Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas, aksesibilitas, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan penumpang di Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Ro-Ro Rupat, Provinsi Riau. Jalan utama di Pulau Rupat yang menghubungkan ke luar daerah seperti ke Bengkalis dan Pekanbaru terputus kerena bentangan laut yang cukup luas antara pulau Rupat dengan kota Dumai. Penelitian ini menggunakan 340 sampel penumpang yang ada di Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Ro-Ro Rupat, Provinsi Riau. Teknik analisisnya menggunakan analisis jalur dengan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung variabel fasilitas, kualitas pelayanan, dan aksesibilitas terhadap kepuasan penumpang yang dibuktikan dengan nilai t-statistic masing-masing sebesar 3,997; 8,585; dan 3,912. Adapun fasilitas (t-statistic = 3,464) dan aksesibilitas (t-statistic = 11,434) juga berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan. Selain itu, terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung variabel fasilitas (t-statistic = 3,251) dan aksesibilitas (t-statistic = 6,788) terhadap kepuasan penumpang melalui kualitas pelayanan. Secara umum, hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung antara fasilitas, aksesibilitas, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan penumpang di Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Ro-Ro Rupat.

Abstract

One of the companies in freight forwarding services in Indonesia is PT Pelayaran Lintas Harmoni. It provides custom clearance services, cargo shipments and goods delivery from abroad and domestic. Due to the pandemic, the company had lessen the goods distribution activities. In order to survive, the company should pay much more attention to the customer needs. This research aims to find out the direct and indirect effect of logistics service quality and customer relationship management through customers’ satisfaction to customers’ loyalty. The research used Path Analysis and Smart PLS as the analysis tool with a total sample of 105 respondents. The sample was taken from the customers directly related to the importer’s department. The results show that the study has a direct, indirect and significant influence on customers’ loyalty of the logistics service quality and customer relationship management by making the customers satisfied. It shows that the quality of logistics services not only measure the physical attributes but also focus more on how to approach the customers and find out about their needs.

Abstract

The main problem of the research lies in the lack of training, competencies and skills of the crew due to the lack of discipline and the understanding of marine matters, especially related to dangerous goods handling on board. The purpose of the study is to analyze the position and management strategies offered in handling dangerous cargo, especially explosives on board of Sinar Palaran ship. The method to analyze the data was using Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Matrix analysis tool. The result shows that the intensity of dangerous goods cargo mishandling increase. Based on the analysis of Boston Consulting Group Matrix, the position of Sinar Palaran Ship is in Quadrant I, which indicates the company is facing the problem of low competence of the ship’s crew in handling dangerous goods cargo. The strategy offered through BCG Matrix is the strategy to develop, build and increase the intensity of training, discipline and maritime education for crew members to improve their competencies and skills in handling dangerous goods cargo.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to find out the direct and indirect contribution of human resources quality to the achievement of revenue target mediated by business strategy of the national logistics company. This research used SmartPLS 3.0-SEM and the sample was 53 employees of the Angkasa Pura Logistik head office. The result of the research indicates that the corporate business strategy is able to mediate human resources quality to the revenue target achievement in Angkasa Pura Logistik. The company provides its employees with education and trainings to improve their quality. During the pandemic, the company had implemented the newest business strategy by opening new branches with better operation. The company should also choose the employees selectively with competences needed in the respective fields. Angkasa Pura Logistik sustainably has improved and enhanced its service and product in line with the increasing demand. For further research, it can be proposed to study the contribution of these variables on similar companies in other countries.

Abstract

Sederet masalah tentang pemanduan disebabkan karena tidak maksimalnya kunci penting dari pemanduan yaitu komunikasi antara pelabuhan, pemanduan, dan kapal pandu. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menekankan optimalisasi prosedur pemanduan di Perairan Pandu Luar Biasa Pelabuhan Toli-toli belum dilakukan sesuai standar yang berlaku serta sarana dan prasarana bantu pemanduan belum terpenuhi sesuai standar. Di Perairan Pandu Luar Biasa Pelabuhan Toli-toli berjalan dengan baik dan mendukung keluar-masuk kapal di tengah hambatan/kendala baik yang diakibarkan oleh lingkungan, manusia, material, dan manajemen. Sarana dan prasarana bantu di perairan tersebut terbilang kurang mencukupi dari segi kapal tunda, alat bantu navigasi, dan SDM-nya. Sehingga direkomendasikan agar melakukan study banding ke negara lain yang dinilai memiliki system digital yang mendukung pelabuhan berjalan dengan baik sehingga dapat menjadi rekomendasi sosialisasi dan pengembangan penggunaan optimal pada system digital di Pelabuhan Tolitoli .

Abstract

The main problem of the research is the lack of security system and the low level of trust that could affect the decision to use an airline. The purpose of the study is to analyze the security, safety and trust variables directly on passengers’ decision to use Garuda Indonesia airline. This study used a multiple linear regression approach with validity, reliability, t-test, F-test and hypothesis testing. The research sample was 80 respondents taken from Garuda Indonesia flight service users in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. The key findings of this study are the safety and trust variables directly have a positive effect on the passengers’ decision, while the safety variable does not have a positive effect on the passengers’ decision to use Garuda Indonesia airline.

Abstract

Helikopter merupakan sarana penting dalam transportasi pekerja di lepas pantai. Salah satu petugas yang terkait dengan helikopter ini adalah helicopter landing officer (HLO) yang bertugas mengarahkan helikopter saat lepas landas dan mendarat. Petugas HLO di PT Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java (PHE ONWJ) biasanya juga mempunyai tugas lain misalnya sebagai operator crane, petugas pemadam kebakaran, dan sebagainya sehingga beban kerjanya perlu untuk senantiasa dipantau agar tetap dapat menjalankan tugas HLO dengan baik. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, disiplin kerja, dan kompensasi kerja terhadap kinerja personel helicopter landing officer pada heliport PT Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java (PHE ONWJ). Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh sebanyak 65 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, sementara analisis data menggunakan metode statistik inferensial untuk menguji hubungan antarvariabel dan efek mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, sementara beban kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap kinerja. Namun, kompensasi ditemukan memediasi sebagian hubungan antara beban kerja dan kinerja. Sebaliknya, tidak ditemukan pengaruh mediasi kompensasi pada hubungan antara disiplin kerja dan kinerja. Hubungan antara disiplin kerja, beban kerja, dan kompensasi juga menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis dengan menyarankan perusahaan untuk memperhatikan beban kerja dan kompensasi guna meningkatkan kinerja HLO. Selain itu, hasil ini dapat menjadi referensi bagi Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Udara dalam menyusun kebijakan yang lebih komprehensif terkait pengelolaan personel HLO di Indonesia.

Abstract

pemahaman siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri 57 Jakarta mengenai penggunaan Sistem Amadeus, yang merupakan salah satu sistem reservasi global terkemuka di Airlines dan Travel Industry. Sistem ini penting untuk membekali siswa dengan kompetensi yang relevan dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja di sektor Airlines dan Travel Industry. Masalah yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya pemahaman siswa mengenai sistem reservasi global seperti Sistem Amadeus, yang dapat menjadi hambatan dalam mempersiapkan lulusan yang siap kerja di industri tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan langsung dengan menggunakan Sistem Training Amadeus, dan simulasi operasional untuk membantu siswa memahami fitur utama seperti proses pemesanan tempat duduk pada penerbangan (reservasi), menampilkan harga tiket penerbangan (pricing), dan melakukan kegiatan mencetak tiket (issued ticket). Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 17 Juli 2024, bertempat di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri 57 – DKI Jakarta. Hasil yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya kompetensi siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri 57 – DKI Jakarta dalam mengoperasikan Sistem Amadeus, sehingga mereka memiliki daya saing lebih tinggi di pasar kerja. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga diharapkan dapat mendorong sekolah untuk memanfaatkan sistem Training Amadeus secara berkelanjutan untuk mendukung pembelajaran.

Abstract

 This study aims to identify and analyze the determinants of Organizational Transformation and Corporate Culture on Corporate Performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior as an intervening variable at PT Angkasa Pura Aviasi. The sample in this study was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in a total of 232 employees of PT Angkasa Pura Aviasi as respondents. Data collection techniques used in this study included questionnaires and interviews, while the research approach was quantitative and employing SEM-PLS statistical analysis. The data was processed using SmartPLS 3.3.3 software. The results of the study demonstrate that Organizational Transformation has a direct positive and significant effect on Corporate Performance with a path coefficient value of 0.873, P-Values = 0.000, T-statistic = 32.568. Corporate Culture also has a direct positive and significant effect on Corporate Performance with a path coefficient value of 0.157, P-Values = 0.002, T-statistic = 2.935. The influence of Organizational Transformation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior shows a path coefficient value of 0.180, P-Values = 0.000, and T-statistic = 7.256. The influence of Corporate Culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a path coefficient value of 0.157, P-Values = 0.000, and T-statistic = 3.6374. The influence of Organizational Transformation on Corporate Performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior shows a path coefficient value of -0.009, P-Values = 0.248, and T-statistic = 0.681. The influence of Corporate Culture on Corporate Performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior shows a path coefficient value of -0.042, P-Values = 0.236, and T-statistic = 0.721. Finally, the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Corporate Performance shows a path coefficient value of -0.052, P-Values = 0.235, and T-statistic = 0.722. Abstract

Currently, there are many similar bottled drinking water products that have been competing with each other for several years and and become consumers' doubts in choosing several Aqua products and their competitors. There has been increasing competition among several companies, especially bottled drinking water, and companies have to improve product quality and maintain their brand image regarding consumer purchasing decisions. The aim of this research is to analyze how much influence product quality and brand image have on purchasing decisions for bottled drinking water products at PT Tirta Investama with the Aqua brand. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis tools. The number of samples in the North Jakarta area with a sample of 399 respondents using a cluster random sampling technique, namely people who consume the Aqua Company's bottled drinking water. From the research results, it was concluded that product quality and brand image each partially have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, simultaneously product quality and brand image have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions
