Abstract

Effective and efficient academic services are important indicators in improving the quality of higher education. One of the main challenges faced by study programs is the thesis title submission system which is still done manually, thus triggering various problems such as delays, data irregularities, and difficulties in monitoring by supervisors. Through this community service activity, training on the thesis title submission information system (SIPJS) was conducted for students and lecturers in order to introduce and implement digital technology in the academic administration process. This training uses a participatory approach and direct practice so that participants are able to understand and operate the system optimally. The evaluation results show that SIPJS can increase the efficiency of the title submission process and strengthen the transparency of academic communication between students and lecturers.

Abstract

Sales and collection control plays a vital role for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in maintaining cash flow and ensuring business sustainability. This study evaluates the effectiveness of sales and collection control through the use of Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) and marketplace at MSME Es Teler 88 Makassar using the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission (COSO) framework. The research applies a descriptive qualitative case study approach with observation, interview, and documentation methods. The results show that implementing QRIS and marketplace enhances transaction accuracy, accelerates billing, and minimizes uncollectible receivables. The integration of financial technology enables automated record-keeping, real-time cash flow monitoring, and more orderly reconciliation than manual methods. Analysis through the five COSO components confirms that digital transactions not only simplify payments but also strengthen internal controls through built-in mechanisms. Therefore, using QRIS and marketplace serves as an effective strategy for MSMEs to improve operational efficiency, maintain liquidity, and support more accurate financial decision-making.

Abstract

Economic inclusion serves as a foundation for sustainable economic growth, particularly for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. However, many MSMEs continue to face limitations in banking access, financial record-keeping, and the use of digital technology. This community service program aims to enhance digital literacy, expand access to digital payments, and introduce integrated accounting systems for MSMEs. The program was carried out through training sessions, mentoring, and the direct implementation of digital payment applications and technology-based financial recording systems. The results show an improvement in MSME actors’ understanding of cashless transactions, business operational efficiency, and the quality of their accounting records. Thus, this program contributes to accelerating digital-based economic inclusion at the local level.
