Abstract

PT Telkom is a telecommunications service provider company in Indonesia that implements a customer-oriented business and operational strategy. One of the products offered by Telkom is IndiHome. IndiHome provides an application that can be used by customers to carry out all activities related to services to customers known as myIndiHome based on mobile. The facts were found through interviews with PT Telkom employees in the service department and pre-research questionnaires, some customers felt that the myIndiHome mobile application was difficult to use, boring, and not efficient. Then a user experience analysis was carried out to find out from the user's point of view the myIndiHome mobile application and it is hoped that it can provide benefits in the form of recommendations for improvements to improve the quality of the application. User experience analysis was carried out using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. The measuring tool at UEQ uses Data Analysis Tools version 11 in excel format. The sample used in this study was 334 respondents using the myIndiHome mobile application in the city of Palembang. The results show that the Mean and Variance values get positive evaluations for all scales, whereas when compared with the dataset, the benchmark results show that there are three scales (attractiveness, precision, and stimulation) that get Above Average results while the other three scales (clarity, efficiency, and novelty) get Below Average results.

Abstract

Lulusan tepat waktu menjadi salah satu poin penilaian sangat penting bagi sebuah perguruan tinggi untuk memperoleh nilai akreditasi. Dikatakan lulusan tepat waktu jika seorang mahasiswa dapat lulus empat tahun atau dibawah empat tahun jika berada pada jenjang Strata-1. Penelitian ini menggunakan dataset yang diperoleh dari universitas dengan data dari angkatan 2015-2019, dimana total data yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 1307 baris. Sebanyak 26 atribut yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu tahun_masuk, waktu_kuliah, jenis_kelamin, tipe_sekolah, jurusan, IPS 1-10, SKS 1-10 dan status. Algoritma yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu decision tree, naive bayes, logistic regression, KNN dan random forest. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini yaitu algoritma random forest memiliki tingkat akurasi yang paling tinggi sebesar 90.88% dengan hasil dari AUC yang diperoleh yaitu sebesar 97.2% dan perhitungan F1-Score dari hasil nilai precision dan recall diperoleh sebesar 89.9%, tertinggi dari empat algoritma lainnya. Sedang untuk algoritma decision tree dan logistic regression memiliki nilai akurasi masing-masing yaitu sebesar 89.12% dan 89.47%. Nilai dari logistic regressing lebih tinggi untuk akurasi, akan tetapi untuk nilai F1-Score decision tree lebih baik dari logistic regression yaitu 88.7% berbanding 87.6%.

Abstract

PT Berkah Trijaya Indonesia is a company engaged in telecommunications official distribution xl center in Palembang. PT Berkah Trijaya Indonesia has several obstacles, namely determining the best sales currently using only criteria and not adding sub-criteria in the calculation. So that with the best sales assessment system at this time is not fair. The TOPSIS method was chosen based on its simplicity and efficient computation, so that in the company's calculations in determining the best sales without weight, while TOPSIS gives weight to the assessment. The ranking results of the two calculations are different, showing computational fairness is better using TOPSIS. Therefore this research uses the TOPSIS method. The system was built to build a best sales selection decision support system that can manage sales data and assessment parameters properly. The sales system built can manage sales data, criteria data, sub criteria data, store assessment data, calculate sales scores and provide rankings for each sales using the TOPSIS method. The system was built using the RUP methodology. The result of this research is a decision support system that ranks the best sales based on the assessment results calculated using the TOPSIS method.

Abstract

Internet adalah suatu jaringan komunikasi yang memiliki fungsi untuk menghubungkan antara satu media elektronik dengan media elektronik yang lain dengan cepat dan tepat. Teknologi informasi merupakan suatu teknologi yang memiliki fungsi dalam mengolah data, memproses data, memperoleh, menyusun, menyimpan, mengubah data dengan segaka macam cara untuk mendapatkan informasi yang bermanfaat atau juga berkualitas. Salah satu bentuk kemajuan teknologi informasi dan internet yaitu adanya sebuah website, dimana website dapat membantu dalam mengolah informasi untuk masyarakat. Kemajuan website ini dipakai oleh gereja methodist indonesia untuk mengolah data keanggotaan gereja dimana dirancang sebuah aplikasi terintegrasi berbasis web bernama Xaris GMI, dimana Xaris GMI ini untuk mengolah data keanggotaan gereja methodist indonesia. Dari banyaknya pengguna Xaris GMI maka dilakukanlah penelitian ini untuk mengukur pengalaman pengguna terhadap Xaris GMI dengan menggunakan metode User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) yang terdiri dari 6 variabel. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada pengguna aplikasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Sample random sampling. Dengan harapan yang dicapai adalah Xaris GMI memberikan pengalaman yang baik terhadap pengguna. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan Efficiency menjadi skala dengan skor tertinggi dengan 2,05 dan terendah ada pada skala Novelty dengan skor 1,54.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian (SIMPEG) dibangun sebagai penunjang dan pendukung pekerjaan pegawai. Simpeg pegawai bertujuan untuk memberikan kemudahan dalam mengakses setiap data yang berhubungan dengan data pribadi setiap pegawai dan dukungan dalam penyelesaian pekerjaan pegawai pada balai KSDA Sumsel. Berdasarkan kuesioner awal terdapat beberapa permasalahan mengenai kurang updatenya data kepegawaian, kurangnya beberapa fitur monitoring dan kurangnya pemahaman fitur-fitur pada aplikasi simpeg. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengukur tingkat user experience dalam penggunaan simpeg dengan menggunakan metode User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Metode UEQ memiliki tools sendiri sebagai alat bantu dalam pengolahan datanya, memiliki 26 skala/indikator penelitian yang berasal dari 6 variabel penelitian (attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, novelty) yang terkait dengan pengalaman pengguna sehingga dapat menghasil data yang valid. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 34 pengguna simpeg dan pengolahan datanya menggunakan tools UEQ version 10. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel yaitu teknik purposive sampling. Setelah melakukan penelitian didapatkan hasil yaitu keseluruhan aspek memiliki nilai rata-rata positif > 0,8 dengan nilai attractiveness (2,52), perspicuity (2,64), efficiency (2,62), dependability (2,31), stimulation (2,43), novelty (1,73), yang menunjukkan tingkat pengalaman pengguna merasa simpeg memberikan kemudahan serta memberikan rasa ketertarikan dalam penggunaan simpeg. Sehingga dapat memberikan efisiensi dalam penyelesaian pekerjaan pegawai.

Abstract

The development of information systems is a crucial process in the current modern era, as information systems play a vital role in managing, processing, storing, retrieving data, as well as assisting in the necessary decision-making for organizational. Therefore, companies and organizations are competing to build information systems in the present era. However, the rapid growth of information technology results in new needs and challenges, prompting organizations to develop their information systems. A review was conducted to provide an understanding of why organizations in case studies need to develop information systems, the methods used, and the fields covered in the developed information systems. The review was conducted using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, aiming to provide an overview of 14 papers discussing information system development from 2021 to 2023. The results indicate that the primary reason for an organization to develop an information system is the need for a system that can help manage employees more efficiently. Furthermore, the study found other reasons, such as assisting in the process of admitting new students, improving patient services, facilitating the book borrowing process, and managing student learning outcomes or E-Reports. The most widely used method for information system development is the Waterfall method, where information system development is widely implemented in the fields of education, business, healthcare, government, and human resources.

Abstract

Purpose: Machine learning is a key area of artificial intelligence, applicable in various fields, including the prediction of timely graduation. One method within machine learning is supervised learning. However, the results are influenced by the distribution of data, particularly in the case of imbalanced classes, where the minority class is significantly smaller than the majority class, affecting classification performance. Timely graduation from a university is crucial for its sustainability and accreditation. This research aims to identify a suitable method to address the issue of predicting timely graduation by managing class imbalance using SMOTE (Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique). Methods: This study uses a five-year dataset with 26 attributes and 1328 records, including status labels. The preprocessing stages involve applying five classification algorithms: Decision Tree (DT), Naive Bayes (NB), Logistic Regression (LR), K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), and Random Forest (RF). Each algorithm is used both with and without SMOTE to handle the class imbalance. The dataset indicates that 60.84% of the cases represent timely graduations. To mitigate the imbalance, over/under-sampling methods are employed to balance the data. The evaluation metric used is the confusion matrix, which assesses the classification performance. Result: Without SMOTE, the accuracies were 89.12% for DT, 79.65% for NB, 89.47% for LR, 87.72% for KNN, and 90.88% for RF. With SMOTE, the accuracies were 88.89% for DT, 81.48% for NB, 91.05% for LR, 92.59% for KNN, and 89.81% for RF. The algorithms NB, LR, and KNN showed improvement with SMOTE, with KNN yielding the best results. Novelty: Based on the comparison results, a comparison of five algorithms with and without SMOTE can reasonably classify several of the algorithms being compared.

Abstract

XYZ Agency is one of the Implementation Units under the auspices of the South Sumatra Regional Office. This agency has 70 employees divided into 5 divisions. The assessment of the best employees is useful for directing employee behavior and attitudes to produce good and quality performance. This agency has conducted an assessment of the best employees every month, carried out using observation and a pointing system so that it is still subjective and there is no weighting of criteria. The creation of a Decision Support System (DSS) for determining the best employees aims to improve accuracy and efficiency in calculating employee performance. This study uses the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Tachyon (SMART) calculation method and sets several criteria such as Attendance, Performance, Responsibility, and Attitude. In decision making, the SMART method is more commonly used because it can easily accommodate decision-making needs and make it the right choice in the context of this study.

Abstract

Pada salah satu aparatur pemerintah yaitu Polsek Sako Polrestabes Palembang memiliki Sentra Pelayanan Kepolisian Terpadu dengan menyediakan layanan pengaduan bagi masyarakat meliputi Laporan Polisi A bersangkutan tindak pidana yang dilihat secara langsung oleh petugas maupun masyarakat, Laporan Polisi B dengan laporan kejadian yang diajukan dari korban atau pelapor dan Laporan Polisi C seperti kehilangan barang atau benda. Berdasarkan layanan yang telah dijelaskan terdapat berbagai kendala yang dijumpai saat layanan berlangsung sehingga diperlukannya analisis dan evaluasi pada aktivitas pelayanan pengaduan masyarakat khususnya pada Laporan Polisi A, Laporan Polisi B dan Laporan Polisi C. Untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas suatu proses bisnis tentu harus dilakukan penyederhanaan proses tanpa mengubah hasil akhir proses dengan mengadopsi metodologi Bisnis Proses Manajemen untuk menjabarkan analisis Proses Bisnis Pada Layanan Pengaduan Masyarakat dan menuliskan hasil dari data analisis penjabaran Proses Bisnis Layanan Pengaduan Masyarakat menggunakan Pemodelan Business Process Modeling Notation dengan bantuan Tools Bizagi Modeler sebagai alat bantu membuat diagram alur proses bisnis. Hasil keluaran dari penelitian yaitu merancang pemodelan proses bisnis layanan pengaduan masyarakat agar dapat dilakukan perbaikan serta evaluasi pada area proses bisnis yang sedang berjalan sebagai solusi perbaikan yang akan datang dengan mengusulkan sebuah keluaran sistem informasi yang tepat untuk membantu jalannya proses bisnis.

Abstract

PT. Media XYZ is experiencing a high turnover rate of journalists due to a less objective selection process. The assessment carried out by HRD is currently still subjective and inaccurate. This has an impact on the company's performance and the quality of the news produced. Therefore, a decision-making model is needed that can be used as a guideline by HRD in order to overcome the mismatch between journalist qualifications and job requirements by implementing the Profile Matching method in the journalist selection process. This method will help companies select prospective employees who best match the required competency profile. By matching the competency profile of prospective employees with the competency profile of the position, it is expected to improve the quality of selection decisions, reduce the level of errors in recruitment, and improve company performance.
