Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Optimisme terhadap Adversity Quotient pada Mahasiswa Mahasiswa yang Bekerja di Universitas Muhammadiyah Gorontalo. Dengan pendekatan desain penelitan kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik Simple rando sampling dengan sampel penelitian 70 Mahasiswa sambil bekerja. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner Optimisme dan Adversity Quotient dan metode penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh Optimisme terhadap Adversity Quotient dengan nilai thitung ≥ ttabel (3,149 ≥ 1,670) dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,002 ≤ 0,05 hal ini dapat dikatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Optimisme terhadap Adversity Quotient.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between self-esteem and subjective well-being in madrasah Aliyah teenagers who live in the Al-Islami Islamic boarding school in Gorontalo district. This research is a form of quantitative research with a sampling technique using simple random sampling technique and the sample in this research was 60 students. Data were collected using a self-esteem scale and a subjective well-being scale and analyzed using the pearson product moment correlation the results of the research show that there is a relationship between self- esteem and subjective well-being in students with a correlation coefficient value of 0.698 with a significant relationship between self-esteem and subjective well-being among madrasah Aliyah teenagers who live in the Al-Islam Islamic boarding school Gorontalo Regency.

Abstract

The Effect of Optimism on Adversity Quotient in Working Students at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Gorontalo. Supervised by Anik Indarwati, as the chair and Rahmawaty Parman, as a member. This study used a quantitative approach to determine the effect of optimism on the adversary ratio of working students at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Gorontalo. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling, with a research sample of 70 working students. The data collection technique used optimism and adversity quotient questionnaires, and the research method used simple linear regression analysis. This study’s results showed a significant effect of Optimism on the Adversity Quotient, with the t count being greater than or equal to the t table (3.149 ≥ 1.670) and a significance value of 0.002 ≤ 0.05. This indicated that there was a significant influence between Optimism and Adversity Quotient. The influence given was 12.7%, and the remaining was influenced by variables other than optimism.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Antara Kecerdasan Emosional Dengan Penyesuaian Sosial Pada Siswa pondok Pesantren Al-Islam Telaga Biru. Penelitian ini menggunakan Desain penelitian Kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi 700 Siswa. Jumlah sampel 117 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik Simple Random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat Penyesuaian Sosial Siswa berada pada kategori sedang sebanyak 67 dengan 57,3% dan Kecerdasan Emosional siswa berada pada kategori sedang sebanyak 71 dengan 60,7%. Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi rank spearmen dengan nilai korelasi (r) sebesar 0,666 dan nilai sig (p) = 0,000 (p<0,05). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Kecerdasan Emosional Dengan Penyesuaian Sosial Pada Siswa pondok Pesantren Al-Islam Telaga Biru. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi Kecerdasan emosional, maka semakin baik penyesuaian sosial pada siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between emotion regulation and cyberbullying behavior among students at SMK Negeri 1 Kaidipang. Cyberbullying is a form of digital aggression that is prevalent among adolescents and is often triggered by negative emotions and poor emotional management skills. The research adopts a quantitative approach using a correlational survey method. The sample consisted of 37 students selected through purposive sampling. The research instruments included an emotion regulation scale based on Gross's theory and a cyberbullying behavior scale referring to aspects identified by Hinduja and Patchin. Data analysis using Pearson correlation revealed a significant negative relationship between emotion regulation and cyberbullying behavior (r = -0.483; p = 0.002). This indicates that the better students regulate their emotions, the lower their tendency to engage in cyberbullying.

Abstract

The notary profession in Indonesia, limited to graduates of Master’s in Notarial Studies, is increasingly popular due to its stable prospects. However, the growing number of notaries in each city has intensified competition, sometimes leading to unethical practices such as underpricing deed services and discrediting peers. These behaviors conflict with the Notary Position Law and the Notary Code of Ethics. A key issue is how notary and Land Deed Official (PPAT) fees for authentic deed services are regulated. This study uses normative legal research to explore the legal basis for setting notary fees, revealing that while upper fee limits are stipulated in the Notary Position Law, sociological and economic factors also influence honorarium decisions. Disharmony between the Notary Law and the Code of Ethics creates ambiguity in setting minimum and maximum fees, potentially leading to unhealthy competition and reduced service quality. Therefore, clear and uniform fee guidelines are essential to maintain ethical standards, ensure fair compensation, and uphold the quality of authentic deed preparation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara coping stres dengan subjective well-being pada remaja yang memiliki orang tua tunggal (single parent) di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Kabupaten Gorontalo. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari fenomena bahwa remaja yang dibesarkan oleh satu orang tua sering menghadapi tekanan emosional dan sosial yang dapat memengaruhi kesejahteraan psikologis mereka. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 40 orang. Alat ukur yang digunakan berupa skala coping stres dan skala subjective well-being yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi Product Moment Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara coping stres dengan subjective well-being (r = 0,585; p < 0,01). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin baik kemampuan remaja dalam mengelola stres, maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat kesejahteraan subjektif yang mereka rasakan. Dengan demikian, strategi coping yang adaptif berperan penting dalam menjaga keseimbangan emosional dan meningkatkan kebahagiaan remaja dengan latar belakang keluarga single parent.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between self-adjustment and juvenile delinquency in students of SMP Negeri 1 Telaga. With a quantitative research design approach. Sampling with clustered random sampling technique and a research sample of 71 students. The measuring instrument uses two questionnaires: the self-adjustment questionnaire and juvenile delinquency. The data analysis method uses product-moment correlation. The results of this study show that there is a correlation coefficient value of r = 0.333 with sig ≤ a 0,004 p=0,05, with a sign of moderate relationship closeness and a negative sign in the results that the higher the self-adjustment, the lower the juvenile delinquency.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine whether there was an increase in adversity quotient after implementing expressing writing in orphanage children. This research method uses a quantitative research type and uses a pre-experimental design experiment with a pretest-posttest one group design research type. This type of user is imposed on one group only without a comparison group with a total of 30 populations and 14 samples, The results of this study are that the subjects did a pretest with a total value of 104.36 then given treatment and after being given treatment the subjects did a posttest with a total value of 111.29. which means that the subject's AQ increased by 6.7% with a significance of 0.001 <0.05 which means significant.
