Language as the basic right of children is the most important thing to build their characters that required from their closest environment, family. Mother is the first person who will put and create the children's characters. The use of positive language by a mother will build on children's positive characters. Therefore, this research aims at determining the use of positive language by mothers in Majelis Taklim Baitul Hasan Jagakarsa, on children education to build their positive behavior. This research employing a cross-sectional survey method with attitudinal questionnaire of ten questions with the total respondents of 118 people. By implementing the formula of positive language, mothers will hopefully understand more the use of positive language on children education.

The theater in Pekalongan as image representation Jetayu area is a building that facilitates the activities of traditional art performances Pekalongan, including dance, theater, music and craftsmanship. The building is planned to be in Jetayu region, an area in the old town of Pekalongan which has a function as a social and cultural areas. The problem that appears is how to strengthen its image as a socio-cultural areas through the provision of traditional art container, which is based on the needs of the city will be the facility's appreciation of traditional art and also able to represent the visual image of the area. In maintaining harmony in the area of visual culture and support the activities contained, planned design concept using contextual architecture of the display area of the visual characteristics such as the Dutch colonial building, and the application of acoustic systems to support arts activities that accommodated. As a result, the building is expected to be a means of traditional performing arts facility that is adequate as well as being a reflection and cultural elements in the cultural area Jetayu in the application form and function of the building that takes into account the visual and aesthetic character raised by the region.Keywords: Traditional Arts, Performance Building, image representation, Contextual Architecture.

Abstract: This study aims at determining the effect of reading techniques on readingcomprehension of state Junior High School students in South Jakarta. The implementedreading techniquesareReading Aloud and Silent Reading, which are designed to explorestudents’ natural ability and teachingin reading comprehension, while in silent readingstudents are given a certain amount of time to silently read the selected texts without instructionfrom the teacher and interaction to peers. The experiment takes samples of 39 studentscomprising 20 students for experiment class using the reading aloud, and 19 students forcontrol class using the silent reading. The students’ reading comprehension is measuredquantitatively by using the t-test two tailed to find out the significant difference between theexperimentclass and the control class. Findings provide a significant difference between theimplemented reading aloud in experiment class and the implemented silent reading in controlclass. Therefore.Keywords: reading aloud, silent reading, reading comprehension.

Level of pollutants in the air that humans breathe every day will impact health for now or future. The occupational risk of satay traders who are exposed to carbon monoxide from grilling food using charcoal is often not realized. The aims of this study are to measure carbon monoxide levels exposed to satay traders in Palembang and examine the magnitude of the risk in several future time periods. This study is used a quantitative design with environmental health’s risk analysis approach. Assessment of carbon monoxide is used Carbon Monoxide Meter. Respondents were selected through the purposive sampling technique by as many as 58 persons. They were selected by criteria: used charcoal as fuel and were the street vendor. Carbon monoxide exposure was in the range of 12.3 – 163 mg/m3. The intake value is influenced by the concentration of the risk agent, rate of intake, as well as duration, frequency, and time of exposure. The results showed real-time intake value was 20,62 while the lifetime intake was 78,60. Realtime RQ calculated CO exposure will be risky if exposed within a period of 30 years. However, it was found that almost 40 percent of respondents had risk based on real-time RQ values with each duration. Analysis of CO exposure’s risk on satay traders is predicted to occur at the 10th year of exposure, which is influenced by the increasing exposure time. For reducing the level of CO exposure, satay traders are advised to use personal protective equipment such as masks and may consider using smokeless food grills/electric grills.

Nowadays everyone demands to be able to access the internet well and quickly through their personal smartphone. In order to be able to access the internet properly, the network must have a good signal quality and be able to connect always even when traveling. Therefore, to determine the quality of Handover 4G LTE operator Tri and Indosat, a study was conducted at the frequencies of 1800 Mhz and 2100 Mhz with the drive test method. From the results of the drive test, it is known that the quality of the Handover for the LTE network for the Padang – Pariaman railway line is in good condition.. ABSTRAK:Sistem grounding harus terkoneksi pada setiap panel listrik bangunan gedung agar instalasi listrik,peralatan, dan manusia yang berada pada bangunan tersebut dapat terhindar dari bahaya arus atau tegangan lebih. Kenyataannya pemasangan grounding pada kWh meter prabayar terutama di area perumahan sebagian tidak dipasang grounding dengan alasan sering terjadi error. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada saat kWh meter prabayar menggunakan grounding, kWh tanpa menggunakan grounding, dan kWh menggunakan grounding di gabung ke Netral dengan sumber tegangan yang berbeda. Hasil Penelitian dengan tiga metode pengujian yang berbeda menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan Daya (W) dan keterangan pada kWh Meter Prabayar saat dilakukan pengujian tegangan yang bervariasi dari 270 V hingga TRIP pada tegangan dibawah 80 V. Daya pada saat pengujian menggunakan grounding lebih maximal pada tegangan 220-270V. ketika tegangan turun, pengujian menggunakan grounding lebih baik dikarenakan pada tegangan 140V sudah ada tanda peringatan berupa gambar telapak tangan pada kWh meter prabayar. Sedangkan pada pengujian tanpa menggunakan grounding, maka peringatan tersebut muncul pada tegangan 110V. Perhitungan error pemakaian pada tegangan 220V menunjukkan error kWh meter prabayar terkecil adalah menggunakan grounding sebesar 1,063%. Sedangkan error kWh meter prabayar tanpa grounding sebesar 3,76%, dan menggunakan grounding disambung ke netral sebesar 35,38%. Pengujian dan perhitungan kWh meter prabayar sangat baik bila dipasang grounding. Mulai dari perhitungan error yang kecil hingga menjaga kerugian dari arus bocor pada peralatan maupun instalasi listrik rumah.

The purpose of this research is to acknowledge the level of efficiency from Regional Development Bank (Bank Pembangunan Daerah)/BPD) in Indonesia. This research use non - parametric approach which is DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis), to measure the efficiency of input and output of the Regional Development Banks. The input variables include are interest expense, administration and public expenses and salary expenses and the output variables are interest net income and other operasional income. The research concluded shows that the performance of the technical efficiency of banks BPD is not all reach the level of 100% and showed a fluctuation grow from 2008 – 2009. Pursuant to the technical efficiency level showed that there are 4 banks from 26 existing banks are showing a maximum efficiency. While the remaining 21 BPD banks fluctuating during 2008 to 2009. Diberlakukannya UU Jaminan Produk Halal, setiap produk di Indonesia harus memiliki sertifikat halal. Pemerintah melalui Badan Penyelenggaran Jaminan Produk Halal menyelenggarakan setifikasi halal gratis bagi produk UMKM. Tujuan program pengabdian ini adalah untuk memfasilitasi pendaftaran Nomor Izin Berusaha (NIB), sosialisasi syarat, cara pengajuan sertifikasi halal dan pendampingan pengajuan sertifikasi halal secara self declare. Sasaran pelaksanaan yang dipilih adalah ibu-ibu pelaku usaha rempeyek udang yang ada di Desa Berahan Wetan. Setelah program pengabdian dilaksanakan seluruh peserta mendapatkan NIB dan telah diajukan sertifikasi halalnya.

Tidak adanya legalitas kelahiran berimplikasi pada keabsahan identitas diri yang di lindungi oleh Negara. Karenanya hal tersebut berimplikasi pada hak seorang warga Negara untuk mendapatkan pelayanan dari pemerintah dan juga tidak bisa menuntut hak-hak lain seperti dalam pengurusan waris. Pemerintah kota Pekaloangan menyusun kebijakan baru dalam bentuk perda kota Pekalongan No.8 tentang Penyelenggaraan Pembangunan Ketahanan Keluarga. Berdasarkan hal tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis unsur legalitas perkawinan dan kelahiran dalam perda tersebut dengan perspektif kajian Al-Maá¹£laá¸¥ah Al-Mursalah. Paper ini merupakan penelitian yuridis-normatif yang menghimpun data melalui studi dokumentasi. Hasil data yang telah dihimpun kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis isi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) guna menguatkan ketahanan keluarga pemerintah mewajibkan setiap individu untuk melakukan pencatatan perkawinan agar perkawinannya disahkan sesuai dengan undang-undang yang berlaku dan melakukan pencatatan kelahiran untuk memperoleh akta kelahiran sebagai bukti autentik kelahiran seseorang. (2) kebijakan ini merupakan bentuk implementasi Al-Maá¹£laá¸¥ah Al-Mursalah dalam kategori mashlahah hajjiyah. Karena kebijakan mengenai legalitas perkawinan dan legalitas kelahiran ini merupakan suatu kepentingan yang bermanfaat bagi masyarakat dan bersifat solutif terhadap kesulitan yang di hadapi masyarakat.

This study aims to (1) to analize the motivation of tourists at the tourist destination of Puncak Puncak Bogor Lake (2) to analize the decision of tourists to visit the tourist destination of Puncak Bogor Lake (3) to analize the influence of motivation on the decision to visit tourists at the Puncak Bogor tourist destination. The approach to this study uses a quantitative approach with survey research methods. The population used in this study is visitors to the tourist destination of Telaga Saat Puncak, Bogor. The data collection method was carried out using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The sample tested was 100 people with the Slovin formula taking the technique. This study uses the analytical method Validity Test, Descriptive Statistics, Correlation Coefficient Analysis, Determination Coefficient, Simple Linear Regression, T-Test using the SPSS 24 analysis tool. From the test results of the coefficient of determination it is known that motivation has an effect of 63.2% on decision making to visit a tourist destination. Time Lake. While the remaining 36.8% Tourist Visit Decisions are influenced by factors other than the variables used in this study. Keywords: Motivation, Visiting Decisions, Tourist Destinations

The study was created to analyze the function, role, and syntax category in the sentences in story texts used in the Indonesian language textbook for class VIII junior high school independent curriculum. The data analysis technique used in this study is a billing technique with a theoretical language approach that focuses on each of the grammatical elements in sentence formation. The data on this analysis is the function, role, and syntax category in direct sentences and indirect sentences. The data source is two-story texts entitled "Parki and Egg Allergies" and "Uncle Tom's Magic Box" of the Indonesian language textbook for class VIII junior high school independent curriculum. Research has revealed five syntax functions (subjects, predicates, objects, appendages, and references), revealed a variety of syntax roles that do not always occupy the same function (the perpetrator, activity, target, driver, status, circumstances, time, tools, locative, and result), then found ten syntactic categories (pronouns, nouns, verbs, transitive verbs, intransitive verbs, verbal phrases, nominal phrases, adjective phrases, nominal-adjective phrases, and prepositional phrases). It is hoped that more variations of syntax functions, roles, and categories based on the findings of the research conducted.
