Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji integrasi karakteristik bahasa Arab Al-Qur'an dalam pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) di bidang pendidikan, khususnya target pendidikan berkualitas. Melalui metodologi penelitian kepustakaan kualitatif, studi ini menganalisis berbagai sumber literatur, termasuk tafsir Al-Qur'an klasik dan kontemporer, jurnal akademik, dan dokumen resmi SDGs. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa fitur linguistik dan pedagogis bahasa Arab Al-Qur'an berkontribusi signifikan dalam pengembangan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kompetensi global yang selaras dengan SDG 4.7. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi nilai-nilai Qur'ani melalui pembelajaran bahasa Arab meningkatkan pencapaian akademik dan pengembangan karakter, mendukung pendekatan pendidikan holistik yang ditekankan dalam SDGs. Lebih lanjut, studi ini mengidentifikasi strategi-strategi efektif dalam mengimplementasikan kajian bahasa Arab Al-Qur'an dalam sistem pendidikan modern, termasuk inisiatif transformasi digital yang meningkatkan aksesibilitas pendidikan dan mendukung pencapaian SDG 4.5 tentang akses setara terhadap pendidikan berkualitas. Penelitian ini menyediakan kerangka komprehensif untuk pengembangan kurikulum berkelanjutan yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam dengan kebutuhan pendidikan kontemporer sambil mendukung implementasi SDGs dalam pendidikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pendekatan inovatif dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dapat meningkatkan kreativitas siswa. Fokus utama penelitian adalah untuk menggali cara-cara yang dapat digunakan pendidik untuk merangsang kreativitas siswa melalui materi dan metode pengajaran PAI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada beberapa sekolah yang telah menerapkan metode pembelajaran kreatif dalam PAI. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi kelas, wawancara dengan guru PAI, serta analisis dokumen terkait kurikulum dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan inovatif seperti pembelajaran berbasis proyek, penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran, serta kegiatan diskusi dan refleksi, dapat merangsang kreativitas siswa dalam memahami dan mengaplikasikan nilai-nilai ajaran agama Islam. Selain itu, metode ini juga mendorong siswa untuk berpikir kritis dan kreatif dalam menyelesaikan masalah-masalah yang berkaitan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari mereka. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya bagi pendidik untuk mengintegrasikan pendekatan kreatif dalam pembelajaran PAI guna menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih dinamis dan menyenangkan. Kontribusi penelitian ini juga memperlihatkan bahwa kreativitas siswa dapat berkembang lebih baik jika dibarengi dengan metode pembelajaran yang menantang dan relevan dengan perkembangan zaman. Pendekatan inovatif dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kreativitas siswa, dan dengan demikian, perlu adanya penguatan metode pengajaran yang dapat mendukung perkembangan kreativitas siswa secara maksimal di sekolah.

Abstract

This research aims to explore curriculum models that are appropriate for a country as diverse in social, cultural, political aspirations and economic capabilities as Indonesia. By focusing on multicultural, integration, and ACTFL (American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages) perspective curriculum models, this research seeks to identify solutions to improve the Arabic Education curriculum so that it can accommodate the needs of various parties and support the formation of superior generations in the future. The research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytic design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with education experts, curriculum developers, teachers and principals; participatory observation in schools; and document analysis of education policies and curriculum materials. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis techniques to identify key themes and link them to curriculum development theory. The results show that social and cultural diversity plays a significant role in determining the success of the curriculum. The multicultural curriculum model has great potential in accommodating such diversity, while the integration and ACTFL models contribute to the formation of synergies between general education, religion and foreign language learning. All three, if applied appropriately, can create a curriculum that is relevant, inclusive and adaptive to the needs of society. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of multiculturalism-based curriculum development to answer the challenges of diversity in Indonesia. The contribution of this research provides a basis for policy makers to design a curriculum that is not only academically relevant but also able to shape the character of a globally competitive young generation without ignoring local cultural roots. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of Islamic economics in supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Islamic economics, with its principles of social justice, inclusiveness and sustainability, offers unique solutions to address global challenges such as poverty, inequality and environmental degradation. This research aims to identify the specific contributions of Islamic economic instruments, such as zakat, waqf, and Islamic financing, in achieving the SDGs targets. The research method used is a qualitative approach with literature analysis and case studies. Data were collected from various primary and secondary sources, including scientific journals, reports of international organizations, as well as best practices from countries implementing Islamic economics. The case study involved an analysis of the zakat program in Indonesia and the role of green sukuk in funding sustainable projects. The results show that Islamic economics significantly supports several key pillars of the SDGs. Zakat contributes to poverty alleviation (SDG 1) and inequality reduction (SDG 10), while waqf and green sukuk support sustainable infrastructure development (SDG 9) and climate action (SDG 13). In addition, Islamic economic values encourage responsible consumption and production patterns (SDG 12). The implications of this research show that the integration of Islamic economic instruments in development policies can accelerate the achievement of the SDGs. This research contributes to the development economics literature by offering an Islamic values-based perspective to face global challenges, while providing practical guidance for policy makers, Islamic financial institutions, and philanthropic organizations

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relevance of the Ramadan Islamic boarding school program to student character building in Padang City. This program is seen as one of the effective methods in shaping students' religious, disciplined and responsible characters. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis in several flash Islamic boarding schools organized by schools and educational institutions in Padang City. The results showed that the flash pesantren made a positive contribution to student character building, especially in the aspects of increasing understanding of Islamic values, strengthening noble morals, and applying discipline in everyday life. However, its effectiveness is strongly influenced by the quality of the program, the involvement of educators, and the support of the family and community environment. The implications of this study indicate the need for structured and sustainable management of the flash pesantren program in order to have a more significant impact on student character. The contribution of this research is to provide recommendations for education organizers to make the flash pesantren program an integral part of the character education curriculum in schools.

Abstract

Many Malay Muslims face challenges related to social and economic development in pursuit of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially those related to social justice and poverty. Conversely, the synergy between Islam and Malay customs has untapped potential in helping the general public to achieve the SDGs. The objectives of this study are to (1) examine how integrating Islam and Malaysian culture can improve the well-being of the general public, (2) identify factors that contribute to this collaboration in relation to poverty and well-being (SDG 1 and SDG 10), and (3) investigate the contribution of Islam and Malaysian culture in the development of an inclusive society (SDG 11 and SDG 16). The method used was descriptive qualitative, interview data collection using religious and secular texts, participatory observation, and document analysis. Data analysis was done thematically to identify factors that contribute to the well-being of the general public. The results showed that the synergy between Islam and Malay culture is crucial in enhancing social solidarity, poverty alleviation, and community development. The strong application of religious values and customs is proven to promote the achievement of SDGs at the local level and strengthen social cohesion. Keyword : Islam, Malay Culture, SDGs

Abstract

This research aims to explore gender representations in the Qur'an with a focus on women's narratives. The background of this research is rooted in the need to understand how Islam's sacred texts portray the role and position of women, as well as the implications for gender thinking in Muslim societies. While there have been various studies on gender in the Qur'?n, there is still room for a more in-depth and critical analysis of narratives that are often overlooked. The aim of this research is to provide a critical review of women's narratives in the Qur'an, identify key themes, and analyze how interpretations of these texts influence gender understanding among Muslims. The scope of the study includes verses related to women, both in their historical context and their relevance in the modern era. The method used in this research is a literature review, which involves collecting and analyzing various literary sources, including classical and contemporary tafsir, academic articles, and feminist works. The results show that women's narratives in the Qur'an have a complexity that is often overlooked, with several verses affirming equality and respect for women. The research also identifies variations in interpretation that can strengthen or weaken women's gender position in society. The findings are expected to contribute to discussions on gender and Islam and encourage more inclusive interpretations. Keyword: Representation, Gender, Qur'an, Women Narratives

Abstract

This research shows that child development in primary school is a very important aspect in determining long-term educational success. This study aims to analyze how education management in primary schools contributes to students' academic achievement and well-being This study combined quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to explore the impact of educational management on elementary students’ academic performance and well-being. Data was collected from State Elementary School 01 Dadaprejo Batu city and rural areas with 50 students and 20 teachers as respondents. The results showed that good education management, including flexible curriculum planning, parental involvement, and a conducive learning environment, had a positive correlation with improved student academic performance. In addition, emotional support from teachers and the implementation of innovative learning strategies contribute significantly to students' psychological well-being. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of strengthening school management policies that are orientated towards the holistic development of children. The contribution of this research is expected to serve as a reference for policymakers in designing more adaptive and inclusive educational strategies to support students' academic development and well-being in primary schools.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of Arabic in strengthening cultural identity in the digital era. The scope of the research includes analyzing the use of Arabic in social media, educational platforms, and other digital content that has an effect on strengthening the cultural identity of Arab and Muslim communities. The method used is a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews involving respondents from various cultural backgrounds and ages. The results show that Arabic not only serves as a means of communication, but also as a symbol of identity that strengthens the sense of community among the community. The use of Arabic in digital content increases cultural awareness and promotes traditional values amidst globalization. In addition, the study found that the younger generation is more active in using Arabic in digital contexts, which has a positive impact on language and cultural preservation. The conclusion of this study confirms that Arabic has a strategic role in strengthening cultural identity in the digital age, with the potential to be a bridge between tradition and modernity. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the potential integration of blockchain technology in the management of village funds based on sharia economy to improve transparency, accountability, and compliance with sharia principles. The main issues raised are the lack of transparency in the allocation of village funds and the challenges of applying sharia principles in village financial management. The research method uses a qualitative approach with literature studies on the concepts of sharia economy, blockchain technology, and village fund management, as well as case analysis in two pilot villages that have implemented digital financial systems. The results show that blockchain is able to create a decentralized, immutable, and auditable transaction recording system in real time so that it meets sharia principles such as justice ('adl), transparency (openness), and the prohibition of usury. The discussion revealed that blockchain integration can reduce the risk of misuse of funds, facilitate community participation in monitoring, and strengthen trust in village institutions. However, the main challenges lie in the readiness of technological infrastructure, community digital literacy, and regulatory harmonization. The conclusion of the study states that blockchain integration in sharia-based village fund management is feasible to be implemented gradually with the support of training and collaboration between stakeholders. This research provides a practical contribution in the development of an innovative and sharia-compliant village fund management model.
