Abstract

The construction project of the Regional Tax and Levy Management Agency Office Building is located in Mariat Pantai, Aimas District, Sorong Regency, Southwest Papua. The project is an effort by the local government to improve the quality of infrastructure in the coastal Mariyat area where the office building was built to meet safety and health standards. The method in this study is quantitative research. Quantitative research is a research method that collects and analyzes data based on numbers and numerical measurements. The analysis shows that by using the SNI analysis, the results are Rp. 729,477,142,- while by using PUPR, the results are Rp. 809,271,989,- which means that the SNI analysis is more economical than the PUPR analysis. The final results of the study show that the calculation of the cost of building the office building of the Regional Tax and Levy Management Agency using the 2008 SNI analysis is Rp. 729,477.42 while the result of the cost estimate using the 2022 PUPR analysis is Rp. 809,271,989. From the calculation results, the comparison of the cost budget estimate between the 2008 SNI and PUPR 2023 methods, namely the 2022 PUPR method is Rp. 79,794,847 more expensive than the 2008 SNI.

Abstract

Fire is a disaster caused by fire and has the potential to occur anywhere, including hospitals. Maybrat General Hospital, as a health facility for the local community, requires special attention to the physical condition and safety systems of the building to protect patients and users. Evaluating building requirements using the Building Fire Safety Inspection Guidelines (Pd-T-11-2005-C) helps ensure that protection systems are functioning properly. The aim of this research is to evaluate system reliability. fire protection. uses a quantitative descriptive approach, with primary and secondary information from observations, interviews and document reviews. The assessment results show a score of 73.23% out of a score of 100%, which is included in the sufficient category according to the weighting (Pd-T-11-2005-C). As a result, maintenance, routine inspections and the provision of active protection system rescue facilities are required.

Abstract

Sorong City is a growing urban center in West Papua Province. This growth is directly proportional to the increasing number of motorized vehicles and the increasing mobility of the population. However, traffic safety is a major concern amidst this development. Traffic signs and road markings have a crucial function in regulating traffic flow and reducing the risk of accidents. However, the completeness, availability, and condition of road signs and markings in Sorong City are not fully understood. Therefore, it is important to evaluate the completeness of road signs and markings and their impact on traffic safety in Sorong City which aims to identify the completeness of traffic signs at various strategic points in Sorong City, examine the condition of road markings including clarity, cleanliness, and their presence on the main roads of Sorong City, measure the impact of the completeness of road signs and markings on the level of traffic accidents in Sorong City and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements to improve traffic safety based on research findings. To achieve the research objectives, the methods that will be used include field surveys, statistical analysis, and GIS mapping. The survey will be conducted systematically in various appropriate locations, including arterial roads, neighborhood roads, and important intersections. Data will be collected using a checklist in the form of aspects such as the existence, clarity, and physical condition of road markings and traffic signs as well as traffic accident data obtained from related parties. The expected output is recommendations for improving traffic infrastructure based on evidence, as well as publication in a journal of at least sinta 2.

Abstract

Sorong City as one of The cities in the eastern Indonesian region that is actively implementing the expansion and equalization of economic activity areas. This condition has an impact on the very high need for transportation in Sorong City. According to the BPS of Sorong Regency from 2020-2023 the population in Aimas District was 42,014 people, 43,954 people, 46,195 people and 48,499 people, while the number of vehicles in Sorong City from 2017-2021, amounted to 107,285 units, 115,502 units, 123,723 units, 129,514 units and 135,403 units. (BPS Sorong City). From the BPS data, it can be concluded that the number of vehicles and residents of Sorong City will continue to increase every year, of course the need for transportation will also increase, therefore this research needs to be done to support adequate transportation needs.

Abstract

Time management is an essential factor in the success of construction projects, as delays often lead to financial losses and reduced quality of work. Therefore, an appropriate method is needed for effective planning and control. One method that can be applied is the Critical Path Method (CPM), which is able to identify the critical path, project duration, and activities that must not be delayed. This study aims to analyze project time efficiency using CPM and to calculate direct costs based on the work volume derived from construction drawings using the Analisis Harga Satuan Pekerjaan (AHSP). The data used include the project schedule, activity durations, task dependencies, and work volumes. The analysis results show that the total project duration is 178 days, with the critical path consisting of mobilization, bowplank installation, earthwork, foundation, lean concrete, main structure, roofing, finishing, and final cleaning. All critical activities have no available float, meaning that any delay in one activity will affect the overall project duration. The direct project cost calculated using AHSP is Rp 1,478,634,218. Thus, the application of CPM proves useful in identifying critical activities, optimizing project scheduling, and providing a basis for decision-making to minimize delays in project implementation.

Abstract

Risiko waktu pada proyek konstruksi adalah keterlambatan jadwal proyek dari waktu yang telah ditentukan. Keterlambatan tersebut dapat menyebabkan fluktuasi anggaran yang akhirnya terjadi pemborosan anggaran (over budget). Seperti yang terjadi pada pembangunan Kantor Kejaksaan Negeri Makassar mengalami keterlambatan pekerjaan dari kontrak yang telah ada sebelumnya yaitu -25 %, sehingga dapat mengakibatkan kerugian pada kontraktor. Kerugian itu dapat berupa kerugian biaya maupun kerugian waktu karena perlu diadakan penambahan waktu kerja yaitu lima puluh hari. Dalam mengatasi hal tersebut diperlukan analisis terkait waktu dan biaya dengan membandingkan metode yang telah ada Metode yang digunakan adalah membandingkan anatar metode least cost analysis (LCA) dengan metode fast tracking untuk menghasilkan biaya yang rendah dan durasi waktu yang pendek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode yang menghasilkan biaya dan waktu yang lebih hemat biaya dengan durasi terkecil adalah Fast Tracking karena dapat memperkecil waktu selama 4 (empat) minggu tanpa penambahan biaya.

Abstract

Ruas Jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan IX Kota Makassar, berada di kawasan perdagangan, industri, perkantoran, dan pendidikan yang sangat mempengaruhi meningkatnya volume lalu lintas seperti padatnya aktivitas yang terjadi pada saat pergi dan pulang kantor yang dapat menyebabkan kemacetan pada jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan IX tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis karakteristik dan kinerja ruas Perintis Kemerdekaan pasca pembangunan Middle Ring Road. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama tiga hari yaitu Jum’at, Ahad, dan Senin, yang diambil pada Pukul 07.00-10.00 WITA dan 14.00-17.00 WITA. Perhitungan pada kapasitas jalan ditinjau menggunakan Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1994. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa karakteristik dan kinerja ruas di Jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan IX pasca pembangunan Middle Ring Road yang didapatkan bahwa volume lalu lintas tertinggi terdapat pada Pos B hari Jum’at yaitu 6788,8 smp/jam, dengan kecepatan yaitu 5,97 km/jam, serta kepadatan yang dihasilkan yaitu 1137,15 smp/jam. Nilai tingkat pelayanan yang dihasilkan yaitu C yang merefleksikan arus lalu lintas yang masih stabil, serta jam puncak hambatan samping yang dihasilkan yaitu 2030,9 smp/jam yang berarti kelas hambatan samping yang berada pada Jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan sangat tinggi (VH) sehingga mempengaruhi kinerja jalan.
