Abstract

Islamic boarding schools as educational institutions play a role to build  Islamic values. Islamic values are patterns or concepts that are upheld by Muslims with various main problems related to Islam. This type of research was qualitative descriptive research that was the process of research by conducting an assessment of phenomena, and events, in the life of students, by directly or indirectly involved in the settings studied. The main problem in this research is how factors influence the cultivation of Islamic values in Islamic boarding schools. The purpose of the research was to examine the factors that influence the cultivation of Islamic values on students at the Islamic Boarding School of Hidayatullah Balikpapan. The methods of collecting data were conducted by observations, interviews, and documentation through researchers collecting data step by step and then concluded. The process of processing and analyzing data through three analysis activities simultaneously, namely: (1) data reduction (2) data display, (3) and concluding. The results of the research showed that the factors of cultivating Islamic values to students at the Islamic boarding school of Hidayatullah Balikpapan were (1) the integration of curriculum, (2) integrated between mosques, dormitories, and madrasah in the educational process, (3) the existence of qudwah (role model) from elders, community leaders, alumni, and seniors, (4) the support of the government and the local community. Meanwhile, Islamic values were instilled from the aspect of religion, worship, and morality.

Abstract

Abstract Deliberation Subject Teacher (MGMPs) is a container for a meeting of subject teachers in the school. The organization was formed as a forum for the meeting of subject teachers, selaian, as a means silaturrahmi as well as organizations that accommodate a variety of ideas for teachers and also as a means of accommodating the various problems faced by the teachers in each school masing.ini prove so important in the formation MGMPs in addressing the problems faced by teachers in each educational unit. With over MGMPs teachers are expected to maintain the quality performance of duty as a teacher in accordance with the needs of society, especially in the working world. MGMPs participation in the process of improving the performance of teachers, are required to perform a variety of breakthroughs that will build a quality education. The purpose of this study is to explore some theories about MGMPs, and role in improving teacher performance PAI Balikpapan city high school, there is the implication to make the guidelines in the teaching process so as to produce teachers who have a good performance. Organisasi  tersebut dibentuk sebagai forum pertemuan para guru mata pelajaran, selaian itu juga  sebagai sarana silaturrahmi serta sebagai organisasi yang menampung berbagai gagasan para guru dan juga sebagai sarana menampung berbagai permasalahan    yang dihadapi guru di sekolah masing-masing.ini  membuktikan bahwa begitu pentingnya pembentukan MGMP di dalam mengatasi persoalan yang dihadapi oleh guru di satuan pendidikan masing-masing. Dengan melalui  MGMP diharapkan guru dapat mempertahankan kualitas kinerjanya dalam menjalankan tugas sebagai guru sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat terutama dalam dunia kerja. Peran serta MGMP dalam proses peningkatan kinerja guru, dituntut untuk  melakukan berbagai terobosan-terobosan yang  akan membangun pendidikan berkualitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali beberapa teori tentang MGMP, dan perananya dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru PAI SMA kota Balikpapan, terkandung maksud menjadikan pedoman dalam proses mengajar sehingga mampu menghasilkan guru-guru yang memiliki kinerja baik.  Kata kunci : MGMP, dan kinerja Guru

Abstract

Penelitiian ini mengkaji tentang akomodasi pondok pesantren terhadap kurikulum Nasional di Pondok Pesantren Hidayatullah Balikpapan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yaitu proses penelitian dengan melakukan pengkajian terhadap fenomena, serta kejadian, dalam kehidupan santri. Pokok masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pondok pesantren mengakomodasi kurikulum nasional dalam proses pendidikan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengambil tempat di Pondok Pesantren Hidayatullah Balikpapan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Peneliti menggunakan instrumen berupa pedoman observasi dan pedoman wawancara. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa pondok pesantren mengakomodasi kurikulum nasional dengan mengelompokkan tiga jenis mata pelajaran yaitu kelompok A berisi tentang pengetahuan yang bersumber dari DPP Hidayatullah dengan tetap mengacu pada kurikulum Nasional, Kelompok B materi kurikulum tetap dari pusat yang dilengkapi dengan muatan lokal, kelompok C yaitu ilmu kepesantrenan. Proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran dilaksanakan di tiga tempat yaitu Asrama mengajarkan tentang Life skill, di Madrasah pengetahuan umum dan agama, dan di Masjid ilmu diniyah, sehingga biasa di sebut Pembelajaran integral. Pelaksanaan akomodasi kurikulum menghadapi beberapa kendala yaitu dari (1) keterbatasan pembinaan dari pemerintah terkait penerapan kurikulum karena perubahan regulasi, (2) kurangnya modalitas guru untuk mengikuti adanya perubahan kurikulum, (3) keterbatasan pendampingan dari orangtua santri yang menyerahkan sepenuhnya urusan anaknya ke pondok.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji bagaimana realitas pembelajaran konten keislaman dan konten keindonesiaan di Pondok Pesantren Hidayatullah Balikpapan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif sehingga peneliti mencari makna, pemahaman, fenomena, kejadian, maupun keadaan yang berkaitan dengan pembelajaran konten keislaman dan keindonesiaan di Pondok Pesantren Hidayatullah Balikpapan. Sumber data yaitu data primer melalui wawancara dan data sekunder melalui dokumen. Adapun instrumen penelitian adalah peneliti sendiri sebagai instrumen kunci dan pedoman wawancara. Sedangkan teknik analiasis data dengan menggunakan reduksi data, displai data, kemudian dilakukan verivikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pertama, Pembelajaran keislaman di Pondok Pesantren Hidayatullah Balikpapan secara garis besar terdiri atas tauhid, ibadah, dan akhlak. (1) Pembelajaran tauhid yaitu pembelajaran untuk mentauhidkan Allah dengan cara semua materi pelajaran dilandasi dengan nilai-nilai tauhid. (2) Ibadah, yaitu pembelajaran diniyah, Baca al-Qur’an, Tahfiz, Tahsin, Salat lail, Ta’lim, Halaqah al-Qur’an. (3) Akhlak, yaitu melatih kemandirian, hidup sederhana, memiliki kepribadian akhlak al-karimah, sikap menghormati, menjaga hubungan baik dengan teman sesama santri, menghormati warga pondok. Kedua, Pembelajaran Keindonesiaan, yaitu PKn, Bahasa Indonesia, Matematika, IPS dan adanya Sosialisasi Empat Pilar yaitu Pancasila, UUD 1945, NKRI, Bhineka Tunggal Ika. Pembentukan Satuan Komunitas (SAKO) Pramuka Hidayatullah, dan bela diri.

Abstract

Lembaga Dakwah Kampus as an intra organization which has role for presenting the concept of Islamic Wasathiyah on campus with the aim of expanding Islam and countering radicalism. This research is motivated by students at the Lembaga Dakwah Kampus less of understanding the concept of Wasathiyah even though in practice they generally operate in da 'wah. This research used quantitative method by observation and deep interview. The results of the research show that the Lembaga Dakwah Kampus develops insight not only with regard to Islamic insight but also organizational and leadership development. It is showed that every member has chance to joining the programs (here also provides for non - Muslims regardless of religion, ethnicity. The student movement through the Lembaga Dakwah Kampus provides a solution for campus residents to commit for practicing I slam Wasathiyah with avoiding from certain groups, political interests or radicalism. This concept is necessary to collaborate with various elements of others organizations to develop Islamic insight, character formation, and Islamic culture.

Abstract

Artikel ini telah berusaha mendiskripsikan bagaimana pemahaman mahasiswa tentang moderasi beragama di perguruan tinggi umum. Adapun yang menjadi objek penelitian ini di wilayah Kota Bontang. Adapun subjek penelitian yaitu mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Bontang (STITEK), mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Industri Bontang (STTIB), mahasiswa Universitas Trunajaya Bontang (UNIJAYA). Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, melalui pendekatan fenomenologis. Selanjutnya peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan insidental sampel, yaitu pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara tiba-tiba dengan memperhatikan data yang akan diperlukan oleh peneliti. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti temukan sejumlah data atau keterangan di lapangan melalui proses wawancara, kemudian datanya dianalisis sehingga peneliti dapat memberikan sebuah kesimpulan bahwa pemahaman mahasiswa tentang moderasi beragama di perguruan tinggi umum masih menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai toleransi beragama, terbukti pergaulan antar agama terjalin dengan harmonis, serta peneliti tidak menemukan unsur sikap atau pemikiran serta tindakan yang bersikap radikal.

Abstract

This service is about training and practice in carrying out fardhu kifayah carried out at the Amirulhaq Campus Mosque, Balikpapan University. The service was carried out to answer the anxiety faced by the community, namely that attention to the care of corpses was becoming increasingly low, so it seemed as if the responsibility for caring for corpses was handed over only to the fardhu kifayah community. The focus of the problem in this service is to guide and train participants in the process of administering and managing people who have died. The training aims to provide participants with knowledge and insight into how to handle corpses. Furthermore, it motivates so that after this training participants become involved if someone dies in their environment, especially their own family. This activity begins with the delivery of the activity stages from the beginning to the end of the training. The activity stages begin with participant registration and are then divided into groups of both male and female participants. Next, the implementation method provides material about handling people who have died and matters related to death. Then it continues with the practice of cutting the shroud, washing, shrouding, and praying the body. The results of this activity show that the participants gained experience in the form of knowledge so that they could know and understand both the concept and practice of implementing fardhu kifayah.

Abstract

Abstrak Masjid secara harfiah dimaknai tempat sujud melaksanakan ibadah ritual kepada Allah seperti salat, dzikir, baca Al-Qur’an, dan I’tikaf. Tetapi melihat peran dan fungsi masjid sejak jaman nabi masjid tidak hanya tempat ibadah ritual melainkan fungsi sosial lainnya. Dalam penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengkaji manajemen pengelolaan masjid dan solusi mengatasinya di kota Balikpapan. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif deskritif menggunakan pengumpulan data dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun pengolahan data menggunakan teori Miles dan Hubermen. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa ada beberapa masjid di kota Balikpapan manajemen pengelolaan masjid nampaknya tidak dikelola secara baik hal ini disebabkan beberapa faktor misalnya pengelolaan dilakukan secara tradisional, pengangkatan kepengurusan tidak transparan, masjid hanya dikelola orang tua yang sudah sepuh yang kemampuan manajerial rendah, pengalaman memimpin organisasi yang minim, serta tidak melibatkan jamaah dan remaja secara maksimal. Kemudian solusi mengatasi problematika tersebut dibeberapa masjid dikelola secara modern dengan manajemen masjid yang baik. Masjid menjadi pusat pembinaan umat dengan tidak hanya sebagai tempat ritual melainkan sarana edukasi yaitu melaksanakan pendidikan akidah, dan pendidikan akhlak. Penggunaan teknologi informasi dan pusat ekonomi umat seperti pendirian koperasi, mini market di lingkungan masjid.

Abstract

This service aims to implement the socialisation programme on the influence of bullying  and how to deal with it on students of Grade VI at SD Negeri 010 Manggar Baru. The socialisation is conducted in order to anticipate the occurrence of bullying  against adolescents, especially the students of SDN 10 who are actually the future generations. This community service was conducted at SD Negeri 10 Manggar Baru, Balikpapan City with the subject of Grade VI students. The service educates the students about what bullying  is and its effects. The impact of bullying  is very influential on students' mental health, academic performance and social relationships. Efforts to anticipate bullying  in schools are education about bullying , involvement of parents and community and consistent implementation of school rules. The stages of socialisation implementation are reporting and coordinating with the school, preparing materials, hearing the principal and class teacher, preparing the venue and media needed. Furthermore, the results of this activity provide the students with knowledge about the meaning, influence, impact and how to deal with it. In this way, the anticipation of the spread of bullying  behaviour among school children can be dealt with at an early stage.

Abstract

The millennial phenomenon becomes very interesting when faced with the condition of Islamic education in Indonesia. On the one hand, Islamic education has a target and orientation to create perfect human beings. However, on the other hand, at the same time, Islamic education must be able to develop the skills, abilities, potential and behavior of its followers in responding to internal challenges and the challenges of the global world that has opened wide before us. "Hard impacts" will be increasingly felt and it will not be easy to reduce them, when Islamic education has to struggle and struggle with the world of the millennial era. When it comes to millennials, there are several problems that are already facing the world of Islamic education. This research aims to analyze the perspective of Islamic religious education in building student character in the current of globalization in the millennial era. The research method used is a qualitative method with a qualitative-phenomenological approach. The research subjects were Balikpapan University FKIP students who were selected using purposive sampling. The object of this research is students in the role of Islamic Religious Education in the formation of morals and character in the millennial generation era. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The main instrument in this research is the researcher himself. Testing the validity of the data is carried out by: extending observations, increasing persistence, triangulation,. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The research findings show that the role of Islamic religious education for students in the millennial era is seen as the guardian of national and religious values to produce quality Muslim scholars
