Abstract

The service team of the Indonesian language and literature education study programme at Nusantara PGRI Kediri University held a workshop on differentiated learning strategies for teachers at MTSN 10 Nganjuk Regency on 10-12 September 2024. The workshop aims to explain the essence of differentiated learning strategies and develop systematic lesson plans, which are based on legal frameworks such as the National Education System Law and Government Regulations on National Education Standards. Curriculum development paradigms include progressivism, constructivism, humanism and cybernetics, with a focus on fostering students' independence and preparing them for the challenges of the 21st century. Differentiated learning will involve modifying materials, processes, products, environments, and evaluations, while also emphasising the importance of understanding students' learning styles for a more effective learning experience. Thus learning difficulties and other learning problems experienced by students can be resolved and the learning objectives that have been planned by teachers and institutions can be achieved well.

Abstract

Kajian penelitian ini fenomena lifestyle thrifting kini semakin dikenal oleh masyarakat ditelaah menggunakan budaya popular. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan praktik thrifting sebagai budaya populer masyrakat pinggiran, mendeskripsikan motif pola masyarakat pinggiran dalam lifestyle thrifthing dan mendeskripsikan kelompok peminat thrifting khususnya di Pasar Gringging Kabupaten Kediri. Peneliti menggunakan teori hiperealitas Jean Baudrillar. Metode penelitian yaitu pendekatan femomenalogi yang menggunakan kualitatif untuk analisis deskriptif dari hasil wawancara secara mendalam, observasi, dan pengamatan. Lokasi penelitian ini di Jl. Raya Gringging Kabupaten Kediri. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kelompok secara individu dari masyarakat panggiran. Sumber data diambil langsung kelapangan berupa informan. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa pengamatan, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi Pustaka. Maka hasil dan pembahasan penelitian ini sebagai berikut yang pertama A. Praktik Thrifting Sebagai Budaya Populer Masyrakat Pinggiran terdapat 4 bagian yaitu: 1) Citra thrifting kembali popular, 2) Jenis dan Model Pakaian Variatif, 3) Lokasi Mudah Dijangkau dan 4) Perilaku Masyakarat Bernegoisasi. Kedua B. Motif Pola Masyarakat Pinggiran Dalam Lifestyle Thrifthing terdapat 3 bagian motif yaitu 1) Branded, 2) Model Vintage/Trend, 3) Perilaku Mencari Keuntungan dan Penghematan dan 4) Hasrat Kepercayaan Diri. Sedangkan yang ketiga tedapat C. Kelompok-kelompok Peminat Thrifting terbagi menjadi dua yaitu: 1) Kelompok Remaja dan 2) Kelompok Orangtua.

Abstract

This community service programme aims to improve the writing skills of elementary school students through the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital literacy. The method of implementing this activity uses training with the target, namely teachers at SDN Kampungdalem 1 Tulungagung, East Java. The evaluation instrument uses observation sheets and questionnaires which are then analyzed descriptively quantitatively and qualitatively. The results of this service showed that teacher competence and student writing skills improved through integrating AI and digital literacy in writing learning, as shown by an increase in the average writing score from 65.5 to 84.2. In addition, the success of this activity is supported by a holistic approach that combines teacher training, implementation assistance, and continuous evaluation.
