This article aims to describe the concept of material and formal objects in Islamic educational management. This study uses the literature study method to review and analyze information from various relevant literature sources, such as scientific journals, books, research reports, and academic articles related to the topic discussed. Data collection techniques are carried out by identifying, collecting, and selecting credible and relevant sources from scientific databases, digital libraries, and other academic repositories. The data analysis technique used in this study is content analysis, where data obtained from literature is systematically analyzed to find patterns, themes, and relationships between the concepts or variables discussed. The results of the analysis show that the material object in Islamic education management refers to everything that is physical and real involved in the educational process. This includes educational institutions, students, educators, curriculum, facilities and infrastructure, as well as learning activities. The formal object in Islamic educational management science is the perspective, principles, and approaches used to manage Islamic educational institutions based on Islamic teachings and values. Principles such as monotheism, sharia, trust, justice, deliberation, as well as efficiency and effectiveness are the main basis in every managerial activity

This study aims to analyze the digitalization of education on accessibility, quality and inclusivity of education. This research uses a literature study method, which involves collecting and analyzing relevant scientific sources, such as academic books, research articles, and other credible documents related to the research topic. The data collection technique is based on the selection of literature based on certain criteria, such as relevance to the topic, credibility of the source, and publication date to ensure the data is up to date. The data analysis technique uses a qualitative descriptive analysis approach, where the collected data is examined by identifying key themes, patterns, and concepts in the selected literature. The findings of this study are that digitalization of education has great potential to improve accessibility, quality, and inclusivity of education. There needs to be attention to infrastructure, teacher training, and programs that support students with special needs. Collaborative efforts from various parties can ensure that every individual can learn and develop in the digital era. Digitization of education has the potential to improve the accessibility and quality of education in Indonesia. Collaborative efforts between governments, schools, and technology companies are needed to develop infrastructure and learning materials that support the teaching and learning process effectively and inclusively

This study aims to determine the implementation of research in Islamic Education Management. This study uses a literature review approach to explore various dimensions of research in Islamic education management. The research method involves the systematic identification, analysis, and synthesis of credible scientific articles, books, and academic sources related to the topic. Major databases such as Google Scholar are used to collect relevant literature published in the last decade. The selection criteria include research that discusses theoretical frameworks, practical applications, and contemporary research challenges in Islamic education management. These sources are evaluated based on their academic rigor, relevance, and contributions to the field. The results of the analysis show that the research process in Islamic education management includes several important stages, namely research planning, data collection, data analysis, and reporting results. The study highlights the important role of effective management in advancing the quality and sustainability of Islamic education. Through a comprehensive literature review, it was found that key aspects such as leadership, curriculum design, resource management, and policy implementation are fundamental to the success of Islamic educational institutions. This research contributes to existing knowledge by synthesizing insights from various sources and offers a foundation for future research

Cooperation in the field of education is a form of multi-level cooperation between various parties involved in the world of education, including government, educational institutions, industry, and society. The main objective of this cooperation is to improve the quality and relevance of education throughout the region. The results of this study are the development plan for cooperation between schools and related agencies in Dharmasraya including: (1) Health: Sitiung Health Center through UKS to improve student health (2) Public Services: Dharmasraya Police through the "Hallo Pak Kapolres" program to improve interaction with the community (3) Environment: Dharmasraya Regency DLH to work together to clean the environment. (4) Literacy: Dharmasraya Regional Library and schools work together to add to the collection and foster a love of reading. The development plan for cooperation between schools and Sitiung Health Center, Dharmasraya Police, and Dharmasraya Regional Library can provide great benefits in increasing awareness of health, school environmental safety, and literacy among students.

This research examines media and learning resources in Islamic education which play a vital role in the Islamic learning process. In the current digital era, the development and use of effective media and learning resources is becoming increasingly important to increase students' understanding and appreciation of Islamic values. This study aims to analyze various types of media and learning resources that can be utilized in Islamic education, as well as identifying optimal use strategies in the learning process. Through a descriptive analytical approach, this research explores the potential for integrating modern technology with traditional values in developing Islamic learning media that is contemporary but still in accordance with sharia principles. This research uses bibliography procedures (Library research). This method is an analysis of several references related to the research carried out, including analysis of figure views, newspapers, novels and others. This research aims to find out the application of the origin of leadership in Islamic Education institutions. This study uses the literature study method as the main research approach. The data is collected through systematic searches in physical and digital libraries, by utilizing academic databases such as Google Scholar and national journal portals. Literature selection criteria include relevance to the topic, academic credibility, and up-to-date publications. Data were analyzed using a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the analysis show that leadership is the process of influencing or freeing a leader through his followers in achieving organizational goals and having the ability to carry them out so that he becomes a competent leader. Becoming a successful leader is certainly not easy, there are a lot of problems that arise when becoming a leader, one of the factors that support the success of one's leadership is by studying leadership theory. These theories are genetic leadership theory, social leadership theory, and ecological leadership theory. The importance of studying this theory implies that a leader can understand the extent of his abilities, what competencies have been learned and what learning process he has done and learn the origin of the leadership he masters which can then be used as a reflection of himself to run an organization or institution more neatly arranged in accordance with very good achievement targets.

This research aims to analyze the potential to strengthen team spirit and internal dynamics in supporting organizational change management. The approach used is a literature review, with data collection techniques through systematic searches across various databases, such as Google Scholar. Data analysis is conducted qualitatively through a descriptive-analytical approach. The research results indicate that change management requires a holistic approach, encompassing team spirit enhancement, conflict and stress management, creativity development, and active participation from all elements of the organization. The formation of an inclusive, flexible, and innovative organizational culture is a key factor in turning change into a strategic opportunity to improve performance and organizational sustainability

This research is motivated by the importance of the value of time in the Qur'an, especially as reflected in Surah Al-Ashr. This surah provides strong cues regarding the principles that can be used as a foundation in the implementation of Islamic Education Management. Among these principles are the importance of discipline, efficient, effective, and productive use of time, and professionalism based on faith. Responsibility in work is not only addressed to superiors, but also to Allah SWT. Leaders of educational institutions are required to provide guidance, direction and supervision, as well as being a role model through perseverance and patience. This type of research is library research that focuses on literature review and relevant written sources. The results showed that Surah Al-Ashr can be interpreted in the perspective of Islamic Education Management science through four managerial functions, namely: (1) Planning, which is reflected in the word wal-'ashr (by time); (2) Controlling, through the word khusr (loss); (3) Actuating, which is reflected in aamanuu wa 'amilush-shaalihaat (believing and doing good deeds); and (4) Motivating and encouraging, through the phrase watawaashou bil-haqqi watawaashou bish-shabr (advise one another in truth and patience).
