Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi mendorong organisasi untuk beralih ke sistem berbasis aplikasi karena kemudahan akses yang diberikan. Bidang Kemetrologian, yang mencakup tera dan tera ulang alat ukur, juga memanfaatkan teknologi ini untuk memastikan keakuratan pengukuran dalam perdagangan yang diawasi langsung oleh Kementrian Perdagangan. Namun, tantangan seperti fragmentasi data, pemantauan, pemantauan yang tidak optimal, dan efisiensi layanan pelanggan masih menjadi masalah. Proses layanan pelanggan masih menjadi masalah. Proses layanan pelanggan yang konvensional memperlambat pelayanan terhadap pelanggan serta meningkatkan resiko kesalahan. Pengembangan aplikasi metrologi legal berbasis pelanggan yang terintegrasi menjadi solusi untuk mengatasi tantangan ini. Aplikasi ini mengintegrasikan data dari berbagai sumber untuk memungkinkan Layanan online yang dapat mempercepat proses pengajuan tera ulang dan administrasi pembayaran sehingga dapat memudahkan pelanggan dalam pelayanan kemetrologian. Transparansi dan akuntabilitas juga meningkat karena semua pemangku kepentingan dapat mengakses informasi secara terbuka. Aplikasi ini diharapkan meningkatkan efektivitas pengawasan pemerintah, efisiensi operasional pelaku usaha, dan kepercayaan konsumen dalam melakukan layanan kemetrologian. Dengan demikian, pengembangan aplikasi ini dapat meningkatkan efektivitas, efisiensi, dan transparansi pengelolaan metrologi legal di UPTD Metrologi Legal Jombang, serta memberikan manfaat langsung kepada pemerintah, pelaku usaha, dan konsumen di Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a Management Information System for Extension Officers at the Jombang Regency Agriculture Office to overcome the obstacles faced in data management and extension reporting that were previously done manually. The designed information system enables more accurate, easy-to-use, and real-time data management, making it easier for extension officers to carry out administrative tasks and increase agricultural productivity. The system also supports the Agriculture Office in monitoring and evaluating extension performance more optimally, as well as strengthening decision-making in agricultural management in Jombang Regency. The results show that the implementation of this system not only improves the work efficiency of extension officers, but also provides an easily accessible solution to improve services and sustainability of the agricultural sector in the area. Recommendations for future research include the integration of the latest technology, improvement of the user interface, and regular system testing and evaluation to ensure the performance and reliability of the system on an ongoing basis.

Abstract

Dalam era digital yang semakin berkembang, kebutuhan akan sistem informasi yang efektif dan efisien semakin mendesak, terutama dalam sektor pertanian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi pengolahan data pengajuan Rencana Definitif Kebutuhan Kelompok Tani (RDKK) di Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Jombang. Sistem ini di rancang untuk membantu mempermudah dan mempercepat proses pengajuan RDKK, yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual dan sangat membutuhkan banyak waktu. Metodologi penelitian yang di gunakan meliputi kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. Pada tahap analisis kebutuhan, dilakukan pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung di Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Jombang. Hasil analisis ini digunakan sebagai dasar perancangan sistem yang mencakup desain database, antarmuka pengguna, dan fungsi – fungsi utama sistem. Sistem informasi yang dibangun berbasis web, sehingga dapat di akses oleh pengguna berwenang kapan saja dan dimana saja. Sistem ini dirancang dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Fitur utama sistem meliputi pengelolaan data kelompok tani, pengajuan dan persetujuan RDKK, serta pelaporan dan monitoring pengajuan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi proses pengajuan RDKK dengan mengurangi waktu dan kesalahan dalam pengolahan data. Sistem ini juga memberikan kemudahan bagi petugas dinas dalam melakukan monitoring dan pelaporan. Dengan adanya sistem informasi pengolahan data pengajuan RDKK ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan pelayanan di Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Jombang, serta mendukung terwujudnya tata kelola pemerintah yang baik di sektor pertanian. Abstract

The accuracy of the golden apple snail pest distribution model estimation is very much needed by farmers in dealing with pest attacks, especially in the rainy season. This research aimed to obtain the best distribution model of golden apple snail pests with kernel estimators and spline smoothing through the Goldenshluger-Lepski adaptive bandwidth selection method with an estimation error rate below 10%. The parameters measured were population density 7-42 days after planting, Morisita index, and environmental correlation. The results showed that the population density of golden apple snail pests from four research locations differed significantly in both the juvenile phase (PrF = 0.00161), pre-adult (PrF = 0.000872), and adult (PrF = 0.019122). The highest density was found in Bandar Kedungmulyo District (9.23 individuals.m-2), while the lowest was found in Megaluh District (6.37 individuals.m-2). The population pattern is evenly distributed with a Morisita index of less than one and the highest index (Id = 0.469) was recorded in Megaluh District. The best population distribution model was obtained using the optimum h(7) kernel smoothing estimator, with the lowest Mean Square Error (0.001), and Mean Absolute Square Error (0.032) values in Megaluh District. Furthermore, the best distribution model was obtained using the natural cubic spline smoother with the lowest Mean Square Error (0.055), and Mean Absolute Square Error (0.020) values in Tembeleng District. In conclusion, the best golden apple snail pest distribution model was obtained using the adaptive kernel smoothing estimator of the Goldenshluger-Lepsky model approach, which produced the lowest estimation error rate compared to the spline smoother. This research contributes to developing the best distribution model for golden snail pests, which can strengthen the information technology database for monitoring, controlling, and utilizing the potential of golden snail pests.

Abstract

Sebagai entitas pemerintahan pada tingkat terendah, Desa Turipinggir memikul tanggung jawab yang besar dalam menyediakan layanan serta mengelola berbagai kebutuhan masyarakat yang mencakup administrasi, pembangunan, pemberdayaan warga, serta yang paling vital adalah pengembangan potensi lokal. Hal ini tidak lain dikarenakan desa merupakan ujung tombak yang menentukan arah pembangunan suatu negara. usahanya menanggapi tantangan modernisasi tersebut, Desa Turipinggir memiliki pilihan solusi inovatif melalui integrasi sistem informasi berbasis website. Dengan memanfaatkan platform website, informasi seputar aktivitas pemerintahan, rencana pembangunan, jadwal acara, dan berita lainnya dapat diakses dengan mudah oleh beragam kelompok masyarakat, mulai dari generasi muda hingga warga lanjut usia. Selain sebagai respon dan inovasi terhadap perkembangan digitalisasi, adanya sistem ini akan diharapkann dapat mengurangi kesenjangan informasi serta mendorong partisipasi yang lebih inklusif dalam proses pengambilan keputusan di lingkungan desa. Abstract

Bahrul Ulum Islamic Boarding School is the oldest cottage in Jombang district which was founded in 1830 AD until now. which of course has a very large number of students, both students and alumni status. The author wishes to research how to manage data in information systems with hundreds or millions of data quickly and easily. Proper query design is very influential on information system applications, if you only rely on conventional query techniques, the results needed to process queries are relatively slow, and the time required is also longer. The purpose of this research is to optimize the query using the ingress algorithm which will later be tested and compared the results with queries that have not been optimized or conventional to determine the extent to which the query process can be accelerated. The experimental results show that the execution time is more effective and faster using an optimized command using the Ingres algorithm with an average processing time of 0.13226 seconds, and an average request that has not been optimized 0.2079 seconds, in other words the result is 65% faster than unoptimized queries.

Abstract

Sikmajo is an online store that provides a place for users to buy and trade the products they want to trade. Currently, sikmajo does not yet have a good financial reporting system. By utilizing the codeigniter framework to design the application design to simplify and speed up the manufacturing process. Model, View, and Controller, or what is often called (MVC) is one of the supporters of making applications. The implementation of the Balance Sheet system in the Sikmajo online store is used for financial reporting. The purpose of this research is to provide convenience in the process of inputting income and expenditure data, helping speed up the performance of the finance department, and improving accuracy in financial reporting. With this system, it is hoped that it will make work easier for people. So that online business processes will develop rapidly. This study examines the development of a web-based Financial Information System by utilizing the CodeIgniter Framework. Especially in accurate and efficient financial management. The CodeIgniter framework was chosen as the basis for the development of this system because it provides an organized work structure with the Model-View-Controller (MVC) pattern and has security features that are able to protect the integrity of data and financial information. In testing this system, the author uses the Black Box method to ensure that the system functions and output are as expected. This system provides solutions for companies to overcome financial management problems and has the potential to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Abstract

Every year, the faculties and units at KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah University submit budget proposals to the Planning Department. Some common issues include low budget absorption and suboptimal reporting. Reporting also faces difficulties as everything is done manually. In an effort to address the aforementioned problems, a system needs to be developed to facilitate communication and coordination among various parties in budget creation, ensuring the formulation of a realistic and achievable budget. Thus, the E-Budgeting system is established to tackle these budget submission challenges. The research methodology involves several stages, including data collection methods (literature review, field study) and system development methods (design phase, coding phase, and testing phase). The goal of this research is to design a budget submission and preparation system at KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah University in Tambakberas Jombang that can expedite the budget disbursement process. The final outcome of this research is the creation of a web-based E-BUDGETING application providing budget processing information accessible to the academic community at KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah University.

Abstract

CV. XYZ is a maklon services provider that partners with other businesses to manufacture snacks. Currently, incoming and outgoing goods data is still managed manually and there is no technology-based warehouse management information system. This study aims to design a website-based warehouse management information system that can be used to manage goods in the warehouse. The system in this study was designed using the waterfall method. This warehouse management information system is website-based and created using the CodeIgniter 3 framework with PHP and MySQL programming languages as its database and its editor tools using Visual Studio Code. The result of this research is the creation of a warehouse management information system that can manage goods in the warehouse so that it can facilitate the work of managing incoming goods, outgoing goods, and stock of goods in the warehouse. With the existence of a website-based warehouse management information system, the system used can be changed to a computerized system, so that it is expected to help in managing goods in the warehouse to be more effective and efficient, as well as the presentation of stock reports to be more accurate and the information can be used to help in the decision-making process to accelerate the company's performance, especially in warehousing.

Abstract

Management Information System is a system used to organize online sales transactions. This study developed a management information system for Ud Anggi Jaya where there were several problems such as price, lack of transparency in the process of ordering fertilizers, errors in recording orders, and it took a little longer in making reports. For that, as part of an innovation that supports customer service, the technology that will be used is a chatbot. The chatbot function is here to help customers handle incoming messages via various communication channels. The chatbot ensures that all messages from customers can be handled quickly. About a business and product in this business, the author uses the waterfall research methodology. This methodology is composed of 4 stages, 1) System Analysis Stage, 2) Design Stage, 3) Coding Stage, 4) Testing stage. This system was developed in the programming language PHP and MySql as a database management system, in this system there are product data, sales data, distributor data and sales reports, so that the subsidized Fertilizer Management Information System can help simplify the fertilizer transaction process, and as a promotion media.
