Abstract

Artikel ini membahas manajemen pendidikan Islam Rahmah El Yunusiyah di Diniyah Putri Padang Panjang. Kemudian menyoroti perannya sebagai pionir perempuan dalam memajukan pendidikan. Dengan mendirikan sekolah-sekolah, beliau berfokus pada penguatan nilai-nilai Islam dan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan bagi perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan metodologi penelitian kepustakaan berdasarkan pada bacaan dan hasil buku yang berkaitan dengan judul, focus dan permasalahan yang terdapat pada penelitian untuk menganalisis manajemen pendidikan yang diterapkan oleh Rahmah El Yunusiyah terhadap perkembangan dan ketahanan eksistensi Diniyah Putri Padang Panjang. Hasil menunjukkan, bahwa sekolah Dinayah Putri tetap terjaga eksistensinya hingga saat ini juga menjadi salah satu sekolah favorit yang sangat diminati banyak orang, visi dan dedikasinya tidak hanya memperluas akses pendidikan bagi perempuan tetapi juga memberikan dampak positif terhadap masyarakat secara keseluruhan, menjadikannya tokoh penting dalam sejarah pendidikan Islam di Indonesia. Salah satu hal yang ia lakukan ialah memberi bekal peserta didik dengan berbagai ilmu seperti agama, bahasa, serta mengasah berbagai keterampilan untuk mengembangkan potensi tiap peserta didik sesuai bidang yang diminati. Rahmah EIl-Yunusiyyah menerapkan model asrama guna memberikan kenyamanan dan focus kepada peserta didiknya, ia juga menggunakan metode pendidikan klasikal dengan sistem perjenjangan terukur.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis peran guru sebagai pendidik dan administrator dalam perspektif Islam. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu pengumpulan data dari berbagai sumber primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru tidak hanya bertanggung jawab mengajarkan ilmu, tetapi juga membangun karakter dan nilai moral pada siswa. Peran guru sebagai murabi sangat penting dalam memaksimalkan potensi siswa dan membimbingnya menuju kematangan emosi dan spiritual. Kesimpulannya, peran guru sebagai murabi dalam pendidikan Islam sangat penting untuk mengembangkan sumber daya manusia yang cerdas dan berakhlakul karimah.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see how school administrators function as managers in the context of educational management leadership. To improve educational standards in a time of rapid change, school principals musthavestrategicandadaptableleadershipskills. Literature review is the methodology used in thisresearch, where scholars collectan dexamine various related literary works, including books, scientific papers, and research reports. Abstract

Education in Indonesia faces challenges in producing human resources that are competitive in the era of globalization. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of off-the-job training in improving the competencies of teachers at SMA Negeri 8 Pekanbaru. The methodology used is a qualitative approach with a phenomenological case study, involving semi-structured interviews with three teachers who have participated in the training. Data were collected to understand participants' experiences, the contribution of the training to professional development, and the application of acquired skills. The results indicate that diverse training methods, such as games and simulations, are highly effective in enhancing pedagogical skills and understanding of the material. Participants reported increased student interest and engagement, as well as positive responses to the teaching methods applied. This research emphasizes the importance of continuous training to support teachers' professional development, which in turn will improve the quality of education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji keefektifan supervisi akademik yang diterapkan oleh kepala madrasah pada bagaimana kinerja guru di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah melalui pendekatan penelitian kepustakaan. Supervisi akademik memiliki fungsi manajerial yang berperan dalam upaya meningkatkan profesionalisme dan kualitas pembelajaran guru. Menggunakan metode deskriptif-analitik dalam kajian ini melalui telaah literatur ilmiah seperti buku, jurnal, dan artikel yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi akademik yang dilakukan secara efektif dan berkelanjutan memberikan kontribusi penuh dalam memberi peningkatan kinerja guru, khususnya dalam aspek tanggung jawab, keterampilan mengajar, dan pengelolaan pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan yang terstruktur sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi kepala madrasah sebagai supervisor akademik guna mendorong peningkatan mutu pendidikan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah.

Abstract

Keberhasilan manajemen mutu dan pencapaian akreditasi pendidikan tidak dapat dilepaskan dari keberadaan organisasi yang efektif. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana karakteristik organisasi efektif berperan sebagai fondasi utama dalam menjamin kualitas pendidikan dan mendukung pencapaian akreditasi yang optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi pustaka yang bersumber dari karya dosen dan mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam (MPI) serta literatur ilmiah lainnya. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa organisasi yang efektif memiliki ciri struktur yang adaptif, kepemimpinan transformatif, budaya mutu yang kuat, serta sistem evaluasi yang berkelanjutan. Temuan ini menguatkan pandangan bahwa organisasi pendidikan yang dikelola secara efektif mampu menjadi pilar utama dalam implementasi manajemen mutu berkelanjutan dan perolehan akreditasi unggul.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia has advanced rapidly through curriculum reform, including the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. This study aims to explore the impact of teacher training in supporting the implementation of this curriculum in classrooms. The method used is a literature review with a qualitative and descriptive approach, analyzing data from various relevant literature and academic journals. The findings indicate that teacher training plays a crucial role in enhancing pedagogical and professional competencies, as well as addressing challenges that arise during curriculum implementation. Trained teachers are better equipped to create adaptive and inclusive learning environments that support student character development. Furthermore, ongoing training helps teachers integrate technology into their teaching, thereby increasing student engagement. These findings suggest that targeted professional development efforts can significantly influence educational quality and the successful implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum.
