Abstract

Industri manufaktur adalah Industri yang mengolah material atau bahan baku menjadi produk jadi atau produk setengah jadi dengan mesin produksi, dan memproduksi dalam skala besar. Investasi asing langsung merupakan bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dalam sektor industri manufaktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak investasi asing langsung, jumlah tenaga kerja dan inflasi terhadap industri manufaktur di beberapa negara ASEAN pada tahun 2016-2021. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan data panel adalah kombinasi dari data time series dan cross-section. Kriteria pemilihan lima negara dengan pendapatan perkapita tertinggi pada tahun 2021. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari World Bank dan Asean Statistic Year Book. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa foregh direct investment berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap industri manufaktur, jumlah tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan sedangkan inflasi berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap industri manufaktur di beberapa negara ASEAN.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor sosial ekonomi masyarakat terhadap minat berbelanja di pasar tradisional dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam (studi pada Pasar Rangai, Tri Tunggal Lampung Selatan). Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada masyarakat yang berbelanja di Pasar Rangai, Tri Tunggal Lampung Selatan yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor sosial ekonomi masyarakat berpengaruh terhadap minat berbelanja di Pasar Rangai yang dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t dengan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,002 < 0,05. Nilai tersebut dapat membuktikan hipotesis diterima, yang berarti bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel faktor sosial ekonomi masyarakat terhadap minat berbelanja. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi pihak terkait dalam meningkatkan minat berbelanja masyarakat, khususnya terkait faktor sosial ekonomi, yang berdampak pada minat berbelanja.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan serta mengedukasi masyarakat untuk  memanfaat Tanaman Obat Keluarga (TOGA) sebagai salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan pemberdayaan masyarakat Desa Sumbergede melalui bidang kesehatan dan ekonomi. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, digunakan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang meliputi tahapan observasi, sosialisasi, dan juga penanaman tanaman obat secara kolaboratif bersama masyarakat. Pengabdian ini memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat, tentang cara mengelola, menggunakan dan meningkatkan nilai ekonomis tanaman obat sebagai bahan obat, serta mendorong pemanfaatan lahan kosong atau pekarangan untuk menanam TOGA yang akan berkontribusi pada peningkatan kesehatan dan ekonomi masyarakat. Abstract

Variety Seeking is a person's action in looking for something else because of a sense of saturation in the use of a product so that looking for new things and doing Brand Switching is the solution, in that process seeing the advantages and disadvantages of product attributes becomes a determining factor especially in Gen-Z who really sees something that has advantages is definitely interested in trying. The population in this study is Gen-Z who are in Bandar Lampung with the criteria that the researchers have determined. The sample size was 100 respondents. This research method is quantitative with online questionnaire data collection techniques through google form with the analysis method using a structural equation model approach with the SmartPLS 4 application. The results showed that Variety Seeking has a positive and significant effect on Brand Switching, and the next results show that Product Attributes moderate strengthen and significant the relationship between Variety Seeking and Brand Switching, superior attributes are the reason people try other variations and switch brands.

Abstract

Sukuk has emerged as a governmental tool for acquiring private capital to finance ongoing infrastructure projects. This research seeks to assess the optimization of Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk (CWLS) for equitable and sustainable economic growth in Indonesia. The research approach used is a qualitative approach which focuses on analyzing the content of literature (literature research). The data used is secondary data originating from various reading sources in journals, books, and other libraries. The verification approach employs triangulation methods, whereas the data analysis method encompasses data reduction, data display, and data analysis. The findings indicated that the execution of CWLS engaged five stakeholders: Bank Indonesia as the implementation facilitator and Custodian Bank; the Indonesian Waqf Board (BWI) as the regulator, mentor, and nazhir overseeing waqf; and the Ministry of Finance as the SBSN issuer and fund manager in the real sector. Waqf monies are used to support economic and social initiatives aimed at enhancing the national economy, including the promotion of Islamic banking development. Funding productive assets, such as those used to establish company development incubators and generate employment via enterprises in the real sector, Facilitating the execution of social initiatives, establishment of Corporate Social Responsibility funds.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the feasibility of the Djoglo Restaurant business in South Lampung Regency from the market, marketing, and sharia financing aspects to support strategic decision making for the development of traditional culinary businesses. The study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method that was carried out for three months, with primary data obtained through in-depth interviews with owners, managers, employees, consumers, and direct observation, as well as secondary data from financial reports and internal company documents analyzed using an interactive analysis model with triangulation to ensure data validity. The results of the study indicate that the Djoglo Restaurant is very feasible to be developed from the three aspects studied, with the market aspect showing very good potential through an average of 180-220 people visiting per day, clear segmentation with a family dominance of 45%, and consumer satisfaction reaching 92% for the atmosphere of the place; the marketing aspect shows high effectiveness with sales growth of 20% per year and customer retention of 72% through an integrated marketing mix; and the sharia financing aspect shows that the musyarakah scheme with a ratio of 60:40 is the most suitable for an expansion of Rp 800 million with very positive feasibility indicators including NPV of Rp 1.24 billion, IRR of 42%, and a payback period of 2.3 years. This study provides practical contributions in the form of strategic recommendations for management in business expansion using sharia financing and optimizing marketing strategies, while enriching the literature on the feasibility of traditional culinary businesses with a sharia financing approach which is still limited in Indonesia, especially in the context of restaurants in the regions.
