Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the use of peer counseling to reduce the negative conformity on students at SMA Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung in academic year 2018/2019. The problem in this research is the high negative conformity on students. This research used the pre-experimental designs. In this research, there are 3 students were selected by using purposive sampling.  The subject was selected based on the result of the pretest and viewed from the intervals provide. The result of this research shows that peer counseling can be used to reduce the students' negative conformity, this is shown by the results of Wilcoxon test using SPSS 16.0 obtained Z count = -1.604 Z table = 1.645 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so that it can be concluded that peer counseling can be used to reduce the students' negative conformity at SMA Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung in academic year 2018/2019Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan konseling sebaya untuk mengurangi konformitas negatif pada siswa SMA Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah konformitas negatif siswa tinggi. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pre-Experimental designs. Sampel penelitian dipilih dengan cara purposive sampling sebanyak 3 siswa. subjek penelitian dipilih berdasarkan hasil pretest dan dilihat dari interval yang sudah disediakan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa konseling sebaya dapat digunakan untuk mengurangi konformitas negatif siswa, hal ini ditunjukan dengan hasil uji wilcoxon menggunakan SPSS 16.0 diperoleh Z hitung = -1.604 Z tabel = 1.645 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga kesimpulannya konseling sebaya dapat digunakan untuk mengurangi konformitas negatif pada siswa SMA Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung tahun ajaran 2018/2019Kata kunci: bimbingan konseling, konseling sebaya, konformitas negatif

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low social interaction of students. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-confidence and social interaction among students of Darul Fikri Vocational School, Pugung District Tanggamus and Academic Year 2018/2019. The research method used is quantitative correlational. The population of the study was 210 students and the determination using the table to determine the number of samples of Isaac and Michael from a certain population with an error level of 5%, so that is 131 students were taken by simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques use a scale of confidence and scale of social interaction, data analysis techniques using Product moment correlation. The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between self-confidence and social interaction with a correlation value of rcount = 0.208 rtable = 0.176 significance level p = 0.05 then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. The conclusion of the results of this study is that there is a significant positive relationship between self-confidence and social interaction of students. This means that the higher the confidence the student has, the higher social interaction will be.Permasalahan dalam penelitian  ini adalah interaksi sosial siswa rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara percaya diri dengan interaksi sosial pada siswa SMK Darul Fikri Kecamatan Pugung Kabupaten Tanggamus Tahun  Ajaran 2018/2019. Metode penelitian yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 210 siswa dan penentuan menggunakan tabel penentuan jumlah sampel Isaac dan Michael dari populasi tertentu dengan taraf kesalahan 5%, sehingga jadi ada 131 siswa diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala percaya diri dan skala interaksi sosial. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi Product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara percaya diri dengan interaksi sosial dengan nilai korelasi rhitung = 0,208 rtabel = 0,176 taraf signifikasi p=0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara percaya diri dengan interaksi sosial siswa. Artinya semakin tinggi percaya diri yang dimiliki siswa maka akan semakin tinggi interaksi sosialnya.Kata kunci: bimbingan konseling, interaksi sosial, percaya diri

Abstract

The outbreak of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic since December 2019 until now requires all teaching and learning activities for students to be temporarily carried out at home. This needs to be done in order to minimize mass physical contact so that it can break the chain of spreading the virus. To fill the teaching and learning activities that must be completed in this academic year, the government has adopted a policy of learning to be carried out through distance learning using online media (on the network), either using a cellphone, PC, or laptop. Online learning that has been running, makes teachers also cause stress because of the large number of classes and students and demands from conditions or praxis that cause many problems. In an emergency situation, the teacher at that time had to act quickly so that learning could run effectively. Teachers need to be quick to take action and manage classes remotely. This includes managing materials and tasks of very short duration. In a short period of time there are obstacles that occur both from the side of the teacher and the students.When experiencing stress, the body will unconsciously manage stress. Management in dealing with stress is a way to increase his immunity to stress. Effective stress management will result in permanent adaptation, giving rise to new habits or improvements from old situations, while ineffective stress management will end up being maladaptive, namely deviant behavior and harm to oneself and others.

Abstract

Pemberitaan media massa menunjukkan banyak terjadi kasus kekerasan seksual di Pringsewu. Pelaku kekerasan seksual seringkali adalah tetangga dekat, guru di sekolah guru mengaji, guru sekolah, kakek, ayah kandung/tiri, dan pacar. Korban yang mengalami kekerasan seksual pasti akan mengalami trauma. Korban akan terganggu baik secara fisik, psikologis, dan kesehatan secara umum; dalam jangka waktu pendek maupun panjang. Diantara gangguan yang dialami adalah disosiatif, depresi, hingga upaya bunuh diri. Melihat masih adanya masalah atau kendala yang dihadapi korban kekerasan seksual tersebut, maka seorang korban haruslah mendapatkan pendamping yang dapat menjaga, membantu, dan sekaligus menjadi sahabat berbagi rasa korban kekerasan seksual. Pendamping korban kekerasan seksual karenanya harus mempunyai pengetahuan yang memadai dalam mendampingi korban, sejak pelaporan kasus di kepolisian, mendapatkan visum, serta mendukung korban jika mengalami gangguan berupa trauma, PTSD, depresi, hingga keinginan atau tindakan bunuh diri. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ketrampilan konseling traumatis bagi pendamping korban kekerasan seksual di pringsewu ini diikuti oleh 40 relawan sosial dibidang kesehatan dan organisasi kemasyarakatan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya  peningkatan dalam hal pengetahuan mengenai adanya fakta tindak kekerasan seksual yang terjadi di masyarakat sebesar 45,37%, respon umum pada masyarakat terhadap korban kekerasan seksual sebesar 12,62%, karakteristik psikologi korban kekerasan seksual sebesar 38,79%, cara mengurangi risiko menjadi korban pelecehan/kekerasan seksual 49,58, dan  pendampingan konseling traumatis yang dilakukan untuk membantu korban kekerasan seksual sebesar 74,41%.Kata Kunci : pendamping korban kekerasan, kekerasan seksual, konseling traumaDoi: https://dx.doi.org/10.23960/JPSI/v1i1.19-25

Abstract

This study was conducted to identify the most frequent problems faced by students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) at the University of Lampung, the differences in problems encountered based on study programs, and the most effective strategies to overcome these issues. The research employed a quantitative approach with a survey method. The study population consisted of all active undergraduate students from 19 study programs within FKIP. A total of 576 students were selected as research samples using a convenience sampling technique. The research instrument was the Problem Checklist (Daftar Cek Masalah/DCM), which reveals 11 domains of problems: health, economy, recreation and hobbies, social life, personal relationships, youth issues, family life, religion and morals, school adjustment, future and aspirations, and curriculum adjustment. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The findings showed that health issues were the most frequently reported problem, identified in 16 study programs (84.2%). This was followed by social problems in 15 study programs (78.9%), and personal problems in 13 study programs (68.4%)

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to reveal whether the employability skills module fulfills the requirements both in material and appearance, and to describe the level of use of the employability skills module to improve the work readiness of final-year students. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) study. Using the ADDIE development model which consists of five stages which include analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research was carried out on the Unila FKIP students class of 2019, by conducting research product testing and FGDs. Data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential analysis. The results of the study show that the employability skill module can be used as a medium in increasing the work readiness of final-year students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengembangan dan kelayakan Film Dokumenter sebagai media layanan bimbingan dan konseling untuk mencegah kekerasan seksual yang terjadi pada anak dan remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian Research and Development (R & D) Menggunakan prosedur pengembangan Borg and Gall. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Film Dokumenter sebagai media layanan bimbingan dan konseling untuk mencegah kekerasan seksual yang terjadi pada anak dan remaja “Layak” digunakan sebagai media layanan BK. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan hasil uji kelayakan materi sebesar 82,5% yang termasuk ke dalam kategori “Sangat Layak”, presentase kelayakan media sebesar 83,9% yang termasuk ke dalam kategori “Sangat Layak”, dan persentase respon pengguna sebesar 87,5% yang termasuk ke dalam kategori “Sangat Layak”, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Film Dokumenter sebagai media layanan bimbingan dan konseling untuk mencegah kekerasan seksual yang terjadi pada anak dan remaja sangat layak digunakan sebagai media layanan BK di sekolah.
