Abstract

One part of the influence of technological developments is fishermen's fishing gear. The aim of using modern fishing gear is to make it easier for fishermen to reach a wider range of fishing activities and optimize their catch. However, not all fishing gear used by fishermen can have a positive effect on preserving the aquatic environment. Such as the use of trawl nets, chemicals and explosives can damage the potential of marine resources. It is necessary to understand and raise awareness among fishermen regarding the use of fishing gear that is not environmentally friendly. The Method for Conveying Understanding of the Integration of Environmentally Friendly Fishing Equipment Technology for Fishermen in the city of Padang is a form of Tridharma tertiary service for lecturers at Nahdlatul Ulama University, West Sumatra in creating resources that understand the sustainability of water potential so that they can be utilized sustainably for future generations. The results of this service activity motivate fishermen to work together to protect the aquatic environment by not using fishing gear that can damage the waters and have the potential to protect aquatic resources in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. ASKES Payakumbuh tentang Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran Anggota Asuransi Kesehatan yang bertujuan untuk merealisasikan penggunaan komputer yang lebih optimal. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengolah data-data melalui buku-buku yang berhubungan dengan tema dan topik. SDLC adalah langkah-langkah (pedoman) yang harus diikuti untuk mengembangkan, merancang sebuah sistem. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melihat dan menganalisa sistem yang sedang berjalan, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan desain output, desain input dan desain file. Desain sistem baru ini diterapkan secara komputerisasi dengan mengaplikasikan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic 6.0.

Abstract

The use of environmentally friendly fishing gear has been proven to have a positive impact not only on the aquatic ecosystem in the conservation areas of Agam Regency but also on the economic aspects of fishermen. The use of selective fishing gear can reduce over-exploitation of fish stocks, which ultimately creates a sustainable fisheries system. The aim of this study is to educate the use of bagan (fish trap) technology to improve the economy of fishermen in a better and more sustainable way. The method used is research development, utilizing primary and secondary data through questionnaires, surveys, and structured interviews. The results of the study indicate that the integration of this technology is also in line with the principles of blue economy and marine conservation, where the balance between utilization and preservation is the key focus. Intensive training and mentoring from government institutions, as well as multi-stakeholder collaboration, are key factors in the success of this implementation. However, the main challenge lies in the aspects of socialization and availability of tools. Further efforts in the form of continuous education and more affordable financing schemes are needed so that all fishermen can fully transition without concerns about short-term economic aspects.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Islamic banking products and services on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia in the Ulak Karang Selatan area. A quantitative method was employed in this research. The analytical technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The sample consisted of 98 respondents in the year 2025. The research sample included customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia in the Ulak Karang Selatan area, selected using the Lemeshow formula and a purposive sampling technique. The results of the study indicate that Islamic banking products and services have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia in the Ulak Karang Selatan area.

Abstract

Abstract: This community service program was implemented with POKLAHSAR BALI, a fisheries MSME in Ulak Karang Utara, Padang City, whose members are mostly women and coastal youth. The main problems identified were traditional production methods, unstructured business management, and marketing dependence on collectors, limiting added value. The program aimed to improve production capacity, strengthen business governance, and develop a website-based digital marketing strategy. A participatory-collaborative approach was applied through socialization, technical training, technology implementation, mentoring, and continuous evaluation. Innovations introduced included production SOPs, logbooks and simple bookkeeping, a gas-fueled drying oven, development of the website www.sejala.org, QR Code integration on packaging, and activation of social media and marketplaces. Evaluation showed significant improvements in partner skills, with average scores increasing from 2.7 to 4.0, particularly in business recording and digital marketing. Economically, average income rose by 25% and digital sales volume doubled. Sustainability was strengthened through cooperation with the Merah Putih Cooperative and regular coaching from the Padang City Marine and Fisheries Office, thereby enhancing the economic independence of coastal women and youth. Abstrak: Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan bersama POKLAHSAR BALI, sebuah UMKM perikanan di Ulak Karang Utara, Kota Padang, yang mayoritas anggotanya perempuan dan remaja pesisir. Permasalahan utama mitra meliputi metode produksi tradisional, manajemen usaha yang belum tertata, serta pemasaran yang bergantung pada pengepul sehingga nilai tambah terbatas. Program ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas produksi, memperkuat tata kelola usaha, dan mengembangkan strategi pemasaran digital berbasis website. Metode partisipatif-kolaboratif diterapkan melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Inovasi yang diperkenalkan meliputi SOP produksi, penggunaan logbook dan pembukuan sederhana, oven pengering berbahan bakar gas, pengembangan website www.sejala.org, integrasi QR Code pada kemasan, serta aktivasi media sosial dan marketplace. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan mitra dengan skor rata-rata naik dari 2,7 menjadi 4,0, terutama pada pencatatan usaha dan pemasaran digital. Secara ekonomi, pendapatan meningkat rata-rata 25% dan volume penjualan digital dua kali lipat. Keberlanjutan program diperkuat melalui kerjasama dengan Koperasi Merah Putih dan pembinaan rutin Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Kota Padang, sehingga mampu mendukung kemandirian ekonomi perempuan dan remaja pesisir.
