Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini menjelaskan bahwa banyak pelaku UMKM mengalami kesulitan dalam mengelola keuangan akibat keterbatasan pengetahuan dan penggunaan metode tradisional, sehingga menjadi urgensi untuk meningkatkan keterampilan digital mereka. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan edukasi dan pelatihan kepada UMKM Desa Sumorame mengenai pengelolaan keuangan berbasis digital dengan aplikasi BukuWarung. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan dan pelatihan langsung untuk membantu peserta memahami penggunaan aplikasi tersebut, termasuk pencatatan transaksi hingga pembuatan laporan keuangan. Hasilnya menunjukkan respon positif dari pelaku UMKM yang merasa terbantu dalam meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan keuangan mereka. Kegiatan ini menawarkan pendekatan praktis yang efektif untuk mendukung UMKM beradaptasi dengan era digital. Dampak dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan daya saing dan keberlanjutan UMKM dalam menghadapi persaingan pasar yang semakin kompleks.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of job insecurity and perceived organizational inclusion on the performance of outsourced employees at PT Karya Utama Nusindo (KUN). A quantitative approach was used with a survey method involving 83 respondents from five partners of PT KUN. Job insecurity was measured using 5 indicator items, while Perceived Organizational Inclusion used 6 indicator items. Employee performance uses 6 indicator items. The results showed that job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, meaning that job uncertainty actually motivates employees to work better. Meanwhile, perceived organizational inclusion also has a significant positive effect, indicating that an inclusive work environment encourages optimal performance. This research provides insight for companies to leverage these factors in improving outsourced employee performance through a strategic approach that manages job insecurity productively and encourages organizational inclusiveness.

Abstract

The level of enthusiasm of female drivers shows that women are increasingly comfortable and confident in taking on jobs that were previously dominated by men. In this case, job flexibility has positive benefits on mental health and job satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the relationship between job flexibility, mental health, and job satisfaction among female drivers. In addition, this study will also test whether the work flexibility variable can be influenced by the mental health variable as a moderating factor. The method used in this research is quantitative with a sample of 95 female drivers, and data collection is done through distributing questionnaires online (TikTok, WhatsApp, Instagram). The results showed that work flexibility affects mental health, which in turn affects job satisfaction. Furthermore, the analysis also revealed that mental health, as a moderating variable, weakens the relationship between work flexibility and job satisfaction. Abstract

This article investigates the multifaceted dynamics of employee career development within the Makassar office of PT. HM. Sampoerna, Tbk. The study focuses on the impact of soft skills training and managerial support, with self-confidence as a mediating variable. Through a comprehensive analysis, the research reveals that soft skills training significantly enhances employees' self-confidence, subsequently influencing their overall career development positively. Furthermore, self-confidence emerges as a significant mediator, amplifying the effects of both soft skills training and managerial support on career development. Notably, the direct influence of managerial support on career development is not statistically significant, prompting further exploration into leadership practices. These findings contribute valuable insights to the field of employee development, emphasizing the importance of holistic training programs and the pivotal role of self-confidence in shaping professional trajectories. The implications of this research provide organizations, including PT. HM. Sampoerna, Tbk, with actionable insights for refining talent development strategies and cultivating a workplace culture that empowers individuals toward sustained career success. Abstract

Dampak dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan daya saing dan keberlanjutan UMKM dalam menghadapi persaingan pasar yang semakin kompleks. This community service explains that many MSMEs have difficulty managing their finances due to limited knowledge and the use of traditional methods, so it is urgent to improve their digital skills. This community service aims to educate and train MSMEs in Sumorame Village regarding digital-based financial management with the BukuWarung application. The methods used include counselling and direct training to help participants understand how to use the application, including recording transactions and making financial reports. The results showed a positive response from MSMEs, who felt that they helped increase the efficiency of their financial management. This activity offers an effective practical approach to support MSMEs in adapting to the digital era. The impact of this activity is increasing the competitiveness and sustainability of MSMEs in facing increasingly complex market competition.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui peningkatan kinerja UMKM dengan pengaruh kepemimpinan agility melalui kemampuan adaptif sebagai mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu pemilik usaha sentra industri UMKM di Kabupaten Sidoarjo dan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dalam menentutkan sampel. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SEM-PLS dengan software smartPLS 4.0, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan agility berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM dan kemampuan adaptif, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kemampuan adaptif terhadap kinerja UMKM, dan adanya pengaruh positif signifikan kepemimpinan agility terhadap kinerja UMKM dimediasi oleh kemampuan adaptif.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate how entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial competence influence business performance. Quantitative methods are used for this test. A total of 39 owners from Sidoarjo Batik, MSMEs, participated in interviews and were selected through a saturated sampling approach. Information is collected in a questionnaire that includes a Likert scale as a measurement instrument. The results show that entrepreneurial orientation has a significant impact on business performance, and entrepreneurial ability does not have a significant impact on business performance. Together, both entrepreneur orientation and entrepreneurial ability influence business performance. So it can be concluded that batik MSME owners need to develop technology that is used to develop innovation and expand market reach through social media so that customers are easier to find, can develop personal branding and keep up with the times.

Abstract

Upaya pelestarian dan pengembangan ludruk menjadi penting untuk memastikan bahwa generasi mendatang dapat terus menikmati dan mempelajari kekayaan budaya ini. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan di Desa Sumorame, RT 02 RW 11 Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Pagelaran ludruk milenial di Desa Sumorame RT 02 RW 11 merupakan suatu upaya warga setempat untuk mencegah punahnya kesenian di tengah gempuran budaya asing. Kelancaran kegiatan pagelaran ludruk milenial di RT 02 RW 11 Desa Sumorame mencerminkan keberhasilan kolaborasi antara masyarakat, mahasiswa pengabdi, dan berbagai pihak terkait dalam melestarikan budaya tradisional dengan sentuhan modern. Preservation and development of the ludruk are crucial to ensure that future generations can continue to enjoy and learn about this rich culture. This community service activity was conducted in Sumorame Village, RT 02 RW 11, Sidoarjo Regency. The millennial ludruk performance in Sumorame Village, RT 02 RW 11, represents a local effort to prevent the extinction of this art form amidst the onslaught of foreign cultures. The successful implementation of the millennial ludruk performance in RT 02 RW 11, Sumorame Village, reflects the successful collaboration between the community, student community service participants, and various related parties in preserving traditional culture with a modern touch.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial dynamics encounter significant challenges in a competitive and fast-changing environment. This research aims to explore the role of dynamic capability and organizational agility in enhancing the performance of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), particularly within the batik and embroidery sectors in Pasuruan Regency, specifically in the Bangil, Beji, Gempol, and Pandaan areas. Data was gathered from 48 MSMEs owners through questionnaires, and the analysis was performed using quantitative methods with SmartPLS 4.0 software to test the research hypotheses. The findings revealed that dynamic capability is essential for enhancing MSMEs' performance, while organizational agility also positively influences performance. Additionally, the study indicated that both dynamic capability and organizational agility positively impact the performance of batik and embroidery MSMEs in the Bangil, Beji, Gempol, and Pandaan regions. This research provides valuable insights for decision-making and strategy formulation in the face of market uncertainties, offering practical recommendations for MSMEs owners to enhance their efficiency and competitiveness.
