Abstract

This study reveals the role of religiosity in influencing of impulsive buying risk. almost of the online shopping provide a paylater feature that helps users to purchase goods with payment at a later date (online debt). The object of this research is the millennial generation. The method used is quantitative using SmartPLS as a statistical tool. The results show that (1) The level of religiosity has a negative effect on impulse buying, meaning that the more religious a person will decreases of impulsive buying behavior; (2) Religiosity has a significant negative effect on the intensity of using paylater, meaning that the more religious a person will decrease behavior of indebtedness through paylater on online shopping; (3) The intensity of using paylaters has a significant positive effect on impulse buying, meaning that debt behavior through paylaters risks increasing impulsive purchases; (4) Religiosity has a significant negative effect on impulse buying with the intensity of using paylater as an intervening variable. This indicates that Religiosity is a variable that negatively affects impulse buying, so that the dimensions in Religiosity can be strengthened, which can reduce wasteful and wasteful lifestyles. caused by impulsive purchases without going through careful purchase considerations.

Abstract

Along with the development of financial institutions today, the number of Islamic financial institutions is increasing, Indonesia which is one of the countries with the largest majority of Muslim population in the world has the opportunity to further advance Sharia-based financial institutions. In the face of the times and technological developments, Islamic financial institutions must always innovate so that they are no less competitive with conventional financial institutions. If Islamic Financial Institutions do not innovate and make a better difference, Islamic financial institutions will be eroded over time. This study will examine the competitive strategy undertaken by Islamic Financial Institutions in facing competition in the financial industry in Central Java. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by conducting a SWOT analysis so that the strengths, weaknesses opportunities and threats that exist in Islamic Financial Institutions will be known. This research was conducted by taking data at Bank Syariah Mandiri Semarang, BPRS Saka Dana Mulia Kudus and Kospin Jasa Syariah Jepara.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the financing risk management strategy implemented by KSPPS KSA "Kedung Salman Alfarizy" Jepara. Sharia financing is increasingly in demand by various levels of society. This is in line with Sharia Microfinance Institutions (LKMS) which aim to provide financial services by Sharia principles to the public. Sharia Financing Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSPPS) is one of the institutions that offer financing on a micro-scale, providing financial support to individuals and businesses without violating Sharia principles. This research uses a qualitative approach from primary and secondary data with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. This research concludes that preventive financing analysis steps are implemented based on the 5C principles: Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, and Economic Conditions. Apart from that, KSPPS KSA "Kedung Salman Alfarizy" Jepara implemented curative strategies such as monitoring, rescheduling, reconditioning, and restructuring to overcome problematic financing. To reduce the negative impact of problematic financing, it is important to empower the institution internally and provide education to members of KSPPS KSA "Kedung Salman Alfarizy" Jepara in maintaining a healthy organizational and financial balance.

Abstract

BKM (Badan Keswadayaan Masyarakat) merupakan hibah dari pemerintah dalam program Kotaku (Kota tanpa Kumuh) pada tahun 2014, namun pergantian birokrasi membuat keberlanjutan BKM menjadi tidak jelas. Di Kecamatan Pecangaan hanya 2 BKM yang aktif sementara 12 lainnya non aktif. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan kepada pengurus BKM di Kecamatan Pecangaan dan menganalisis SWOT BKM Kecamatan Pecangaan. Dari hasil analisis SWOT diperoleh bahwa BKM berada di kuadran III yang mengindikasikan bahwa BKM memiliki peluang tumbuh namun tidak dapat dimaksimalkan karena kelemahan internal yang dimiliki, sehingga diperlukan strategi untuk mengatasi kelemahan tersebut. Beberapa langkah yang dapat ditempuh diantaranya: (1) mengalokasikan laba untuk memberikan bagi hasil kepada para pengurus dengan jumlah yang sesuai; (2) menjalin kerjasama dengan berbagai stakeholder; (3) memperkuat modal sosial yang dimiliki pengurus dan anggota; (4) memanfaatkan bantuan LBH untuk memberikan somasi pada anggota dengan kredit macet.

Abstract

UPK-BKM di wilayah kecamatan Pecangaan mengalami permasalahan Non-Performing Loan (NPL) yang sangat tinggi. Hal tersebut disebabkan karena permasalahan (1) Penyaluran pinjaman dilakukan secara peer-to-peer lending oleh ketua koordinator dengan ketua Kelompok Swadaya Mandiri (KSM) sehingga tidak transparan (2) Penanganan pinjaman dilakukan sentralistik tanpa melibatkan peran masing-masing pengurus (3) Lemahnya sistem kolektibilitas kredit. (4) Tidak mempunyai tata kelola risiko yang baik. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian dilaksanakan dengan Inhouse Training, pendampingan pembuatan Standar Operation and Procedure (SOP) dan Risk Mapping untuk merubah pola kerja perguliran dana yang terkonstruk sejak lama dengan pola perguliran dana yang baru dengan transparansi melalui center-meeting pada saat pencairan dana serta memasukan unsur Mubadalah atau saling melengkapi atau menggantikan antara suami atau istri ataupun penjamin pada penyaluranya atau penerimaan dana. Kegiatan pendampingan lapangan penanganan perguliran dana yang terlanjur macet (NPL existing) melalui pola rescheduling, reconditioning, restructuring, refinancing. Kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan selama delapan bulan dengan hasil berupa penambahan perguliran macet baru sebesar 0%. UPK-BKM in the Pecangaan sub-district area is encounter tremendous non-performing Non-Performing Loan (NPL) volumes. This is due to problems (1) Loan distribution is carried out peer-to-peer lending by the head of the coordinator with the head of the Independent Self-Help Group (KSM) that is making lending distribution not transparent (2) Loan handling is carried out centrally without involving the role of each administrator (3) Weak credit collectibility system. (4) Needing good Risk Management. The method of implementing the service is carried out with In-house Training, assistance in creating Standard Operations and Procedures (SOP), and Risk Mapping to change the workflow of fund lending which has been constructed for a long time with a new fund lending flow with transparency through center-meeting at the time of disbursement of funds and including elements of Mubadala is it complement or replace each other between husband or wife or guarantor in the distribution or receipt of funds. Field assistance activities for handling the circulation of funds that are already stuck (existing NPL) through rescheduling, reconditioning, restructuring, and refinancing models. This activity was carried out for eight months with results in the form of an increase in new Non-Performing Financing (NPL) weighted 0%.

The purpose of this study was to determine how the strategy of optimizing market share in term savings products. The method used in this research uses qualitative research methods using data from interviews directly with managers and tellers. data collection techniques used through interviews and observations. The results showed that KSPPS BMT Fastabiq uses several strategies to increase market share in term savings products including promotional strategies (word of mouth, ball pickup and social media), product excellence (uncertain profit sharing system every month and get a deposit note) service strategies (employee services and room facilities) KSPPS BMT Fastabiq has several obstacles in increasing term savings products lack of understanding of the uncertain profit sharing system every month and the lack of marketing department at KSPPS BMT Fastabiq.

Abstract

Penilaian kelayakan penerima pembiayaan merupakan aspek krusial manajemen risiko pembiayaan lembaga keuangan. Penyeleksian calon penerima pembiayaan memerlukan pendekatan sistematis dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai kriteria secara komprehensif. Penelitian ini mengaplikasikan metode Multi Objective-Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOORA) dalam proses evaluasi calon penerima pembiayaan. MOORA merupakan metode pengambilan keputusan multi-kriteria yang mampu mengoptimalkan berbagai kriteria secara simultan dengan menggunakan rasio. Sejumlah kriteria penilaian kelayakan penerima pembiayaan diidentifikasi berdasarkan kajian literatur dan masukan dari praktisi perbankan. Kriteria tersebut mencakup aspek finansial, seperti pendapatan, aset, dan rasio hutang, serta aspek non-finansial, seperti riwayat pembiayaan, jaminan, dan faktor risiko lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode MOORA dapat memberikan peringkat calon penerima pembiayaan secara efektif dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai kriteria secara simultan. Metode ini juga memungkinkan dilakukannya analisis sensitivitas untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh bobot kriteria terhadap peringkat akhir. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam memberikan pendekatan alternatif penilaian kelayakan penerima pembiayaan yang sistematis dan terukur.   Kata kunci: BMT, Analisis Pembiayaan, MOORA   Abstract. Assessing the suitability of financing recipients is a crucial aspect of financial institution risk management. Selecting potential funding recipients requires a systematic approach that considers various criteria comprehensively. This research applies the Multi Objective-Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method in evaluating potential financing recipients. MOORA is a multi-criteria decision-making method that optimizes various criteria simultaneously using ratios. Several criteria for assessing the eligibility of financing recipients were identified based on literature reviews and input from banking practitioners. These criteria include financial aspects, such as income, assets and debt ratios, and non-financial aspects, such as financing history, collateral and other risk factors. The research results show that the MOORA method can effectively rank potential financing recipients by simultaneously considering various criteria. This method also allows sensitivity analysis to be carried out to reveal the influence of criteria weights on the final ranking. This research provides an alternative approach to assessing the feasibility of financing recipients systematically and measurably.   Keywords: BMT, Financing analysis, MOORA

Abstract

Abstract: The critical point of halal beauty products leads many consumers to prioritize the halal status of the products they purchase. In Indonesia, a country with a predominantly Muslim population, the demand for halal beauty products has made it the world’s second-largest market in this sector. This study applied online questionnaire. The study retained a total of 114 valid responses. Findings from this study indicate that the halal label significantly influences both halal awareness and purchase intention. Additionally, halal awareness has a substantial effect on purchase intention, which in turn significantly impacts purchasing behavior. However, halal awareness does not moderate the relationship between the halal label and purchase intention. Future research could consider examining product characteristics as factors influencing purchase intentions and behavior. The practical implications of this study include: (1) beauty manufacturers are encouraged to certify their products as halal; and (2) fostering halal awareness should be a shared responsibility across stakeholders. Abstract: Titik kritis ketidakhalalan produk kecantikan membuat beberapa konsumen memperhatikan status kehalalan produk yang akan dibelinya. Indonesia dengan penduduk mayoritas muslim juga menjadi negara terbesar ke dua dalam pembelian produk kecantikan halal. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner online dalam pengumpulan datanya. Jumlah respon yang valid sebesar 114. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa label halal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesadaran halal dan intensi untuk membeli, kesadaran halal memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi untuk membeli, intensi untuk membeli berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku pembelian, kesadaran halal terbukti tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan label halal terhadap intensi untuk membeli. Implikasi praktis dari studi ini (1) produsen produk kosmetik agar mendaftarkan produknya untuk memperoleh sertifikasi halal; (2) peningkatan kesadaran halal menjadi tanggungjawab bersama. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dari Dampak Penyaluran Pembiayaan Akad Qardh Pada Perempuan Berwirausaha: Studi Kasus Di KSPPS Guna Lestari Jaya Jepara. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan sekunder, yang dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa, Pertama, prosedur penyaluran pembiayaan akad qardh terdapat beberapa tahapan, tidak ada perbedaan antara anggota satu dengan anggota lainnya, namun ada perlakuan khusus untuk anggota lama jika ingin mengajukan pembiayaan lagi maka petugas tinggal mengecek di BMT checking, jika riwayatnya baik maka bisa langsung diberikan pembiayaan. Kedua, pembiayaan akad qardh tersebut berdampak bagi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan UMKM khususnya bagi para perempuan berwirausaha yang belum bisa mengakses ke perbankan. Rata - rata pembiayaan tersebut digunakan untuk menambah modal, dan mengembangkan usahanya dalam hal produksi.
