This research aims to discuss the mechanism of thrifting in Purwokerto area, as well as to examine law enforcement against thrifting practices carried out in Purwokerto. The research method used in this research is normative juridical with a statue approach or statutory approach. This research uses data collection methods in the form of literature study and qualitative analysis methods. The results of this study are first, the thrifting mechanism through the Supplier Selection process, Sorting Process, Washing / Cleaning, Affixing Price Tags, Arranging Goods. Second, law enforcement as stipulated in Law Number 7 of 2014 concerning Trade (Trade Law), Regulation of the Minister of Trade Number 40 of 2022 concerning Amendments to Regulation of the Minister of Trade Number 18 of 2021 concerning Goods Prohibited from Export and Goods Prohibited from Import has actually prohibited the trade in second-hand goods. However, the implementation and enforcement of these regulations still face many obstacles, especially in terms of monitoring and supervision of buying and selling activities. More specific and clear regulations on the secondhand clothing trade are needed to address the complexities that exist in the practice of thrifting in Indonesia.

The aim of this Community Service is to increase insight and competence in the field of accounting, especially in understanding simple recording for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Malaysian migrant worker environment. The level of knowledge of Financial Literacy among Micro, Small and Medium Business Actors among business actors in the migrant worker environment is generally still relatively low. One indicator that stands out is that most MSMEs owned by Malaysian migrant workers are trapped in online loans. The main problem faced by MSMEs is their low financial administration skills. The indicator can be seen from the fact that personal and business finances are still mixed up, so that it cannot be distinguished between the amount of assets owned, how much the bills are and how to prepare simple financial reports to obtain funding from the bank. As for the solution to overcome this problem, the IBM Faculty of Economics and Business Team will provide training and mentoring and introduce simple financial reporting technology using the Android application, which is an application that can be operated by MSME players offline, so that the financial administration system is more organized and biased. presented to obtain third party funding, (Banks and Investors).

The aim of this research is to analyze and describe students' involvement in online gambling games and online loans and their morality in terms of Piaget's theory of moral development. The research method is a qualitative approach. Data sources were obtained through interviews. The data analysis technique uses qualitative analysis techniques from Cresswell.The results of this research are (1) The process of reconstructing students in online gambling games and online loans is through a trial and error stage due to the invitation of friends, over time it becomes an addiction and a necessity, (2) the students who were informants in this research were in the moral education level category according to Jean Piaget at level 3, namely basically egocentricity has been reduced, and the application of norms has become an activity. social. (3) The results of this research are certainly a critical study, that the setting of age ranges in Jean Piaget's theory of moral development needs to be re-examined, because a student who has Ages above the age limit set by Jean Piaget are still experiencing a developmental.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila dalam membentuk kedisiplinan Siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Karanglewas, dan menganalisa faktor pendorong dan penghambat implementasi Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila dalam membentuk kedisiplinan siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Karanglewas. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu: observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data penelitian melalui empat tahap yakni collecting data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan verifikasi data yang dilakukan secara interaktif hingga kegiatan analisis data selesai. Anisis data menggunakan bantuan software Nvivo 12 Plus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila dapat membentuk kedisiplinan siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Karanglewas melalui pelaksanaan seluruh tema. Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila di SMP Negeri 1 Karanglewas telah dirancang dengan baik sehingga menjadi program yang tersistem. Program P5 dalam pelaksanaanya terdapat pembinaan, pembiasaan, pengawasan, manajemen tim dan waktu, serta program yang dikemas menarik sehingga mendukung pembentukan karakter disiplin pada siswa, Faktor pendorong impelmentasi Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila di SMP Negeri 1 Karanglewas yaitu keterlibatan aktif warga sekolah yang diantaranya adalah guru, tim fasilitator P5, kepala sekolah, dan siswa, kesadaran siswa akan pentingnya kedisiplinan, nilai-nilai Pancasila yang tertanam dalam diri siswa, fasilitas dan layanan yang memadai. Kemudian faktor yang menjadi penghambat adalah hal yang berasal dari siswa antara lain kebiasaan buruk yang dibawa dari luar sekolah, pengaruh lingkungan di luar sekolah, keterbatasan sosial dan emosional siswa, dan kecenderungan tidak menganggap penting. Hal tersebut yang menghambat terbentuknya kedisiplinan siswa. akan tetapi antara faktor-faktor yang mendorong dan menghambat, faktor pendorong yang lebih signifikan mempengaruhi pelaksanaan P5 di SMP Negeri 1 Karanglewas.

As neighbouring countries, Indonesia and Malaysia continue to compete in the economic field, competing to become developed countries. The number of Indonesian citizens who become Indonesian Migrant Workers as domestic assistants in Malaysia, gives a negative stigma to the image of the Indonesian State. This research is a descriptive qualitative research using an interactive analysis model. The conclusion that can be drawn in this study is that, Indonesian Migrant Workers have moral sensitivity formed from several dimensions, namely: moral awareness (awareness of his position, as an Indonesian migrant worker who adheres to the principles of justice, mutual cooperation, responsibility and respect for others), moral decisions (migrant workers always try to commit and keep promises or be trusted by employers / leaders and be respectful and loyal to new colleagues and families in Malaysia), Moral Intention (Indonesian migrant workers try to show their integrity and try to pursue their excellence), moral action (Indonesian migrant workers try to maintain honest behaviour and the good name of individuals and the country of Indonesia. Meanwhile, the main factors affecting the sensitivity of Indonesian migrant workers in Malaysia are that many Indonesian migrant workers are not old enough, Indonesian migrant workers have incomplete population administration, there are illiterate Indonesian migrant workers, Indonesian migrant workers have a history of illness and Indonesian migrant workers are pregnant. In addition, another factor that is thought to affect the moral sensitivity of Indonesian migrant workers in Malaysia is the cost of becoming a migrant worker which is quite expensive, thus encouraging migrant workers to take shortcuts by becoming illegal migrant workers.

The judiciary is a mechanism provided by the state to resolve disputes. However in practice, dispute resolution in court is not in accordance with the principles of justice, namely effective and efficient judicial institutions. This research aims to analyze the legality and development of mediation in court. The research method used is library research with secondary data sources in the form of laws and regulations, research results and literature. One of the progressive ideas of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia in order to realize effective and efficient courts, among others, is to strengthen the institution of mediation in the Court for the settlement of civil disputes. However, it seems that the efforts of the Supreme Court institutions need to be further refined through improving the quality and quantity of human resources, improving supporting infrastructure and court institutions are consistent in supporting the mediation development programs in the Court.

This study examines students' morality in decision-making regarding online loans. The purpose of this study is to identify factors that influence students' decisions to take online loans and analyze the role of morality in this process. This study uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methodologies, aiming to provide deeper insights into the social and economic impacts of online loans on students. Data collection techniques include surveys, in-depth interviews, and case study analysis. In the context of the increasingly widespread phenomenon of online loans, especially among students, this study identifies several factors that influence their decisions to borrow. This study also links its findings to the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and Moral Theory. Individual and collective morality play an important role in decision-making regarding online loans. Collective morality, which includes the norms and values of social groups, also influences online loan decisions. Students' involvement with online loans has a significant impact. In the short-term, students often experience stress and anxiety due to debt pressure. In the long-term, it can disrupt education and create a cycle of poverty.

Perubahan paradigma pendidikan di Indonesia melalui Kurikulum Merdeka menekankan fleksibilitas pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada penguatan karakter peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi fleksibilitas Kurikulum Merdeka dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila serta dampaknya terhadap penumbuhan karakter disiplin siswa di MTs Negeri 3 Banyumas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Subjek penelitian meliputi guru Pendidikan Pancasila, guru Bimbingan Konseling, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, dan empat orang siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan model analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru memanfaatkan fleksibilitas kurikulum melalui strategi literasi pagi, kontrak belajar, pembiasaan religius, serta kolaborasi dengan guru BK. Namun, ditemukan kendala berupa kurangnya pemahaman teknologi oleh guru, lemahnya pengawasan penggunaan gawai, serta belum konsistennya perilaku disiplin siswa. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa fleksibilitas Kurikulum Merdeka mampu mendukung pembentukan karakter disiplin apabila didukung kesiapan guru, lingkungan sekolah, dan partisipasi aktif siswa.The paradigm shift in education in Indonesia through the Independent Curriculum emphasizes flexible learning oriented towards strengthening student character. This study aims to describe the implementation of the flexibility of the Independent Curriculum in Pancasila Education learning and its impact on the development of students' disciplined character at MTs Negeri 3 Banyumas. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study method. The research subjects included the Pancasila Education teacher, the Guidance and Counseling teacher, the vice principal for curriculum, and four students. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis model through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that teachers utilized curriculum flexibility through morning literacy strategies, learning contracts, religious habits, and collaboration with guidance and counseling teachers. However, obstacles were found in the form of a lack of technological understanding by teachers, weak supervision of device use, and inconsistent student disciplinary behavior. This study concluded that the flexibility of the Independent Curriculum can support the formation of disciplined character if supported by teacher readiness, the school environment, and active student participation. Curriculum is considered capable of supporting the development of disciplined character if supported by teacher readiness, the school environment, and active student participation.
