This paper discusses the implementation of Islamic family law in Indonesia's marriage law regarding the right to choose a partner for women with the main problem explaining how the interrelationships of the values of Islamic family law are absorbed in Indonesian laws. Utilizing a literature study whose primary data sources come from books, journals and statutes, this research finds that Indonesia, as a country known for its Muslim majority and having many ethnicities and cultures, also adopts the principles of equality in Islam implemented in Marriage Law No. 1 of 1974 is included in the realm of choosing a mate for women. As stipulated in UUP No. 1 of 1974 concerning the conditions for marriage regulated in Article 6 Paragraph 1, namely that there must be the consent of the bride, meaning that the woman is willing to be married by a man who wants to marry her without any coercion. What is contained in Article 6 Paragraph 1 UUP No. 1 of 1974 is in line with the mission of Islam, namely the principle of equality for women. This aims to build a happy and eternal household and of course in line with human rights.

RE-ACTUALIZATION THOUGHT KH. HASYIM ASY'ARI ABOUT NATIONAL UNITY AND ITS URGENCY IN FACING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC Suud Sarim Karimullah

All religions teach their adherents to do good and create unity with solid brotherly ties in the life of the nation and state. In writing this article, several problem formulations are the subject of discussion, including; (1) the re-actualization thoughts of KH Hasyim Asy'ari on national unity; and (2) the urgency of national unity during the Covid-19 pandemic to reflect on the history of the founding of the Indonesian nation and state, which was built on unity and integrity with a complete sense of nationalism that accommodates common interests without discrimination. Then, this article is a study of library research with a qualitative type based on complex and comprehensively identified social phenomena through a descriptive-analytic approach. Furthermore, the results of this article state that KH. Hasyim Asy'ari is a national figure whose thoughts are widely used as the basis for acting in the face of various imperialist powers with the spirit of national unity, which different groups accept. Once fueled the nature of national unity. In today's life, KH. Hasyim Asy'ari can be practised and imitated to rise together against the Covid-19 pandemic by being united through the spirit of solidarity and national brotherhood to complement each other to create a good and prosperous order during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The primary purpose of this study is to explore the views and thoughts of Muslim scholar Masnun Tahir on how to develop a fiqh framework that supports harmony in culturally and religiously diverse societies. This study carries a qualitative approach by analyzing Masnun Tahir's writings, especially in multicultural fiqh and understanding religious pluralism. The research method involves the analysis of texts and critical content of works relevant to the theme of multiculturalism and harmony in the view of Masnun Tahir. The findings of this study indicate that Masnun Tahir's views on multicultural fiqh inherently carry the values of inclusiveness and respect for the rights of individuals regardless of religious and cultural background. Through this perspective, Masnun Tahir seeks to build bridges between diverse groups of people to maintain harmony and diversity. The concept of multicultural fiqh Masnun Tahir's social and humanitarian perspective has illustrated that multicultural fiqh goes beyond the application of Islamic law in diverse societies. It is a vision of how religion can be a source of inspiration in creating inclusive, tolerant, and just societies. Multicultural fiqh contains universal human values that transcend religious and cultural boundaries, potentially shaping harmonious societies and global peace. Implementing this concept involves changing people's mindsets and behavior and creating an inclusive and tolerant environment.

The review identifies innovations and best practices that mosques can adopt in fulfilling their role in a changing Islamic Society. This study uses a literature study with integrative and comprehensive literature analysis in collecting, reviewing, and analyzing various literature sources relevant to the topic of study. The study results revealed that the mosque is not only a place of worship but an integral center of empowerment in strengthening the Islamic community's educational, social, and spiritual dimensions. The educational function within mosques provides a strong foundation in religious understanding, ethics, and practical skills. In contrast, the role of mosques in social services creates social solidarity and a deep sense of social responsibility. Mosques also play an essential role in developing individuals' religious identities, strengthening ties with the larger Muslim community, and motivating them to create positive change in society actively.

This study tries to transform knowledge to answer various problems amid the complexity of human problems by taking a multi-inter-transdisciplinary scientific approach. At the same time, library research is used in this study with data sources taken from literature searches with a qualitative approach through analysis with a descriptive-analytic pattern. Then, this study states that the transformation of knowledge with a multi-, inter-, and transdisciplinary scientific approach is a pattern of academic interaction that illustrates that the complexity of human problems cannot be responded to by using monodisciplinary alone because each scientific discipline cannot stand alone. Scientific dialogue across disciplines is necessary because every scientific discipline is interrelated and complementary. A multi-, inter-, and transdisciplinary scientific approach will be able to become a solution to the complexity of the problems that occur if policymakers (executive-legislative institutions), academic institutions (universities), and various community leaders sit together to solve various complex problems in community life.

This study aims to investigate in depth the influence of the family environment on understanding human values in the context of progressive Islamic education. This study relies on library research involving integrative and comprehensive literature analysis to investigate various literature sources that are relevant to the topic of study. The results of this study stated that the family environment plays a vital role in shaping the understanding of human values in progressive Islamic education. The positive part of the family in conveying these values to children is essential in ensuring that future generations will grow up as individuals who are aware of the importance of humanity, tolerance, and justice in their religion and daily lives. When families integrate these values into everyday interactions and communication, children have a greater chance of internalizing those values and creating more inclusive and equitable individuals in the future.

This study explores the critical role of Islamic education in promoting women's empowerment for a journey towards a more inclusive and equitable society. This study adopts the literature study method with a systematic and comprehensive approach to literature analysis in the search, collection, and evaluation of literature sources relevant to the topic of study. The study results stated that Islamic education supports gender equality and women's empowerment. By providing equal access to Islamic education, women can develop the skills, knowledge, and gender awareness necessary to play an active societal role. However, significant challenges need to be addressed, such as limited access, gender bias, patriarchal social norms, and financial problems. Nonetheless, with the shared commitment of governments, educational institutions, communities, and families, Islamic education can be a force that encourages women's empowerment and creates a more just, inclusive, and sustainable society. In addition, it is essential to continue to push for reforms in Islamic education, strengthen the role of women in society, and overcome the barriers that prevent women from reaching their full potential.

This study investigates the urgency of building good communication in Muslim families and its implementation for children's mental health. The method used is a literature study by collecting data from articles, books, journals, and other reliable sources. The results showed that building good communication in Muslim families can help improve children's mental health. Less communicative families tend to experience emotional problems such as anxiety, depression, and aggressive behaviour. The role of parents is very important in shaping good communication in the family. Parents must implement effective communication strategies, such as active listening, understanding children's feelings and needs, and providing emotional support. This can help children feel comfortable and open to communicating with parents, thus forming healthy and supportive family relationships. With good communication within the family, children can feel more confident, have a sense of self and security within their family environment, and have better social skills. This can help them cope with the stress and pressure they may experience and ultimately improve their mental health.

This study aims to analyze how political power affects the implementation of Islamic economic principles and identify what political factors accelerate or hinder the implementation of the Islamic financial system. This study uses the library research method because the primary data is obtained from relevant literature sources with an integrative and connective approach. The results suggest that political power is a significant determinant and a stumbling block for Islamic economics to move beyond mere rhetoric and achieve substantial implementation. On the one hand, political support can create regulations that strengthen Islamic banks, Islamic insurance, and ethical capital markets. However, the irony arises when broader political interests force Islamic economic principles to compromise with global capitalism's interest and speculation-laden currents. In a system often dictated by conventional economic forces, key instruments such as zakat and waqf are usually left ineffective. At the same time, prohibitions on riba and gharar are frequently pushed rather than enforced. Without political courage to challenge capitalist domination and commit to structural transformation, Islamic economics will only be a beautiful slogan but weak in the face of modern economic pragmatism.
