Abstract

Management Information System is a system used to organize online sales transactions. This study developed a management information system for Ud Anggi Jaya where there were several problems such as price, lack of transparency in the process of ordering fertilizers, errors in recording orders, and it took a little longer in making reports. For that, as part of an innovation that supports customer service, the technology that will be used is a chatbot. The chatbot function is here to help customers handle incoming messages via various communication channels. The chatbot ensures that all messages from customers can be handled quickly. About a business and product in this business, the author uses the waterfall research methodology. This methodology is composed of 4 stages, 1) System Analysis Stage, 2) Design Stage, 3) Coding Stage, 4) Testing stage. This system was developed in the programming language PHP and MySql as a database management system, in this system there are product data, sales data, distributor data and sales reports, so that the subsidized Fertilizer Management Information System can help simplify the fertilizer transaction process, and as a promotion media.

Abstract

In supporting good, synchronous, and fast communication, the school facilitates one of them by building a New Student Registration Information System Based on the Android Operating System. The purpose of this study is to determine the number of dormitory quotas at YPPBU and to design a mobile-based YPPBU capacity information system. The research uses qualitative methods and testing is carried out in system development using the Black Box method. This Black Box testing method is used to determine whether a software is functioning properly and correctly. The results of this study use the New Student Registration application to simplify and speed up the registration system, as well as registration that can be done without having to come to school and make it easier for schools to monitor students who register. The application used has a good suitability of functions and runs correctly.

Abstract

Graduates from educational institutions within the foundation of the Bahrul Ulum Islamic Boarding School each year can be more than 1000 people. The potential for this critical data has not been supported by good data collection. The data collection process is still done manually. Therefore, the level of accuracy is still fragile. In this study, an index is applied to perform query optimization. The object of this research is the database of the graduate data information system at the Bahrul Ulum Islamic Boarding School Foundation. Data collection method using literature study and interviews. The experimental stage of this research is done by determining the target output by compiling query commands. Each query command is executed ten times to find the average execution time and runs on two different hardware platforms to determine the effect of hardware on the query process. The study results show that the index can be used for data query optimization but only if it is supported by good hardware specifications so that the command execution time is optimal. When only using the index application, the average difference in execution time is 0.5 seconds.

Abstract

The need for vegetation mapping is very necessary at this time because it can make it easier for users to find out the types of plants that exist in each village and their coordinates. In Jombang Regency, there is no system that implements this vegetation mapping system. This research designs the development of web and mobile-based information systems. The tools used for modeling this system are Flowcharts, Entity Relationship Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams. The software used is Adobe XD to create system designs and MySql as a programming language. From the design of the system that will be made, it will produce a web of geographic information system for mapping vegetation in Jombang Regency.

Abstract

The application of information systems in various daily life processes results in data accumulation. Classification is a process in data mining to perform data analysis to generate models to describe the classes contained in the data. In this study, the ID3 Algorithm was used to classify prospective student data. This research employed a qualitative research model using the rapidminer tool application to carry out the classification process. Processed data is data obtained from surveys through google form media. The results of this study showed a classification model using the Interactive Dichotomizer Algorithm (id3), which can be developed into an information system for the admission of prospective students. It also revealed that data classification of students "cannot" or "can" at the foundation of the boarding school Bahrul Ulum Jombang in the form of a decision tree. Based on the decision tree, it was found that 50.72% (35 people) were classified as poor/incapable, and 49.27% ​​(34 people) were classified as capable from a total of 69 data on prospective students.

Abstract

Data mining is an activity that includes the collection, and use of historical data to find regularities, patterns, or relationships in large data sets. The pile of data in an information system gives rise to a data mining process. The Bahrul Ulum Islamic Boarding School Tambakberas Jombang is one of the oldest and largest Islamic boarding schools in East Java, with a large number of students each year. A large number of graduates in Islamic boarding schools requires the application of data mining processes. The c4.5 algorithm is one of the data mining algorithms that can be used to classify. The classification method is used to determine whether graduates are successful or not, with the parameter that becomes the root of the calculation results, namely work. The evaluation results show that the C4.5 algorithm has an accuracy rate of 84.00%, classification recall gets 93.33%, classification precision gets 85.00%, and an AUC score of 0.850.

Abstract

Utilization of information technology is urgently needed to keep up with the rapidly changing times, one of which is the distribution of information that can be accessed quickly and easily by everyone via the internet. The existence of this information is also expected as part of the promotion of the achievements achieved by the agency or organization, as part of the existence of the agency or organization. The existence of an organization is also influenced by the advanced use of information technology by the organization, one of which is the use of the website. School is one of the educational organizations that would be able to develop a website. With the presence of a website in schools, it will help convey school information to the public, which can indirectly increase the credibility of the school in the eyes of the community in its seriousness to improve the quality of education. Promotion improvement through Assistance in Making School Websites at SDN Dukuharum is carried out through several stages, namely design, implementation, and evaluation. Through assistance in the creation of a school website, which was created with this partner, it has an influence on increasing the promotion of SDN Dukuharum, so that it can also have an impact on increasing its achievement. Partners have high enthusiasm in the process of assisting the creation of school websites as promotional media. The impact of this assistance is that teachers and staff are able to operate the website that has been created. so that when the implementation of community service is complete, partners can independently operate the website. Partners through the use of the school's website can carry out public services at SDN Dukuharum in a more modern way and can continue to increase the credibility of the agency by utilizing the management information system. Abstract

Graduates are the most important parameter of an organization, alumni are also active for a formal or informal educational organization or institution. In this era of big data, the correct and fast management of alumni data can bring significant benefits to the institution concerned. Algorithm K-means Clustering is one of the data collection algorithms that ranks data quite well. Using a research method, the Research and Development (R&D) department will try, as far as possible, to produce works that can be used to test real, not just hypotheses or theories.

Abstract

Saat ini, kehadiran dan sistem penggajian di University of KH. A. Wahab Hasbulloh (UNWAHA) masih menggunakan cara manual. Hal ini menyebabkan beberapa masalah termasuk duplikasi data kehadiran, manipulasi kehadiran, dan payrollarchiving tidak aplikasi regular.This dibangun menggunakan studi kasus deskriptif pada lembaga, dimana teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi survei, observasi, dan eksperimen. Dalam desain ini, penulis menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic .Net 2008, dengan menggunakan MySQL 5.1.41 format database, dan hasil laporan menggunakan Fast Laporan Bersih. Data diolah dalam sistem ini meliputi data kehadiran, para profesor, data admin dan data penggajian. Sedangkan output dari sistem berupa laporan dosen kehadiran, gaji dan gaji report.In penelitian ini, telah mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi Terpadu Penggajian Dosen Fingerprint Teknologi. Dengan desain aplikasi seperti badan akan mendapatkan beberapa kemudahan dalam memasukkan data sambil membantu lembaga untuk menyusun laporan kehadiran dosen dan laporan gaji lebih cepat dan lebih efisien.
