Kesehatan gigi dan mulut merupakan bagian integral dari kesehatan umum, dan meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat menuntut pelayanan klinik gigi yang berkualitas. Klinik gigi swasta berperan penting dalam mendukung visi Indonesia Emas 2045 melalui peningkatan kualitas layanan kesehatan masyarakat. Saat ini, klinik gigi tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai fasilitas medis, tetapi juga entitas sosio-bisnis yang menekankan kepuasan dan loyalitas pasien dalam menghadapi kompetisi industri kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pasien, dengan mempertimbangkan strategi pengenaan harga dan kompetensi karyawan sebagai variabel intervening di Klinik FDC Alam Sutera. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling terhadap 99 pasien, serta analisis data menggunakan regresi dan analisis jalur (path analysis) melalui SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Selain itu, strategi harga dan kompetensi karyawan secara signifikan memediasi hubungan tersebut. Strategi harga yang kompetitif dan penguatan kompetensi karyawan melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan terbukti meningkatkan persepsi nilai dan kepuasan pasien.

The research was conducted with the aim of knowing the description of product quality, price fairness and distribution channels on purchasing decisions at PT Dynatech International. As well as knowing the role of distribution channels in mediating product quality and price fairness on purchasing decisions at PT Dynatech International. The study was studied using the post-positivism paradigm, with quantitative research methods. The population of the study was consumers of PT. Dynatech International totaling 250 people. The data used were primary data in the form of questionnaires measured using the Likert scale. The study used the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square approach with a measurement model using the Smart PLS version 3 program. The results of the study directly show that Product Quality and Price Fairness have an influence on Distribution Channels. Product Quality, Price Fairness, and Distribution Channels directly have an influence on Purchasing Decisions. While indirectly Distribution Channels mediate the influence of Product Quality and Price Fairness on Purchasing Decisions. From the research results, it can be concluded that Distribution Channels have the strongest influence on Purchasing Decisions. While Price Fairness has the weakest influence on Purchasing Decisions.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh langsung rotasi jabatan, lingkungan kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, serta pengaruh tidak langsung rotasi jabatan dan lingkungan kerja yang dimediasi oleh motivasi kerja di Sekretariat Wakil Presiden. Permasalahan penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kondisi lingkungan kerja yang kurang kondusif, motivasi kerja yang menurun, ketidaksesuaian rotasi jabatan dengan kompetensi pegawai, serta sistem penghargaan dan pola karier yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif asosiatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Data diperoleh melalui survei terhadap 74 pegawai yang dipilih dengan rumus Yamane dari total populasi 282 pegawai. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier melalui perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rotasi jabatan, lingkungan kerja, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Selain itu, motivasi kerja memediasi sebagian pengaruh rotasi jabatan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya kebijakan rotasi jabatan dan pengelolaan lingkungan kerja yang efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan kinerja pegawai secara berkelanjutan.

This study aims to answer the practice of human resource contribution to creating customer satisfaction. Organizations need to develop and expand organizational structures that enable participatory decision-making. Interaction between members of the organization requires emotional intelligence to stimulate the emergence of new ideas in understanding the main tasks and functions of the organization. This study uses a Likert scale in a questionnaire to obtain primary data. Of the 180 lecturers and education staff surveyed, 168 respondents gave answers. The research results show that; 1) Individual ability, work professionalism, organizational commitment, and knowledge sharing do not contribute significantly to emotional intelligence directly. But work discipline contributes significantly to emotional intelligence directly; 2) Individual ability, work discipline, and organization commitment do not contribute significantly to consumer satisfaction directly. But work professionalism, and knowledge sharing contribute significantly to consumer satisfaction directly; 3) Emotional intelligence contributes significantly to customer satisfaction directly; and 4) Human resources (individual abilities, work professionalism, work discipline, organizational commitment, and knowledge sharing) indirectly contribute to creating consumer satisfaction.

The output achievements and results of an activity or program are the work of the agency, as an effort to achieve the goals and objectives that have been set by the main tasks and functions of the agency. To achieve good performance, of course, proper strategic management is needed, so that if the organization's work program can be implemented into the budgeting of its activities, of course, it will influence and have a good impact on the organization's performance. The analytical method used is the analysis of direct and indirect effects (path analysis). The data source uses primary data which is carried out by taking samples directly from correspondents through filling out questionnaires. The results of the study obtained the following conclusions: (1) The work program does not affect partner budgeting. (2) Partner budgeting has a significant effect on managerial performance. (3) Work programs have a significant effect on managerial performance. (4) Work programs on managerial performance through partner budgeting have a significant effect and a positive impact.

This research was conducted on small and micro business actors (UKM) in Serang-Banten City with the aim of knowing the contribution and obtaining information on the benefits of financial literacy to create the use of financial technology mediated by financial self-efficacy and internal locus of control in business actors. Respondents were randomly selected to represent each particular commodity. Primary data is processed using a categorical Likert scale and statistical data analysis uses path analysis. The findings are that; 1) The benefits of financial literacy to build a high sense of trust and behave with strong self-control in managing one's finances; 2) The benefits of financial literacy to create a sense of self-confidence and strong self-controlled behavior and its impact on the use of financial technology both directly and indirectly. Most of them are familiar with banking access. They already have a strong sense of self-confidence and self-controlled behavior regarding understanding banking products and services, so they feel interested in understanding banking technology products and services. The impact of this research is expected to provide wiser alternative financial decisions.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan dan inklusi keuangan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan BUM Desa dengan financial technology sebagai variabel intervening di Kabupaten Gunung Kidul. Hipotesis yang diuji mencakup hubungan langsung dan signifikan antara literasi keuangan, inklusi keuangan, dan financial technology terhadap pengelolaan keuangan, serta hubungan tidak langsung melalui financial technology. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan paradigma asosiatif untuk menguji hubungan sebab akibat antar variabel. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari pengelola 125 BUM Desa berbadan hukum di Kabupaten Gunung Kidul. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan berkontribusi positif terhadap pengelolaan keuangan, sedangkan inklusi keuangan yang berkembang terlalu cepat tanpa diimbangi literasi keuangan justru berisiko merugikan pengelolaan keuangan. Financial technology memiliki pengaruh paling besar, mencerminkan pentingnya teknologi dalam memperkuat sistem keuangan BUM Desa. Hal ini menegaskan bahwa pemanfaatan financial technology yang optimal dapat meningkatkan pengelolaan keuangan serta memberikan dampak positif terhadap nilai organisasi BUM Desa di Kabupaten Gunung Kidul.

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kognisi kepada birokrasi wilayah dan juga masyarakat pada umumnya mengenai kemungkinan penerapan teknologi infromasi digital untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan suatu wilayah. Metode yang digunakan merupakan metode ceramah menggunakan alat bantu , curah pendapat dan diskusi mendalam mengenai hal tersebut. Hasil pengabdian mendapati bahawa secara kognitif masyarakat mampu menyerap pengetahuan betapa dalam diskursus ini, pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam pelayanan menjadi hal yang sangat mungkin. Secara afeksi, sikap yang ditunjukkan audien juga menampilkan optimisme dan persetujuan mengenai pengembangan dan implementasi diskursus tersebut.

This study investigates The Influence of corporate Social Entrepreneurship (CSE) Program And Mentoring on Community Competence Through Community Develeopment as an Intervening variable in The Baduga Community In The Sports Sector Indonesia. The concept of Corporate Social Entrepreneurship (CSE) has a role in encouraging the improvement of the economic welfare of the community, such as through the provision of competition programs and training in improving skills. In addition, it can encourage sustainable social innovation, increase community involvement and empowerment, accelerate social and infrastructure development and improve the reputation and sustainability of the company. The place of implementation of the research was carried out in the Baduga Sumedang Community environment, Sumedang Regency, West Java Province, which received the benefits of the Corporate Social Entrepreneurship (CSE) program of PT RPN. This research is classified into the type of explanatory research, namely research that intends to test and explain the relationship between independent variables (exogenous variables) and dependent variables (endogenous variables) (Sugiono, 2016). This study uses a hypothesis testing research design (Hypotheses Testing). This design was chosen because it will empirically test the influence between research variables. The sampling technique with the purposive sampling method was used to collect samples from the community. This method was chosen because it requires the determination of certain criteria for the sample to be targeted when distributing the research questionnaire (Taherdoost, 2016). The Isaac and Michael formula is used to determine the number of samples in purposive sampling with a tolerance of 10% error. This formula is used to calculate the number of samples needed. Based on the calculation of the Isaac and Michael formula mentioned above, the sample used for this study was 270 people who answered the questionnaire. Multiple regression analysis is used by researchers who intend to predict how the condition (rise and fall) of the dependent variable (criterion), where two or more independent variables as predictor factors are manipulated (increased or decreased in value). Multiple regression analysis is used by researchers who intend to predict the condition (up and down) of the dependent variable (criterium), where two or more independent variables are manipulated predictor factors (increasing and decreasing their values).

Abstract The role of human resources in creating a good organizational climate is an issue that has been researched previously. However, if we look at the effectiveness criteria presented by experts in the field of management, we understand that knowledge-sharing behavior and work professionalism can directly or indirectly play a very important role in improving employee performance. This study aims to analyze the contribution of knowledge sharing and work professionalism to creating a good organizational climate through emotional intelligence. This research was conducted at University of Prof. Dr. Moestopo (Beragama), Jakarta. Researchers use questionnaires as a tool to obtain primary data. Sampling used the entire population of 168 respondents. The research results show that: 1) knowledge sharing and work professionalism contribute significantly to emotional intelligence; 2) knowledge sharing and work professionalism contribute significantly to emotional intelligence, both directly and indirectly, to the organizational climate through emotional intelligence. Knowledge sharing and work professionalism behavior in an organization can create several positive things, including good organizational decision-making, a good organizational climate, and increased knowledge distribution on a more complex team work scale. The ability to manage emotional intelligence can create a good organizational climate. However, managing each individual's emotional intelligence depends on how much the individual is able to respond to their own emotional strength.
