Abstract

AbstrakPengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) dengan program pelatihan dan implementasi arsip digital dilakukan atas dasar kebutuhan Desa Oeltua  yang telah dilaksanakan pada Mei 2024. PKM ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan, serta mampu mengimplementasikan arsip digital pada desa Oeltua. Metode yang digunakan dalam PKM dilakukan melalui 3 tahapan yaitu 1). Mediasi, sebagai langkah awal untuk membangun kemitraan dengan perangkat desa Oeltua. 2). Penyuluhan, pengenalan manfaat arsip digital. 3). Pendampingan implementasi aplikasi arsip digital. Hasilnya membawa manfaat besar bagi organisasi pemerintah Desa Oeltua yaitu peralihan arsip konvensional menuju arsip digital sehingga dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan arsip dan melayani Masyarakat. Digitalisasi arsip adalah langkah penting menuju masa depan yang lebih hijau (ekonomi hijau) dan berkelanjutan yang dilakukan Desa Oeltua. Kata kunci: arsip digital; desa oeltua; ekonomi hijau; pelatihan AbstractCommunity Service (CS) with training programs and implementation of digital archives is carried out based on the needs of Oeltua village. This CS aims to provide knowledge and skills, and be able to implement digital archives in Oeltua village. The method used in CS is carried out through 3 stages, namely 1). Mediation, as a first step to build partnerships with Oeltua village officials. 2). Counseling, introduction to the benefits of digital archives. 3). Assistance in the implementation of digital archive applications. The results bring great benefits to the Oeltua Village government organization, can increase effectiveness and efficiency in managing archives and serving the community. The digitization of archives is an important step towards a greener future (green economy) and sustainable carried out by Oeltua Village Keywords: digital archive; green economic; oeltua village; training.

Abstract

Abstrak Saat ini trategi digital marketing menjadi keharusan bagi UMKM agar meningkatkan daya saing, namun hal tersebut belum dilakukan UMKM tenun binaan desa Nifukani karena masih menggunakan metode pemasaran konsensional yang disebabkan olej keterbatasan literasi digital. Atas masalah tersebut, kegiatan ini bertujuan menigkatkan dan mendampingi kelompok UMKM tersebut agar dapat mengimplementasi strategi digital marketing. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang bertujuan menjembatani kesenjangan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan teknologi bagi kelompok UMKM tersebut dalam mengimplementasi strategi digital marketing. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan bahwa kelompok UMKM ini memiliki daya saing berupa kualitas produk, dukungan pemerintah desa dan kepemilikan perangkat teknologi, namun belum mampu mengimplementasi strategi digital marketing karena minimnya pengetahuan digital marketing, sumber daya pendukung, dan keterbatasan program pemberdayaan. Program pelatihan dan pendampingan ini berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan dalam mengimplementasi strategi digital marketing, yang dibuktikan dengan peningkatan penjualan melalui platform digital oleh kelompok UMKM tenun binaan desa Nifkani. Keberlanjutan program memerlukan kolaborasi antara pemerintah, akademisi, dan DUDI untuk menjembatani kesenjangan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan teknologi, serta memastikan akses sumber daya yang lebih luas. Kata kunci: digital marketing; kain tenun; budaya timor; Nusa Teggara Timur. Abstract Currently, digital marketing strategies have become a necessity for SMEs to enhance their competitiveness. However, this has not yet been implemented by the weaving SMEs in Nifukani village because they still use conventional marketing methods due to limited digital literacy. Regarding this issue, this activity aims to enhance and assist the UMKM group so that they can implement digital marketing strategies. The method used is the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, which aims to bridge the gaps in knowledge, skills, and technology for the MSME group in implementing digital marketing strategies. The results of the activities show that this group of SMEs has competitive advantages in terms of product quality, support from the village government, and ownership of technological devices. However, they have not yet been able to implement digital marketing strategies due to a lack of knowledge in digital marketing, supporting resources, and limited empowerment programs. This training and mentoring program successfully enhanced the ability to implement digital marketing strategies, as evidenced by the increase in sales through digital platforms by the weaving SMEs group fostered by Nifkani village. The sustainability of the program requires collaboration between the government, academics, and the business world to bridge the gaps in knowledge, skills, and technology, as well as to ensure broader access to resources. Keywords: digital marketing; woven fabric; timores cultur; East Nusa Tenggara

Abstract

The ongoing transformation of the workplace, driven by the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and the paradigm of Society 5.0, has intensified the demand for human resources equipped with advanced emotional and digital capabilities. This study develops a comprehensive causal framework that examines the interrelationships among emotional intelligence, digital literacy, and employee productivity using a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. The empirical evidence demonstrates that emotional intelligence significantly enhances productivity by fostering stronger emotional regulation, adaptive responses to organizational change, and effective interpersonal collaboration. Digital literacy is likewise a crucial determinant of productivity, enabling employees to utilize digital technologies more efficiently to achieve performance targets. Furthermore, the results indicate that emotional intelligence positively contributes to the development of digital literacy, suggesting that emotionally competent individuals exhibit greater openness and motivation toward technological adaptation. Importantly, digital literacy acts as a significant mediating mechanism linking emotional intelligence to productivity, emphasizing the need for organizations to strategically cultivate both competencies in synergy. The study advances the theoretical discourse on employee productivity by conceptualizing the integrated roles of emotional and digital competencies and provides actionable insights for organizations to design holistic human resource development initiatives that align with the rapidly digitalized and dynamic characteristics of contemporary work environments.

Abstract

Mobile payment adoption in Indonesia has expanded rapidly; however, its diffusion in cross-border regions remains limited due to infrastructural inadequacies, heightened cross-border transaction risks, and low levels of trust in digital financial platforms. These regions—marked by high population mobility, informal economic activity, and uncertain regulatory oversight—create a unique context in which conventional technology adoption models may not fully capture user behaviour. This study introduces an integrated framework that combines Innovation Diffusion Theory and Trust-Building Theory to investigate how mobility, customization, security, and reputation shape trust and influence mobile payment adoption in Indonesia’s international border areas. The framework further examines the role of trust in mitigating perceived risk and strengthening continuance usage intention, while also assessing gender as a moderating variable. Data were obtained from 225 mobile payment users residing in major border gateways between Indonesia and Malaysia, Timor-Leste, and Papua New Guinea. Using partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM), the results indicate that security, customization, and reputation significantly enhance trust, whereas mobility does not exert a meaningful effect within the border context. Trust substantially increases continuance usage intention and reduces perceived risk; however, perceived risk does not significantly influence continuance intention. Gender is also found to have no moderating effect on any of the hypothesized relationships. This study contributes to the mobile payment literature by providing a contextualized understanding of user behaviour in high-risk, infrastructure-constrained environments. It also offers practical implications for policymakers and fintech providers aiming to expand digital financial inclusion and strengthen trust-based payment ecosystems in Indonesia’s cross-border regions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of knowledge management, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and innovation on the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia, as well as to analyze the mediating roles of innovation and AI in strengthening SME performance. The study employed a quantitative approach using survey data collected from 200 SMEs across various industrial sectors in Indonesia. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test the validity of the measurement model and examine the hypothesized relationships among variables. This study contributes to the literature by integrating knowledge management, AI adoption, and innovation within a unified framework to explain SME performance. It provides empirical evidence on the mediating roles of innovation and AI, highlighting their strategic importance in translating knowledge resources into superior organizational performance. The findings suggest that SME owners and managers should invest in structured knowledge management systems and AI-supported technologies to enhance decision-making, collaboration, and innovation capabilities. Policymakers are encouraged to support SMEs through training programs and technological infrastructure development to foster sustainable SME growth. This study is limited by its cross-sectional design and reliance on self-reported survey data, which may restrict causal interpretation. Future research is recommended to employ longitudinal designs, expand sample coverage, and incorporate additional contextual variables to deepen understanding of digital transformation and performance dynamics in SMEs.

Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Nekafmese di Desa Oeltua, Kabupaten Kupang, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur, menghadapi permasalahan dalam pengelolaan keuangan, khususnya terkait pencatatan transaksi, penyusunan laporan keuangan, serta penerapan prinsip akuntabilitas dan transparansi. Keterbatasan kapasitas pengurus menyebabkan pelaporan keuangan tidak berjalan secara rutin dan berdampak pada menurunnya kepercayaan masyarakat serta stagnasi aktivitas usaha BUMDes. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas pengurus BUMDes dalam tata kelola keuangan melalui pelaksanaan pelatihan dan pendampingan yang aplikatif. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui tahapan observasi awal, pelatihan terstruktur, pendampingan berkelanjutan, dan evaluasi. Pelatihan dilaksanakan secara modular dan simulatif, sedangkan pendampingan dilakukan secara intensif oleh tim dosen dan mahasiswa Project Based Learning (PBL) dalam penerapan langsung pencatatan dan pelaporan keuangan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya perubahan nyata pada mitra, berupa tersusunnya format laporan keuangan sederhana, meningkatnya konsistensi pencatatan transaksi, serta mulai diterapkannya pelaporan keuangan secara berkala. Kegiatan ini berdampak pada meningkatnya kemandirian pengurus dalam mengelola keuangan dan tumbuhnya kembali kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap BUMDes. Dengan demikian, pelatihan dan pendampingan pengelolaan keuangan terbukti efektif sebagai strategi penguatan kapasitas dan keberlanjutan BUMDes.
