Abstract

This study assesses customer satisfaction with Lion Parcel during the 2020-2021 COVID-19 period, noting a substantial surge in orders during the pandemic and peak seasons. The research explores the potential of a Logistics Information System as a broader communication network for companies to send and receive information. Additionally, it employs the Waiting Line Method to address customer queue service issues. The study, involving 100 respondents categorized by gender, age, and occupation, utilizes quantitative methods with SmartPLS version 4.0. The analysis reveals that the Average Variance Extracted (AVE) values for the Logistics Information System (X1), Waiting Line Method (X2), and Customer Satisfaction (Y) exceed the 0.5 threshold, with values of 0.693, 0.625, and 0.829, respectively. The R-Square value of 0.711 suggests that all exogenous latent constructs collectively influence Customer Satisfaction (Y) by 71% in this study and 29% were influenced by other factors

Abstract

Currently, there are many similar bottled drinking water products that have been competing with each other for several years and and become consumers' doubts in choosing several Aqua products and their competitors. There has been increasing competition among several companies, especially bottled drinking water, and companies have to improve product quality and maintain their brand image regarding consumer purchasing decisions. The aim of this research is to analyze how much influence product quality and brand image have on purchasing decisions for bottled drinking water products at PT Tirta Investama with the Aqua brand. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis tools. The number of samples in the North Jakarta area with a sample of 399 respondents using a cluster random sampling technique, namely people who consume the Aqua Company's bottled drinking water. From the research results, it was concluded that product quality and brand image each partially have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, simultaneously product quality and brand image have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

Transportasi dan logistik merupakan sektor yang saling terkait dan tidak dapat dipisahkan. Pasang surut kegiatan kedua sektor ini akan selalu ada sejalan dengan peradaban dan kehidupan manusia. Ruang lingkup kegiatannya yang luas sangat menjanjikan untuk masa depan generasi muda kita. Untuk itu kami dosen Institut Transportasi dan Logistik Trisakti melaksanakan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Wiyatamandala Bakti di jalan Swasembada Timur XIII nomor 46, Kebon Bawang, Tanjung Priok, Jakarta Utara. Metode yang dijalankan adalah berupa penyuluhan dengan materi-materi: 1) pengertian transportasi, 2) pengertian logistik, kargo dan supply chain management, 3) prospek bisnis dan karir di sektor transportasi dan logistik, serta 4) testimoni manfaat berkuliah ITL Trisakti. Konsepnya adalah dengan memberikan pengertian akan materi-materi tersebut akan dapat lebih membuka wawasan para siswa SMK mengenai lapangan kerja dan karir mereka di bidang logistik di masa depan. Sesuai hasil pre tes dan pos tes terhadap 35 siswa yang ikut dalam kegiatan PkM ini terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan mereka terhadap materi-materi yang disampaikan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by one of the choices of public transportation modes in East Jakarta is Damri Bus. The existence of Damri public bus transportation is expected to meet the mobility needs of people in East Jakarta and reduce congestion by integrating several urban transportation lines into one Damri bus line. The purpose of this study was to determine how the level of safety and efficiency affects public transportation services in East Jakarta (Damri). The method used in the research is quantitative research. The results of the study using SPSS 26. Shows that the level of safety has a significant and influential effect on land public transportation services (Damri) in East Jakarta. Efficiency has a significant and significant effect on public land transportation (Damri) in East Jakarta. The level of safety and efficiency has a significant effect on public land transportation services (Damri) in East Jakarta. This approach is relevant to evaluate Damri's contribution to improving the quality of public transportation as well as the safety of passengers and other road users.
