Abstract

Deparafinisasi merupakan proses penting dalam preparasi sediaan histologis yang dapat mempengaruhikualitas visual dan analitis sediaan. Larutan yang umum digunakan dalam proses ini yaitu xylol. Namun,xylol memiliki kekurangan, yaitu dapat menimbulkan gangguan kesehatan pada teknisi laboratorium akibatpaparan berkepanjangan. Sebagai alternatif, minyak pala dapat digunakan karena mengandung komposisisenyawa terpenoid bersifat nonpolar yang dapat menghilangkan sisa paraffin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmengevaluasi gambaran mikroskopis sediaan hepar mencit yang menggunakan minyak pala dalam prosesdeparafinisasi. Penelitian ini Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif, sampel penelitian adalah sediaan heparmencit yang dideparafinisasi menggunakan xylol dan minyak pala masing-masing 15 sampel,dibaca olehsatu dokter Sp PA. Kualitas sediaan diniliai berdasarkan pengamatan mikroskopis pada warna inti sel dansitoplasma menggunakan skala ordinal. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa semua sediaan yangdideparafinisasi menggunakan xylol maupun minyak pala dinilai 100% dalam kategori baik. Tidakditemukan sediaan yang dinilai kurang baik atau tidak baik untuk kedua agen deparafinisasi tersebut.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa baik xylol maupun minyak pala efektif dalam menjaga kualitassediaan histologis dengan hasil yang baik. Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has brought about a fundamental transformation in the healthcare ecosystem, changing the paradigm of interaction between hospitals, medical personnel and patients. This research aims to explore the satisfaction felt by patients through existing health services at hospitals as well as explore the digital dimensions of health services, identify the most influential variables, and provide strategic recommendations for the development of hospital digital platforms. The data in this research was obtained through a questionnaire which was then analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The respondents in this study were patients at RSUD Prof. Dr. Soekarjo numbered 97 respondents. The research results show that the E-Marketing Mix variable which includes product, place, price, personalization, privacy, customer service, community and site elements has a significant influence on patient satisfaction at RSUD Prof. Dr. Soekarjo. Meanwhile, the dimensions of promotion, security and sales promotion do not have a significant effect on patient satisfaction at RSUD Prof. Dr. Soekarjo. The research results also show that service quality has a significant influence on patient satisfaction at RSUD Prof. Dr. Soekarjo. The results of this research indicate that the quality of hospital digital services does not just depend on technological aspects, but on the ability to create a personal, safe and meaningful experience for patients. Quality of service remains the main foundation in building satisfaction, where human aspects such as empathy, timeliness and professionalism of medical personnel are still very much taken into account..

Abstract

The Progress Test (PT) is a standardized assessment tool used in medical education to evaluate cumulative knowledge and predict academic achievement, including Grade Point Average (GPA). This narrative review aims to examine the relationship between PT scores and the GPA of medical students. The literature search was conducted across PubMed, Embase, and manual sources, yielding 101 articles. After applying inclusion and exclusion criteria, 44 full-text articles with free access were reviewed, and 10 articles were selected for in-depth analysis. The selected studies discuss the impact of PT on learning strategies, knowledge retention, academic stress, and GPA outcomes. Most studies (9 out of 10) reported a positive correlation between PT scores and GPA, indicating that PTs can reflect students' cognitive development and academic readiness. However, factors such as test structure, learning approaches, and students’ understanding of PT purpose may influence its effectiveness. Overall, this review supports the role of PT as a formative and summative tool in assessing and enhancing academic performance.

Abstract

Kegiatan aksi bersih-bersih lingkungan yang dilaksanakan di Desa Kuala Simbur, Kecamatan Muara Sabak, Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur, Jambi, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kepedulian masyarakat pesisir terhadap kebersihan lingkungan. Kegiatan ini melibatkan mahasiswa, pemuda, dan warga setempat dalam membersihkan area pemukiman dan pesisir dari sampah rumah tangga maupun limbah usaha kecil. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif, aksi ini diharapkan dapat membangun kesadaran kolektif masyarakat mengenai pentingnya kebersihan dan kelestarian lingkungan. Tantangan yang dihadapi masih terkait minimnya fasilitas pengelolaan sampah serta rendahnya program berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan kolaborasi yang lebih kuat antara pemerintah, lembaga pendidikan, dan masyarakat untuk menjaga kebersihan lingkungan secara konsisten.

Abstract

Background: Hypertension is one of the most common chronic medical conditions characterized by persistently elevated arterial pressure. Hypertension has been one of the most studied topics in the past century and has become a significant comorbidity contributing to the development of stroke, myocardial infarction, heart failure, and kidney failure. Purpose: To determine nutritional care for patients with hypertension in primary care. Method: This literature review was conducted by searching, summarizing, and drawing conclusions from various previous studies. The search was limited to the period 2020 to 2025 using databases such as Sinta. The literature obtained was searched using the keywords "Gynamic Status" and "Hypertension" in both English and Indonesian. Results: A total of 10 journals were reviewed that discussed nutritional care for patients with hypertension. Conclusion: The majority of the reviewed journals showed a relationship between nutritional intake and hypertension.   Keywords: Hypertension; Nutritional Status.   Pendahuluan: Hipertensi termasuk dalam kondisi medis kronis yang paling umum yang ditandai dengan peningkatan tekanan arteri yang terus-menerus. Hipertensi telah menjadi salah satu topik yang paling banyak dipelajari pada abad sebelumnya dan telah menjadi salah satu komorbiditas paling signifikan yang berkontribusi terhadap perkembangan stroke, infark miokard, gagal jantung, dan gagal ginjal. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui asuhan gizi pada penderita hipertensi pada layanan primer. Metode: Penelitian tinjauan pustaka dengan mencari, merangkum, dan menarik kesimpulan dari berbagai studi literatur terdahulu yang dicari dan dibatasi dari tahun 2020 hingga 2025 dengan menggunakan database seperti Sinta. Literatur yang didapatkan dicari dengan menggunakan kata kunci “Status Gizi”, “Hipertensi”, baik dalam Bahasa Inggris maupun Bahasa Indonesia. Hasil: Sebanyak 10 jurnal yang telah direview yang membahas mengenai asuhan gizi pada penderita hipertensi Simpulan: Mayoritas dari jurnal yang telah direview menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan pada asupan gizi dengan penderita hipertensi   Kata Kunci : Hipertensi; Status Gizi.

Abstract

Background: The rapid development of information technology has encouraged hospitals to adopt the E-Marketing Mix to enhance patient access, personalization, and trust. However, service quality remains the key factor in shaping patient satisfaction. Integrating these two aspects is essential to remain competitive in the digital era. Purpose: To analyze the effect of the E-Marketing Mix and healthcare service quality on patient satisfaction and to evaluate the mediating role of patient satisfaction in fostering patient loyalty. Method: This study employed an observational design with a systematic literature review approach. Secondary data were collected from PubMed, Embase, and manual searches (2015–2025) and screened according to inclusion criteria, resulting in 10 eligible articles. A comparative analysis was performed, including synthesis of findings, identification of similarities, and drawing conclusions from the literature. Results: A total of 113 articles were initially identified and screened based on publication year and inclusion criteria, resulting in 10 articles that were included in this literature review. Conclusion: The integration of the E-Marketing Mix with structured service quality improvement programs is a key strategy to create an optimal patient experience, enhance satisfaction and loyalty, and strengthen hospital competitiveness in the digital era.   Keywords: E-Marketing Mix; Hospital; Loyalty; Patient Satisfaction; Service Quality.   Pendahuluan: Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong rumah sakit menerapkan E-Marketing Mix untuk meningkatkan akses, personalisasi, dan kepercayaan pasien, namun mutu pelayanan tetap menjadi kunci utama pembentuk kepuasan. Integrasi keduanya penting untuk menghadapi persaingan di era digital. Tujuan: Menganalisis pengaruh E-Marketing Mix dan mutu pelayanan kesehatan terhadap kepuasan pasien, serta mengevaluasi peran kepuasan pasien sebagai mediator terhadap loyalitas pasien. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan desain observasional dengan tinjauan pustaka sistematis. Data sekunder dikumpulkan dari PubMed, Embase, dan pencarian manual (2015–2025), disaring sesuai kriteria inklusi, menghasilkan 10 artikel yang dianalisis secara komparatif. Analisis mencakup sintesis temuan, identifikasi kesamaan, dan penarikan kesimpulan berdasarkan literatur. Hasil: Artikel  yang  didapatkan  pada  sumber  sebanyak  113  dan  diseleksi berdasarkan tahun dan sesuai kriteria inklusi yang ditentukan, sehingga didapatkan sebanyak 10 artikel yang akan digunakan untuk literature review penulis. Simpulan: Integrasi E-Marketing Mix dengan program peningkatan mutu pelayanan merupakan strategi kunci untuk menciptakan pengalaman pasien yang optimal, meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas, serta memperkuat daya saing rumah sakit di era digital.   Kata Kunci: E-Marketing Mix; Kepuasan Pasien; Loyalitas; Mutu Pelayanan; Rumah Sakit.
