Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of entrepreneurship training on the empowerment of women in Matang Peulawi Village, Peureulak Subdistrict, East Aceh Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation of the training participants. The results of the study indicate that entrepreneurship training has enhanced the business knowledge and skills of the women, as well as strengthened their confidence and economic independence. The participants were able to start and manage small businesses independently, which had a positive impact on the welfare of their families and the local community. The study concludes that entrepreneurship training is an effective strategy for empowering women in rural areas.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate how job satisfaction affects organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Structural Equation Modeling, a sampling strategy using the total sampling method, and a sample size of 123 employees were used in this study's data analysis. According to his research, organizational citizenship behavior is positively and significantly impacted by job satisfaction (OCB). It is hoped that the management of the DPRK Secretariat of East Aceh Regency will continue to maintain and improve job satisfaction, for example: employee welfare, employee satisfaction with superiors, and promotions position, given that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of the Secretariat of the DPRK East Aceh, East Aceh Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of individual characteristics and job satisfaction on organizational commitment, the influence of individual characteristics, job satisfaction and organizational commitment to OCB, as well as the role of organizational commitment as intervening variable whether to mediate the relationship of individual characteristics and job satisfaction to OCB nurses. Data analysis method used in this research is structural equation modeling model, sampling technique with gtotal sampling method, with total sample 103. The results of his research that the influence of individual characteristics have a positive and insignificant effect on organizational commitment. job satisfaction has a positive but insignificant effect on organizational commitment. individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on OCB. job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on OCB. The organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on OCB. The role of organizational commitment as an intervening variable does not mediate the relationship of individual characteristics and job satisfaction to OCB.

Abstract

This training aims to empower the community, it is hoped that from this training the community is independent in the financial sector. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach that is library research, obtained from reading literature from related books, journals, articles/news reports and also by analyzing field observation data and documentation, both pictures and documents that provide information related to the training.  The results, it was found that the woman were very enthusiastic in the training activities, the first being taught by the sewing tutor was basic knowledge about sewing, measuring, how to make and drawing patterns so how to sew. This benefit is for women as independent individuals, and able to provide financial security to their family members. at least to meet household needs this training will provide a great opportunity to help the family and community economy. The training does not run well without the cost of training, the cost of factors that support the training well and smoothly. Existing as a village in community empowerment, funds obtained for training from village funds and even training are in a program from village funds in empowering communities this is an example for other villages in dealing with insufficient funds.

Abstract

Abstract Computer Training to Improve Skills in Using Microsoft Word was held in Cot Muda Itam Village, Peureulak District, East Aceh District. Participants who took part were 15 people who were village youths. The method in writing this article uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive model in the form of descriptive or describing research phenomena or facts as they are related to Microsoft Word training work programs. The Microsoft Word training in this work program has the following stages: 1) the first step is to prepare a laptop and introduce the village of Cot Muda Itam about Microsoft Word and what is in Microsoft Word 2) Training on the use of Microsoft Word is followed by the youth of the village of Cot Muda Itam with a total of 15 people, then they know how to type properly and correctly. 3) Furthermore, if you have mastered these initial steps, the next step is to create a table in Microsoft Word. 4) then after being able to create a table then proceed to the next stage, namely printing the file that has been created. 5) After being briefed on the youth of Cot Muda Itam village, after that they were given the freedom to access Microsoft Word with the provided laptops and computers, by conducting tests on what they had learned so that the success rate of this program could be known. This training was carried out for 8 days from 2-9 December 2022. This activity is Community Service for the 2022/2023 Odd semester.   Keywords: computer training, improving skills, microsoft word

Abstract

Family financial management is a crucial aspect in shaping the prosperity and sustainability of life for every family. To improve understanding and planning skills for using family money, this training was specifically designed for PKK (Family Welfare Empowerment) mothers in Cot Muda Itam Village, Peureulak District. This training aims to provide deeper knowledge about financial management and help PKK mothers to plan wise use of family money. Cot Muda Itam Village is part of Peureulak District, which is known for its unique characteristics and potential resources. However, there are still economic challenges faced by most families in this village. Therefore, efforts are needed to increase public understanding, especially PKK mothers, in managing family finances in order to achieve better prosperity

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of career development and work discipline on employee performance at the Office of Education and Culture of North Aceh Regency. Using a quantitative approach, this study involved all employees as samples (n=138). Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that career development and work discipline simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a more dominant influence than career development. The implication of this study is the importance for management to improve career development and work discipline programs in order to improve employee performance.

Abstract

Human resources must have tangible assets when dealing with business, so employees are encouraged to contribute to the business every day because the business succeeds or fails. Every worker has the opportunity to gradually increase the number of hours they work by being blessed with their personal skills. This study aims to determine how communication and job promotion affect the performance of employees of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk KCP Lhokseumawe Merdeka Simpang Empat Lhokseumawe City. This study uses quantitative information. The results of the study showed that the R^2 value was 0.956, and other variables influenced most of the data. The significant value of t_count of Communication (X1) was 3.717 and the significant value of t_count of Job Promotion (X2) was 5.773 with a ttable value of 1.699 having a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk KCP Lhokseumawe Merdeka Simpang Empat Lhokseumawe City. In this case, communication must be maintained, because communication is a good relationship in increasing trust in carrying out performance. For job promotions, at least the organization must think about the level of comfort in carrying out performance in continuing something deeper in placing the job position.

Abstract

Low financial literacy and access to investment information among MSMEs and rural communities are challenges in realizing financial inclusion in Indonesia. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of basic investment training in improving capital market literacy for MSMEs and residents of Gampong Hagu Barat Laut. The method used is a descriptive quantitative approach with a one-group pretest-posttest design, involving 45 participants. The results of the analysis showed a significant increase in investment literacy scores from an average of 42.6 to 73.1 (p <0.001), covering aspects of knowledge, attitudes, and understanding of risk. The conclusion of this study shows that community-based training is effective in improving investment literacy, and needs to be replicated in other areas as a local-based financial inclusion strategy.

Abstract

Digital media is the right way to open up opportunities to promote MSME products. Gampong Cot Girek Kandang, precisely in the Muara Dua sub-district of Lhokseumawe City, is one of the areas that has the MSME product Amal Bakery owned by the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMG). This product is extraordinary if promoted outside the region, but the digital media facilities are inadequate. In fact, digital media is easy to apply for its users. Therefore, the purpose of this PKM is to empower the promotion strategy of amal bakery through digital media for the community via Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Shoppe. Community service is carried out as a series of work programs. The technique of participatory assessment results for MSME actors, then a work plan is built to promote together. Based on the results of the empowerment carried out, it can be concluded that it is important for each village to have existing digital media, so that if they have implemented products that can increase the community's economy, then through empowering the promotion strategy through digital media everything will be easy.
