Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to describe the role of teachers in encouraging students' entrepreneurial interests and talents at SDN 17/I Rantau Puri. In the research, researchers used a descriptive qualitative approach. Data in the research were collected through unstructured observation and interviews. After the data is obtained, data analysis is then carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are the role of teachers in developing students' entrepreneurial interests and talents through guidance that supports their growth in terms of personality, social interaction, learning, and future career preparation. Entrepreneurial interest and talent refers to a person's interest or inclination towards the business world and having a high entrepreneurial spirit, characterized by courage in taking risks and having a mature vision and mission that emerges from experience and observation of the surroundings. Based on the presentation of the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that in encouraging students' entrepreneurial interests and talents, teachers have a very important role by carrying out their role in guiding and training students. Keywords: Role of Teachers, Interests, Talents, Entrepreneurship Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran guru dalam mendorong minat dan bakat kewirausahaan siswa di SDN 17/I Rantau Puri. Dalam penelitian, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis deskriptif. Data pada penelitian dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara yang tidak tersetruktur. Setelah data didapatkan, kemudian dilakukan analisis data dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah peran guru dalam mengembangkan minat dan bakat kewirausahaan siswa melalui bimbingan yang mendukung pertumbuhan mereka dalam hal kepribadian, interaksi sosial, pembelajaran, dan persiapan karier di masa mendatang. Minat dan bakat berwirausaha merujuk pada ketertarikan atau kecenderungan seseorang terhadap dunia bisnis dan memiliki jiwa berwirausaha yang tinggi dengan ditandai keberanian dalam mengambil risiko serta memiliki visi dan misi yang matang yang muncul dari pengalaman dan pengamatan sekitar. Berdasarkan pemaparan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam mendorong minat dan bakat kewirausahaan siswa guru memiliki peran sangat penting dengan menjalankan perannya dalam membimbing dan melatih siswa. Kata Kunci: Peran Guru, Minat, Bakat, Kewirausahaan

Abstract

Studi ini menggunakan rancangan kualitatif deskriptif melalui teknik kajian literatur. Fokus kajiannya tertuju pada kepala sekolah, guru kelas, serta peserta didik. Tujuannya adalah mengeksplorasi bagaimana guru menjalankan tanggung jawab dan tugasnya dalam menerapkan nilai-nilai Profil Pelajar Pancasila, yang dianalisis dari hasil pengamatan langsung, percakapan mendalam, dan telaah arsip dokumen. Proses analisis data mempergunakan pendekatan Miles dan Huberman, yang dilakukan dengan tahap pengumpulan, penyederhanaan, penyajian informasi, serta penarikan dan pembuktian kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa guru telah menjalankan perannya dengan baik. Guru mesti memahami tugas dan tanggung jawabnya sebagai pendidik dalam meningkatkan kemampuan akademik siswa serta membentuk karakter mereka sejak dini agar menjadi pribadi yang utuh (insan kamil).

Abstract

Permasalahan yang tampak pada proses pembelajaran pada kurikulum sebelumnya yang berpusat pada guru (teacher center), sehingga tidak adanya improvisasi yang menyebabkan peserta didik hanya terpaku pada materi dasar saja. Pada kurikulum baru (2013) proses pembelajaran mulai terfokus pada peserta didik (student center). Hal ini dituangkan dalam pembahasan analisis pembelajaran IPS di SD/madrasah ibtidaiah kurikulum 2013. Berawal dari perubahan kurikulum baru yang mengusung tema integratif, diharapkan siswa mampu menjadi individu yang aktif, kreatif, berpikir kritis, mempunyai kerjasama tim dan mampu berjuang dalam persaingan global. Makalah ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menelaah beberapa sumber yang relevan seperti buku, artikel atau jurnal, dan dokumen lainnya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis isi. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa pembelajaran IPS di SD/madrasah ibtidaiah pada kurikulum 2013 merupakan kumpulan dari berbagai aspek, yang berisi tentang struktur keilmuan IPS di SD/madrasah ibtidaiah, karakteristik perkembangan siswa, kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi. atau HOTS (higher order thingking), literasi keuangan, literasi budaya dan kewarganegaraan, literasi digital, dan pendidikan karakter

Abstract

This study was motivated by the still-low reading comprehension skills of elementary school students, which hinder the achievement of literacy competencies. The study aims to describe the nature of reading comprehension difficulties, identify their causes, and examine teachers’ efforts to address them among fourth-grade students at SDN 14/I Sungai Baung. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data sources consisting of fourth-grade students and teachers. Data collection techniques included observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis utilized an interactive model comprising data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the students’ main difficulties include understanding main ideas, the meaning of vocabulary, and drawing conclusions from texts. The contributing factors stem from both internal student factors and external learning factors. Teachers’ efforts were implemented through the use of contextual learning strategies and the provision of intensive reading practice. The findings also reveal that conventional teaching methods, limited learning media, and insufficient parental support at home are external factors that further exacerbate students' reading comprehension difficulties. These findings have important implications for the development of more effective reading learning strategies in elementary schools.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that many elementary school students still experience difficulties in understanding basic mathematical concepts, especially in long multiplication operations. These difficulties often lead students to make various errors in understanding place value concepts and calculation procedures, which impact low learning outcomes and student numeracy skills. This study aims to analyze the types of errors made by elementary school students in solving long multiplication problems based on Kastolan's theory through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by reviewing 10 relevant scientific articles published between 2021 and 2025 from the Google Scholar database. Data analysis was conducted by classifying errors into three categories according to Kastolan's theory: conceptual errors, procedural errors, and technical errors. The results show that the most dominant error made by students is conceptual error with an average of 52.7%, followed by procedural error at 45.45%, and technical error at 42.13%. These findings indicate that low understanding of basic multiplication and place value concepts is the main factor causing student errors, which then leads to procedural and technical calculation errors. The results of this study are expected to serve as a reference for teachers in designing more effective learning strategies to improve students' understanding of mathematical concepts.
