Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pola curah hujan dengan menganalisis karakteristiknya menggunakan metode Schmidt-Ferguson di Kabupaten Tanah Laut. Data yang digunakan berasal dari data curah hujan satelit GPM (Global Precitipation Measurement) yang disediakan oleh NASA melalui website https://giovanni.gsfc.nasa.gov/giovanni/ yang meliputi data sekunder dengan memasukan data tahun pengamatan dari tahun 2014 sampai 2023 dan titik koordinat lokasi penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola curah hujan Kabupaten Tanah Laut selama periode tersebut adalah pola Monsoon, dengan peningkatan curah hujan pada bulan Desember, Januari dan Februari. Sebaliknya pada bulan Juli, Agustus, September, Oktober terjadi penurunan curah hujan namun tidak dianggap musim kemarau karena curah hujan masih tinggi. Berdasarkan klasifikasi Schmidt-Ferguson, karakteristik hujan di Kabupaten Tanah Laut termasuk tipe B (Basah) dengan nilai Q sebesar 16,33.

Abstract

This research was conducted to present a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of research trends and developments using recycled aggregates in pervious concrete from 2019 to 2024. The Publish or Perish application was used to collect bibliometric data from Google Scholar metadata relevant to the research topic. Publish or Perish is free software with a non-commercial license issued by its developer and used for academic purposes. 200 relevant publications were analysed to identify research patterns, collaboration networks, and emerging topics in this field. The results show a fluctuating but generally increasing trend in publications, with the highest activity in 2020 (43 publications) and sustained interest through 2023 (39 publications). Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) emerged as the dominant research focus (22% of material-specific studies), followed by industrial waste materials (11%). The network analysis reveals increased international collaboration and a greater focus on sustainability aspects. This study identified major clusters of research on mechanical properties, durability, and permeability optimization. Through the analysis, important insights are presented for sustainable construction researchers and practitioners with the progress that has been made, as well as areas that require further investigation in the development of pervious concrete made from recycled materials.

Abstract

Pelaihari District with the largest population in Tanah Laut Regency, as well as the road sections in Pelaihari District that are of concern are the main routes connecting several areas, namely Jalan A. Yani, Jalan Pancasila, Jalan KH. Mansyur. The roads above have an important role in supporting community mobility and economic activities in the region. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of the road sections in Pelaihari District and to determine the worst Level of Service (LOS) value of the 3 roads reviewed. Analysis of road section performance using the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual method (MKJI 1997). The primary data needed are traffic volume data and road geometric data. Secondary data in the form of research location data and the population of Tanah Laut Regency. The results of data processing showed that the peak volume of vehicles that occurred on Jalan A. Yani, namely at 14.00-15.00 WITA was 1082.35 smp/hours, the peak volume of vehicles on Jalan Pancasila and Jalan KH. Mansyur obtained at 17:00-18:00 WITA respectively at 734.4 smp/hours and 598.2 smp/hours. Where the worst saturation degree value was obtained on Pancasila Street, which was 0.64 with Level of Service category C with stable flow information, with this value proving that the performance of the road section in Pelaihari District is still quite good.

Abstract

The increase in population and the growth of motorized vehicles have led to higher traffic volumes at several main intersections, one of which is the Signalized Intersection of Bundaran Tuntung Pandang, which connects the northern approach (Jalan Datu Insyad), southern approach (Jalan A. Syairani), and western approach (Jalan H. Boejasin). This study aims to analyze the performance of the Bundaran Tuntung Pandang signalized intersection using the Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual (MKJI, 1997) and the Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI, 2023). The parameters analyzed include traffic volume, approach capacity, degree of saturation (DS), and level of service (LOS). The results of the analysis show that the northern approach (Jalan Datu Insyad) has the highest degree of saturation (DS) value of 3.460 (LOS F), followed by the southern approach (Jalan A. Syairani) with 3.346 (LOS F), and the western approach (Jalan H. Boejasin) with 2.775 (LOS F). These results indicate that the traffic flow operates at Level of Service F, meaning that the intersection is in a congested condition with unstable traffic flow. Therefore, signal optimization and traffic management strategies are required to improve the intersection’s performance and reduce congestion levels in the area.

Abstract

Banjarbaru as one of the strategic cities is experiencing rapid development. This development has an impact on increasing vehicle volume. One of the intersections that often experiences congestion is the signalized intersection on Jalan Panglima Batur, which connects the North Approach (Jalan Pangeran Suriansyah Ujung), the South Approach (Jalan Pangeran Suriansyah), and the West Approach (Jalan Panglima Batur Timur) and the East Approach (Jalan Panglima Batur). This study aims to analyze the performance of the signalized intersection of Jalan Panglima Batur using the MKJI method, 1997. The parameters analyzed include traffic volume, approach capacity, degree of saturation (DS), and level of service (Level of Service/LOS). The results of the analysis show that the East Approach (Jalan Panglima Batur) which has the worst degree of saturation and LOS values ​​compared to the other 3 intersection approaches has the same Level of Service (LOS) value, namely type F. This condition indicates that the intersection capacity is no longer able to accommodate the existing traffic volume, causing congestion, large delays, and long queues at all approaches. To improve intersection performance, improvements are needed, such as adjusting signal cycle times, widening lanes on approaches with the highest traffic volumes, and restructuring activities around the intersection that cause high side traffic, particularly in shopping areas.

Abstract

Lahan rawa memiliki potensi produktivitas tinggi namun masih belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal akibat keterbatasan infrastruktur dan pengelolaan yang kurang tepat. Program Upaya Khusus Optimasi Lahan Rawa yang diinisiasi oleh Kementerian Pertanian bertujuan untuk meningkatkan indeks pertanaman dan produktivitas tanaman melalui pembangunan dan rehabilitasi infrastruktur tata lahan dan tata air. Kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan hasil pertanian, memperkuat ketahanan pangan nasional, serta mendukung kesejahteraan petani. Di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah, pelaksanaan program menghadapi kendala kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang ahli di bidang teknik sipil, sehingga diperlukan pendampingan teknis guna memastikan pekerjaan sesuai rencana dan spesifikasi. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) menjadi solusi strategis untuk memberikan dukungan pengawasan teknis selama pembangunan, menjamin kualitas konstruksi, dan memperkuat partisipasi masyarakat dalam pemanfaatan serta pemeliharaan infrastruktur. Dengan demikian, PKM ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap optimalisasi lahan rawa dan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat. Pada hasil perhitungan pada pintu air jika dibandingkan dengan perencanaan terdapat sedikit perbedaan pada panjang bangunan sehingga tidak bisa dipersentasekan kurang dari 100%  yaitu 95,46% pada pintu air 1 dan 93,87% pada pintu air 2.

Abstract

Keselamatan lalu lintas merupakan isu krusial di Kabupaten Tanah Laut dengan peningkatan kecelakaan yang signifikan. Rendahnya kesadaran akan pentingnya penggunaan alat keselamatan dan kurangnya pemahaman tentang rambu-rambu lalu lintas menjadi faktor utama tingginya angka kecelakaan khususnya kalangan para pelajar serta pengemudi di bawah umur. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi komprehensif tentang keselamatan lalu lintas kepada siswa MAN Insan Cendekia Pelaihari melalui pendekatan sosialisasi interaktif. Metode yang digunakan meliputi persiapan awal, penyusunan materi berbasis data empiris, koordinasi dengan pihak sekolah, dan pelaksanaan sosialisasi dengan pendekatan gamifikasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dan komitmen untuk menerapkan perilaku berkendara yang aman. Evaluasi pasca-kegiatan mengindikasikan efektivitas metode pembelajaran interaktif dalam mengubah sikap siswa terhadap keselamatan berkendara. Program ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap penurunan angka kecelakaan lalu lintas di kalangan remaja dan memperkuat budaya keselamatan berkendara di Kabupaten Tanah Laut.
