana Bergulir Dana Amanah Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (UPK - PDB DAPM) salah satu kegiatannya adalah memberikan pinjaman bagi kelompok SPP dan UEP. Dana yang digulirkan akan terus digunakan sebagai pembiayaan kegiatan ekonomi produktif bagi masyarakat pelaku UMKM diwilayah Kalijambe. Dalam menjaga keberlanjutan kegiatan perguliran ini tidak lepas dari peran serta pengurus kelompok peminjam selaku pengelola dalam kegitan perguliran ini, maka di perlukan kegiatan yang dapat meningkatkan kapasitas dan kemampuan dari pengurus kelompok. Tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat telah melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian dengan judul “Workshop Peningkatan Kapasitas Pengurus Kelompok Penerima Manfaat / Debitur UPK - PDB DAPM Kecamatan Kalijambe Kabupaten Sragen”. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berupa workshop tentang pentingnya organisasi dan akuntansi. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kemampuan peserta/pengurus kelompok tentang pemahaman tentang organisasi dan akuntansi sehingga peserta/pengurus kelompok lebih terampil dalam mengelola organisasi kelompoknya. Sudah terbentuk pola pikir peserta/pengurus kelompok tentang pentingnya pemahaman tugas pokok dan fungsi pengurus kelompok sehingga dapat mencegah tumpang tindih tugas. Sudah terbentuk pola pikir peserta/pengurus kelompok tentang pentingnya transparasi dalam pembukuan sehingga anggota dapat mendorong pengurus untuk melakukan pembukuan secara tertib.

Abstract

Industrial development is currently in the industrial revolution 4.0 phase, marked by rapid developments in the world of information technology. . The obstacles faced by MSMEs in developing businesses using IT, namely the development of technology and the large number of technology-based products, cause MSMEs to feel confused in determining the appropriate product to be a solution to the problems they face. Not all MSME players in Karangmalang market their products in available market places, such as Shopee, Lazada and Tokopedia. This is because they don't know how to start marketing products through that market place. In digital marketing practices using the Shopee application, MSMEs are provided with how to use the Shopee application, starting from registering, creating an account, uploading products and providing certain tips so that consumers can find our products at the top by optimizing hashtags, uploading them in the feed and providing education to consumers regarding our product. The results of the service can also provide education about the use of technology in digital marketing and it can be concluded that there is an increase in participants' understanding.

Abstract

The purpose of this literature study is expected to build a hypothesis regarding the influence between variables that can later be used for further research in the scope of human resource management. The literature review research article on the analysis of emotional intelligence, compensation and Career Path on tour guide performance through job satisfaction is a scientific literature article in the scope of human resource management science. The approach used in this literature review research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique is to use literature studies or conduct a review of relevant previous articles. The data used in this descriptive qualitative approach comes from previous research that is relevant to this research and is sourced from academic online media such as the Thomson Reuters Journal, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Emerald, Elsevier, Sage, Web of Science, Sinta Journal, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar and digital reference books. In previous studies, 1 relevant previous article was used to review each independent variable. Abstract

MSMEs have a strategic role in the Indonesian economy, but still face various obstacles in the adoption of digitalization, especially in rural areas. This community service program aims to help digitize and expand the marketing of MSMEs in Pungsari Village, Plupuh District, Sragen Regency. The methods used include business digitization training, social media-based marketing assistance. This activity involves local MSME players and collaborates with PT Mikrobisnis Digital Sejahtera in the INAmikro program. The results of this program show that 60% of participants experienced an increase in turnover of 20-50%, and 65% of MSMEs managed to reach markets outside the region after implementing digital marketing strategies through Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Shop. In addition, 85% of participants successfully created business accounts and optimized e-commerce features to expand customer reach. However, some challenges remain, such as limited digital literacy and effective content management. Therefore, further assistance and continuous monitoring are needed so that MSMEs can optimally utilize digital technology and be highly competitive in the digital economy era.

Abstract

This article analyzing employee engagement and employee performance in the automotive industry within the scope of human resource management science. This article aims to create hypotheses regarding the relationship between factors, which can then be used for further research in the field of human resource management. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data used in this research comes from previous research which is still relevant to the current investigation. Data was collected from leading academic online platforms, including Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, digital reference books, and Sprott journals. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the development of employee loyalty and performance through compensation, work environment, and organizational culture. The t-test results showed that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, compensation had a positive but insignificant effect on employee loyalty, and work environment had a negative but insignificant effect on employee loyalty. Organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on performance, while compensation and work environment had a positive but insignificant effect on performance, and employee loyalty had a negative and insignificant effect on performance. The total R2-square value was 0.5141, indicating that employee performance variables were explained by compensation, work environment, and organizational culture, with work loyalty as the intervening variable at 51.41% and the remaining 48.59% explained by other factors outside the research model. The most effective and dominant variable in improving employee performance at UNDHA AUB Surakarta was organizational culture.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh motivasi dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia terhadap komitmen dalam meningkatkan kepuasan dan kinerja pegawai Dinas Sosial  Kabupaten Magetan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Magetan yang berjumlah 188 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling. Peneliti mengambil sampel 40% dari jumlah populasi, sebanyak 25% X 188 pegawai =  47, dibulatkan menjadi 50 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan motivasi dan pengembangan SDM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Motivasi dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan  terhadap kepuasan. Pengembangan SDM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan. Motivasi, pengembangan SDM, komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil uji F dapat disimpulkan secara bersama-sama variabel motivasi, pengembangan SDM, komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan mempengaruhi Kinerja pegawai di Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Magetan. Nilai R2 total sebesar 0,564 dapat diartikan variasi Kinerja Pegawai di Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Magetan dijelaskan oleh variabel Motivasi, Pengembangan SDM, Komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan sebesar 56,4% dan sisanya 43,6% dijelaskan variabel lain diluar model penelitian sebagai contoh kompetensi, pelatihan dan lain sebagainya.Kata Kunci      :           Motivasi, Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia, Komitmen, Kepuasan, Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui, menganalisis dan memberikan bukti empiris secara parsial maupun simultan pengaruh stress kerja, motivasi kerja dan insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan.  Sampel dalam penelitian  ini berjumlah  48 responden  dengan teknik pengambilan  sampel metode sensus. Jenis dan sumber data diperoleh dari sumber data primer. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara membuat kuesioner Mengenai pengaruh stress kerja, motivasi kerja, insentif dan kinerja karyawan. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan teknik uji kualitas kuesioner, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis regresi linier berganda, uji  t, uji  F dan  koefesien  determinasi.  Hasil uji  validitas menyatakan  bahwa  semua item pernyataan variabel pengaruh stress kerja, motivasi kerja dan insentif, kinerja karyawan dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Hasil uji asumsi klasik menunjukkan bahwa variabel stress kerja, motivasi kerja dan insentif, terbebas dari multikolonieritas, tidak terjadi autokorelasi, tidak terjadi heteroskedastisitas dan data terdistribusi normal. Hasil uji analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial maupun simultan stress kerja, motivasi kerja dan insentif, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa variabel stress kerja, motivasi kerja dan insentif, dapat menerangkan variabel kinerja karyawan sebesar 56.8% sedangkan sisanya 43.8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini, misalnya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja.
