Abstract

Penyuluhan Hukum dengan topik “Perlindungan Hukum Bagi Pengusaha Kecil Dalam Persaingan Pasar Di Kelurahan Kelapa Dua Entrop Distrik Jayapura Selatan”, dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui kriteria, pengaturan pasar dan perlindungan hukum bagi pengusaha kecil dalam persaingan pasar di Kota Jayapura. Kinerja pasar menggambarkan efisiensi dari suatu pasar dalam menggunakan sumber daya yang langka untuk memenuhi permintaan konsumen terhadap barang dan jasa. Perlindungan hukum bagi pengusaha kecil dalam persaingan pasar di kelurahan Kelapa Dua Entrop Distrik Jayapura Selatan dalam berbagai kebijakannya. Kebijakan persaingan atas pasar bersangkutan tidak dilaksanakan melalui pengawasan terhadap struktur pasar dan perilaku pasar berdasarkan analisis terhadap para pengusaha kecil dalam praktek bisnis yang sulit berkembang sepanjang pemerintah Kota Jayapura dan pelaku usaha menengah ke atas tidak memiliki kepedulian dalam memberi ruang tempat usaha bagi pelaku usaha kecil pada pusat-pusat perdagangan yang serba modern, seperti di kompleks Ruko, Mall dan Supermarket.

Abstract

Sertifikat tanah yang berfungsi sebagai dasar kepastian hukum dan perlindungan atas kepemilikan tanah sering mengalami pelanggaran prinsip legalitas melalui fenomena "sertifikat ganda," yang tidak hanya merugikan pemilik sah dan pihak ketiga seperti bank, tetapi juga mengancam stabilitas ekonomi makro akibat nilai aset yang terlibat serta disebabkan oleh faktor administratif, kelalaian, hingga praktik korupsi. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk mengevaluasi mekanisme pertanggungjawaban hukum bagi pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam penerbitan sertifikat ganda dan memastikan efektivitas perlindungan hukum bagi korban untuk mendapatkan keadilan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif yang mengkaji pertanggungjawaban hukum atas sertifikat ganda menggunakan pendekatan kasus, konseptual, dan data sekunder (UU Pokok Agraria, PP 24/1997, Putusan MK, jurnal, buku) melalui studi pustaka serta dianalisis secara kualitatif normatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan penerbitan sertifikat ganda disebabkan oleh lemahnya kapasitas aparatur, minimnya koordinasi, lambatnya digitalisasi, serta praktik korupsi dan kolusi, sehingga menimbulkan ketidakpastian hukum dan sengketa. Penanganannya memerlukan reformasi birokrasi, digitalisasi sistem pertanahan, dan peningkatan kesadaran hukum untuk memastikan transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan perlindungan hukum bagi pihak yang dirugikan.

Abstract

Introduction: The implementation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions is a policy carried out by the government to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus, but in its implementation there are some people who with various reasons that are their reasons for not complying with the implementation of the policy. Method: The type of research conducted in this study is qualitative research that uses a phenomenological approach. Data collection from this study was obtained by Observation, Interview and Documentation techniques. The number of informants in this study was 10 people using the Convenience Sampling Technique chosen according to the purpose of the study, namely people who did not comply with the implementation of the PSBB during the COVID-19 Pandemic in the RT.001 neighborhood of Ambon City Fort Village, then given 12 substance questions from 3 variables related to Non-compliance with the Implementation of PSBB. This research was conducted on November 25-27, 2020. Results: The results of this study show that there are 3 things that cause people in RT.001 Kelurahan Benteng Kota Ambon not to comply with the Large-scale Social Restrictions policy, namely Meeting Basic Needs, Community Awareness and Community Perception. Conclusion: These three factors greatly affect community compliance in implementing Large-Scale Social Restrictions to prevent transmission of the COVID-19 virus because they are related to meeting the basic needs of the community which are influenced by environmental conditions

Abstract

Introduction: Quality service is one of the determining components of patient satisfaction at the hospital. Nurses are required to provide quality nursing services in order to increase patient satisfaction. Nursing services are professional services provided by nurses in accordance with service standards where the services received exceed patient expectations. Thus nurses must be able to provide the best nursing services to patients. Method: The type of research conducted in this study is qualitative research that uses a phenomenological approach. Data collection from this study was obtained by Observation, Interview and Documentation techniques. The number of informants in this study was 10 people using the Convenience Sampling Technique chosen according to the purpose of the study, who are patients who are currently being treated at the RSKD Provinsi Maluku, then given 31 substance questions from 4 variables related to patient satisfaction with nursing services in the RSKD Provinsi Maluku. This research was conducted on 19 September – 11 October 2022. Results: The results of this study indicate that there are 4 factors that determine patient satisfaction with nursing services at the RSKD Provinsi Maluku, namely health facilities, service quality, communication and availability of nursing staff. Conclusion: of the four factors that have been explained based on the results of the research conducted, it was found that the patients were satisfied with the nursing services provided at the RSKD Provinsi Maluku, but there were several things that needed to be considered in carrying out nursing services, namely the availability of drugs that were not sufficient for patients at home pharmacies sick and the drug collection service at the pharmacy is rather long.
