Abstract

PT XYZ is a company in the field of construction, development, and management of construction projects. They are responsible for planning, managing, and implementing construction projects, both for infrastructure and commercial buildings. The previous assessment did not have a weighting of the criteria assessment and took time to process the value of each employee because the assessment still used a manual method (assisted by calculator calculations) so that the employee calculation process was processed one by one. This is not in accordance with the director's expectations and has an impact on the assessment being inaccurate and detrimental to the company in terms of time. Therefore, to evaluate the performance of top employees at PT XYZ, this decision support system application was created, with the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method which can produce a simple Decision Support System with an easy-to-understand and logical concept in the PT XYZ Employee Performance Assessment.

Abstract

Nowdays, information technology has been applied to all sectors in human life and has been used in various fields to support a business processes in order to run faster, accurately and efficiently. PT Bakri Karya Sarana is a company that is engaged in cleaning service provider or outsourcing employee provider that has 470 outsourcing employee in Batam area. In its employee data management, PT Bakri Karya Sarana still has several obstacles in recruiting new prospective employees, registering employee’s attendance, permission, leave, mutation, promotion, demotion, resignation, warning letters, field staff appraisal and employee quality assessment by clients. The purpose of this study is to build a website-based of Staffing Information System at PT Baki Karya Sarana to simplify and minimized the problems happened in Human Resource Development (HRD) division. Framework for the Application of System thinking (FAST) is a methodology of this study. This Staffing Information System was built using notepad++, PHP as a programming language and MySQL as data storage media. This Staffing Information System can assist HRD Division in managing all staffing data, starting from recruiting new prospective employees, performance data collection process and empoyee’s rights until the process of reporting can be done faster and accurately.

Abstract

The design of an effective User Interface (UI) is a key factor in supporting the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. PT Duta Abadi Primantara is one of the companies that use ERP in its operational activities. However, users have reported complaints regarding complex navigation, inappropriate color selection, and the absence of error notifications. Therefore, this study aims to redesign the user interface of the ERP application using the Design Thinking method. The Design Thinking method consists of five stages: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. In this study, data were collected through interviews, observations, and the distribution of the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). The design prototype was created using Figma and tested through UEQ analysis to assess improvements in user experience. The test results showed significant improvements in attractiveness, efficiency, clarity, accuracy, and stimulation, while the novelty aspect did not experience a significant increase. Based on the UEQ testing results, the redesigned UI of the ERP application provides a better user experience, making navigation more intuitive and optimizing the application's visual appearance to enhance user productivity.

Abstract

The Digital Population Identity (IKD) application still faces UI/UX problems, such as confusing displays to navigation and inefficient applications for users. This research redesigns the appearance of the IKD application using the Design Thinking method which consists of the Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test stages. Data was collected through interviews and user reviews, then tested using the System Usability Scale (SUS) and User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). The redesign results showed an increase in SUS score from 40 to 79, indicating an improvement in usability from “Poor” to “Good”. All dimensions of the UEQ also improved, indicating an improvement in ease of use and user satisfaction. Thus, the Design Thinking approach proved to be effective in improving the user experience of the IKD application.

Abstract

Kader merupakan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang memiliki peran strategis dalam keberlangsungandan penguatan partai politik. Dalam upaya memilih kader terbaik, DPD PDI Perjuangan SumateraSelatan selama ini mengandalkan sistem penilaian berdasarkan partisipasi kader dalam berbagaikegiatan. Namun, metode yang digunakan masih memiliki kelemahan, yaitu penyamarataan pemberianpoin tanpa mempertimbangkan tingkat kepentingan dari setiap jenis kegiatan. Hal ini menyebabkankurangnya objektivitas dalam proses pemilihan kader terbaik. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut,penelitian ini menawarkan solusi berupa sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) yang mengintegrasikanbobot, kriteria, dan subkriteria dalam penilaian kader. Metode yang digunakan dalam sistem ini adalahWeighted Product (WP), yang memungkinkan perhitungan lebih adil dengan mempertimbangkan tingkatkepentingan dari setiap kriteria dan subkriteria. Hasil dari implementasi metode WP menunjukkanpeningkatan akurasi dan transparansi dalam pemilihan kader terbaik, karena sistem ini dapatmemberikan nilai yang lebih proporsional berdasarkan kontribusi nyata dari setiap kader. Dengandemikian, sistem yang dikembangkan dapat membantu DPD PDI Perjuangan Sumatera Selatan dalammelakukan evaluasi kader secara lebih objektif dan efektif.

Abstract

Setiap istitusi pendidikan yang terdampak pandemi covid-19 mau tidak mau harus terbiasa untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran secara online. Untuk itu diperlukan banyak persiapan dari sekolah mulai dari media pendukung sampai kepada Sumber Daya Manusia. Sumber Daya Manusia yang dimaksud tentu saja guru pengajar dan tentu saja harus ada administer yang bertanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan web yang digunakan. Hal ini juga harus dipersiapkan dengan memberikan pelatihan cara penggunaan moodle sebagai administrator. Adapun pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini akan dilakukan secara tatap muka bagi calon administrator moodle di SMA Dharma Bakti Palembang. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilakukan dengan metode ceramah dan presentasi, tanya jawab interaktif, dan praktik secara langsung di SMA Dharma Bakti Palembang. Hasil Akhir yang diharapkan dari pelatihan ini adalah peserta dapat terampil dan memahami cara penggunaan moodle sebagai administrator sehingga mampu mengelola user, mengelola kelas serta enroll guru untuk keperluan pembelajaran online di SMA Dharma Bakti palembang.
