Abstract

The Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia is currently initiating the Love Curriculum, an educational initiative that aims to instill the values ​​of love for God, fellow human beings, the environment, and the nation from an early age.The method of writing the results of the review article research begins with a gap analysis followed by the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses) method. The PRISMA method consists of 5 stages carried out: 1) defining eligibility criteria, 2) determining sources of information, 3) selecting data, 4) collecting data, and 5) taking data. This curriculum emphasizes four main aspects. "First, building love for God (Hablum Minallah), where children are accustomed to strengthening their relationship with Allah from an early age. "Second, building love for fellow human beings, regardless of religion. Children must be accustomed to diversity, building a strong Hablum Minannas. "Third, forming concern for the environment (Hablum Bi'ah). fourth, love for the nation (Hubbul Wathan). With the implementation of the Love Curriculum, it is hoped that Indonesia can produce a generation that is more tolerant, inclusive, and full of compassion—creating a harmonious society in diversity.

Abstract

The research method used is a descriptive survey method that describes social phenomena by examining the influence of Principal Leadership and Educational Personnel Performance (X) on Education Quality Improvement (variable Y). This study uses quantitative analysis techniques through path analysis which is intended to determine the magnitude of the influence of the Principal Leadership and Education Personnel Performance variables on improving the quality of education at MTs Bustanul'Ulum GUPPI Tebing Tinggi City, either simultaneously or partially. The results showed that the Principal's Leadership and Educational Personnel Performance had an effect on the Quality Improvement of Graduates at MTs Bustanul'Ulum GUPPI Tebing Tinggi City. The Principal's Leadership Variables and the Performance of Education Personnel were tested in influencing the Quality Improvement of Graduates at MTs Bustanul'Ulum GUPPI Tebing Tinggi City: Based on the SPSS calculation, the Fcount value is 6,302. with a = 5%, dk in the numerator: k, dk in the denominator: n-k-1 (5%;2;41) the f table value is 3.23. From the description, it can be seen that F Count (6.302) > F Table (3.23), with a significance of 0.004 < 0.05, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted. From the calculation results of the SPSS program, the t-count value is 0.592 with a = 5%, t table (5%; n-k = 42) the t-table value is 2.018. From the description, it can be seen that the value of tcount (0.592 ) < t table (2.018), as well as the significance value of 0.557 > 0.05, it can be concluded that the first hypothesis is rejected. This means that leadership does not affect the quality of education.From the calculation results of the SPSS program, the t-count value is 2.625 with a = 5%, t table (5%; n-k = 42) the t-table value is 2.018. From the description, it can be seen that the value of tcount (2.625) > t table (2.018), as well as the significance value of 0.012 <0.05, it can be concluded that the second hypothesis is accepted. This means that the performance of education personnel affects the quality of education.

Abstract

Research based on Most of the people of Tebing Tinggi no longer remember the history and values ​​of the culture. ThereforeSTAI Tebingtinggi Deli, which is a college under the auspices of the Ministry of Religion which has been operating since 1999, is located in Tebingtinggi City.STAI Tebing Tinggi As a college that focuses on Islamic studies, STAI Tebing Tinggi Deli plays a role in maintaining and preservingculture by making local wisdom the main vision and mission in the master plan for developing higher education.This research aims DiscloseFormula, implementation and evaluation of Higher Education Strategy based on Malay local wisdom at STAI Tebingtinggi Deli. In order to obtain a complete, in-depth and comprehensive understanding of the focus of this research, the researcher uses a phenomenological paradigm with a qualitative approach and case study type. Data were collected with a natural setting as a direct data source. This research is expected to reveal phenomena and symptoms in depth, find out comprehensively and completely and describe Higher Education Strategy Management Based on Malay local wisdom at STAI Tebingtinggi Deli. The results of the study show that the Curriculum Formulation of STAI Tebingtinggi Deli in realizing the achievement of knowledge, insight and personality according to Malay local wisdom produces a course on the History of Malay and Islamic civilization. Therefore, all study programs at STAI Tebingtinggi Deli (PAI, BKPI, MBS, PIAUD and KPI) require all students to take 2 credits of lectures in semester 2. In addition, to support higher education institutions based on Malay local wisdom, STAI Tebingtinggi Deli has established cooperation with the sultanate or Malay traditional leaders in the city of Tebing Tinggi and its surroundings.

Abstract

The background of this study is the decline in public interest in the Tebing Tinggi City Public Madrasah Tsanawiyah where the number of student enrollments is only 174 students compared to other public schools which reach more than 200 students in the 2022-2023 school year, so the purpose of this study is to analyze the leadership of madrasa managers. in improving teacher professionalism in terms of decision making, interpersonal communication, exemplary and Funishment and rewards. The research method used is a qualitative approach. The results show that 1) The decision-making process is carried out through discussion and has a positive effect on making improvements to the professional abilities of teachers. 2) The communication between the principal and teachers is formally formed, only in motivating, guiding and reprimanding. This makes a difference in the distance between the teacher and the madrasa head. 3) The Madrasah head provides an example of good behavior such as attendance, punctuality and obedience by following the Madrasah rules and regulations set by the Ministry of Religion. 4) The reward and punishment of the Madrasah Principal is only in the form of praise and reprimand. Awards and punishments were given as words of praise and thanks from the principal and had no effect on motivating MTsN teachers.
