Abstract

Human resource is one of the concerns that the government must consider seriously. Human resources, in this case, are a decisive factor for the company's progress because employees play an essential role in achieving company goals, so quality human resources are a resource that has the potential to be developed for the improvement of the corporation. This study sought to determine the effect of human resource planning on the work productivity of Telkom enterprise employees. This research was conducted at the Telkom office in Lhokseumawe City, Indonesia. The number of samples in this study was 30. The survey results simultaneously show that age, education, work experience, and skills increase this company's work productivity. While the results of the partial research also show that age, education, work experience, and abilities affect increasing work productivity. This study suggests that leaders should play an active role in providing role models to employees in carrying out their daily work activities. Thus, it will become a solid work culture that can affect the increase in work productivity in the future. It will also result in a solid work culture that can affect the increase in work productivity

Abstract

Technology and Innovation makes a large number of Muslims in Indonesia an opportunity by presenting halal cosmetic products. In the current era of modern technology, celebrity endorsers have become a means of promotion that supports the public interest in products that have been offered on social media. This study aims to analyze the effect of halal labels on purchasing decisions for cosmetic products, analyze how much influence celebrity endorsers have on purchasing decisions for cosmetic products, analyze how much influence product knowledge has on purchasing decisions for cosmetic products, and analyze how much influence halal labels, celebrity endorsers and product knowledge have. on purchasing decisions for cosmetic products. A total of 96 respondents used multiple correlation research methods. The results of this study indicate that halal labels have a positive and significant influence on cosmetic purchasing decisions, celebrity endorsers have a positive and significant influence on cosmetic purchasing decisions, product knowledge has a positive and significant influence on cosmetic purchasing decisions, halal labels, celebrity endorsers and product knowledge have a positive and significant impact on cosmetic purchasing decisions. positive and significant influence on cosmetic purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the influence of workload on the work productivity of the adhock body of Panwaslu District and Village of Banda Sakti District of Lhokseumawe City, the influence of placement on the work productivity of the adhock body of Panwaslu District and Village of Banda Sakti District of Lhokseumawe City and the magnitude of the influence of load on performance and placement simultaneously on work productivity / employee performance at the adhock body of Panwaslu District and Village of Banda Sakti District of Lhokseumawe City. This research was conducted at the adhock Panwaslu sub-district and village agencies in the Banda Sakti sub-district of Lhokseumawe City. The object of this research is workload, placement and work productivity of adhock bodies. The sample in this study amounted to 88 respondents. Data collection in the study using a questionnaire on a Likert scale unit. In this study, the analytical equipment used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing is used, namely the F-test and t-test using the SPSS version 15.0 test tool. From the results of the F-test (simultaneous) and t-test (partial) it can be seen that all the variables studied workload and placement have a significant influence on increasing the work productivity of the adhock body of Panwaslu District and Village in the Banda Sakti District of Lhokseumawe City where Fhitung is 48.040 where Ftabel is 3.103 at the significance level  = 5%. In the coefficient of determination (adjusted Rsquare) the regression results are 0.520 where it is seen that the workload variable (X1), placement (X2) it is clear that the value of 52.0% on the variable increase in work productivity of the adhock body (Y), where the remaining 48.0% is influenced by factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of career development and work discipline on employee performance at the Office of Education and Culture of North Aceh Regency. Using a quantitative approach, this study involved all employees as samples (n=138). Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that career development and work discipline simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a more dominant influence than career development. The implication of this study is the importance for management to improve career development and work discipline programs in order to improve employee performance.

Abstract

Human resources must have tangible assets when dealing with business, so employees are encouraged to contribute to the business every day because the business succeeds or fails. Every worker has the opportunity to gradually increase the number of hours they work by being blessed with their personal skills. This study aims to determine how communication and job promotion affect the performance of employees of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk KCP Lhokseumawe Merdeka Simpang Empat Lhokseumawe City. This study uses quantitative information. The results of the study showed that the R^2 value was 0.956, and other variables influenced most of the data. The significant value of t_count of Communication (X1) was 3.717 and the significant value of t_count of Job Promotion (X2) was 5.773 with a ttable value of 1.699 having a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk KCP Lhokseumawe Merdeka Simpang Empat Lhokseumawe City. In this case, communication must be maintained, because communication is a good relationship in increasing trust in carrying out performance. For job promotions, at least the organization must think about the level of comfort in carrying out performance in continuing something deeper in placing the job position.

Abstract

Digital financial literacy training for the youth of Gampong Hagu Barat Laut aims to improve their understanding of capital market investment and stock saving strategies. This activity is designed to introduce the basic concepts of digital finance, especially in relation to capital market investment, which is often considered a tool for achieving long-term financial stability. With the capital market investment and stock saving methods, training participants are invited to understand the risks and benefits associated with long-term investment and portfolio diversification. In this training, emphasis is placed on the importance of stock saving discipline, where young people are expected to be able to consistently set aside funds to be invested, even in small amounts, but done sustainably. This training also emphasizes the use of safe and legal digital financial platforms, so that participants can take advantage of technological advances to invest efficiently and transparently. The results of the training showed an increase in the knowledge and skills of participants in understanding how the capital market operates, as well as how to start investing in stocks safely and profitably. Young people who were previously unfamiliar with the capital market now have basic knowledge that allows them to be more actively involved in investment activities, as a step to improve their financial literacy and strengthen their personal and community economy.

Abstract

Stunting is a health problem that occurs due to chronic malnutrition in toddlers so that the child's weight and height do not match their age. Efforts to overcome stunting can be done by developing the "Permata Pomaa" stunting alleviation model. This community service aims to develop the "Permata Pomaa" stunting handling model to increase appetite and stunting alleviation in toddlers towards a Stunting-Free Aceh in Jambo Mesjid and Blang Teue Villages, Blang Mangat District, Lhokseumawe City. The activity method is carried out using counseling and training methods on introducing how to provide local-based additional food,child's diet management, toddler food menu and how to cook and serve it, Introduction to baby massage and Tuina massage for stunted toddlers' appetite, community assistance on baby massage and Tuina massage and UMKM assistance. The results of community service showthere is an increase in the average knowledge of participants before and after counseling, the average value of participant knowledge before counseling was 6.97, and after counseling the average knowledge became 11.77. In addition, there is an increase in the weight and height of toddlers, where the average value of toddler weight before the Permata Pomaa community service activity was 10.605 and after the Permata Pomaa community service activity was 10.807, while the average height of toddlers before the activity was 85.964 and after the Permata Pomaa model community service activity was 86.695. There is a difference in the average value between weight before and after the community service activity of 202 grams, while the height difference in mean value is 0.731 cm.

Abstract

Digital media is the right way to open up opportunities to promote MSME products. Gampong Cot Girek Kandang, precisely in the Muara Dua sub-district of Lhokseumawe City, is one of the areas that has the MSME product Amal Bakery owned by the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMG). This product is extraordinary if promoted outside the region, but the digital media facilities are inadequate. In fact, digital media is easy to apply for its users. Therefore, the purpose of this PKM is to empower the promotion strategy of amal bakery through digital media for the community via Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Shoppe. Community service is carried out as a series of work programs. The technique of participatory assessment results for MSME actors, then a work plan is built to promote together. Based on the results of the empowerment carried out, it can be concluded that it is important for each village to have existing digital media, so that if they have implemented products that can increase the community's economy, then through empowering the promotion strategy through digital media everything will be easy.

Abstract

The purpose of implementing community service is to learn the theory of entrepreneurship, to learn about entrepreneurial experience, To learn about practices in entrepreneurship. This community service was carried out on October 25-27, 2024, located at Dayah Bustanul Kiram, East Aceh Regency. The service was carried out flexibly, paying attention to and adjusting to conditions in the field (conditions and circumstances). Participants in the implementation of this community service were 15 students of Dayah Bustanul Kiram. From the Entrepreneurship Training activity, it became the first step in building the entrepreneurial spirit of Dayah Bustanul Kiram students. It is hoped that this program will be able to create students who not only have strong religious insight, but are also able to be economically independent through entrepreneurship. Thank you to Dayah Bustanul Kiram, participants, and the implementing team for their support and participation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, demographic factors, locus of control, parental income on financial behavior in UNBP Management Study Program Students. The data used in this study are primary data with a sample of 115 students and distributed online using a questionnaire obtained from the main source, namely UNBP Management Study Program Students. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study partially indicate that the financial literacy variable has a positive and significant effect on the financial behavior of UNBP Management Study Program students, the demographic factor variable has a positive and significant effect on the financial behavior of UNBP Management Study Program students, the locus of control variable does not have a significant effect on the financial behavior of UNBP Management Study Program students, and the parental income variable has a positive and significant effect on the financial behavior of UNBP Management Study Program students.
