Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana nilai-nilai budaya direpresentasikan dalam buku teks Bahasa Indonesia Cerdas Cergas Berbahasa dan Bersastra Indonesia Kelas XI Berbasis Kurikulum Merdeka menggunakan teori Analisis Wacana Kritis Norman Fairclough. Nilai-nilai budaya yang dikaji meliputi gotong royong, toleransi, dan cinta tanah air. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa meskipun buku teks ini merepresentasikan berbagai nilai budaya sesuai dengan Profil Pelajar Pancasila, terdapat kecenderungan tertentu dalam penggunaan bahasa yang secara implisit memperlihatkan ideologi tertentu. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi bagi guru dan siswa untuk berpikir lebih kritis terhadap wacana budaya yang terkandung dalam buku teks.

Abstract

This classroom action research was conducted due to the discovery of problems in writing instruction that were not optimal. especially on the quality of student learning, activeness in learning, and the development of student cognitive skills (critical thinking and creativity). This research was to improve short story writing skills, student activeness in learning, and critical thinking skills and creativity of class XI students of SMA IT YABIS Bontang in the 2024/2025 Academic Year through the application of the Process Approach. The subjects of the study were 30 class XI students of SMA IT YABIS Bontang. Data collection techniques were carried out by giving assignments to make short stories, observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The implementation of the research started from the initial survey, cycle I to cycle II. Each cycle consists of (1) planning; (2) implementation of actions; (3) observation; and (4) analysis and reflection. The results of the study showed a significant increase in the three aspects observed. Students' short story writing skills increased from 23% of students who passed the pre-action to 90% of students who achieved a score of ≥ 75 in cycle II. Student activity during learning also increased in each cycle, including activity during apperception (from 35% to 83%), attention to the material (from 40% to 87%), activeness in asking/responding (from 27% to 67%), cooperation and discussion (from 15% to 87%), and seriousness in doing assignments (from 55% to 90%). Furthermore, the implementation of the Process Approach has also been proven to improve students' critical thinking skills, marked by a shift in the majority of students from a low level (86.66%) in cycle I to a high level (76.66%) in cycle II. Likewise, students' creativity in writing short stories increased, with the majority of students moving from a moderate level (63.33%) in cycle I to a high level (70%) in cycle II, and most even reached a very high level (33.33%). This finding indicates that the application of the Process Approach is effective in improving students' short story writing skills, learning activity, and critical thinking skills and creativity

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan bahan ajar berbasis animasi digital 3D untuk pembelajaran menulis cerpen tiga paragraf (pentigraf) pada siswa kelas XI MAN 2 Samarinda. Penelitian menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) yang mencakup analisis kebutuhan, desain bahan ajar interaktif, pengembangan materi berbasis animasi 3D, dan evaluasi efektivitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar ini meningkatkan minat siswa dalam menulis cerpen, membantu mereka menuangkan ide kreatif secara sistematis, dan memahami struktur cerpen (tema, karakter, latar, alur, dan amanat). Animasi digital 3D memberikan visualisasi menarik dan interaktif, sehingga meningkatkan pemahaman konsep serta keterlibatan siswa. Bahan ajar ini juga mendorong siswa untuk lebih kreatif dan inovatif, sekaligus memperkenalkan teknologi sebagai alat bantu pembelajaran yang relevan dengan perkembangan zaman. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi acuan pengembangan bahan ajar berbasis teknologi di sekolah lain dan berkontribusi pada kemajuan pendidikan, khususnya dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

The multidimensional crisis in Indonesia over the past decade requires evidence-based solutions, particularly in the field of humanities, including education and teaching. As the world undergoes rapid and significant changes, education undoubtedly plays a crucial role in every transformation that occurs. Teaching materials are reshaping the role of teachers in the learning process. Teachers are no longer the sole source of knowledge but rather serve as guides. Modern learning activities today focus on student-centered learning, which aims to provide opportunities for students to actively engage in their education. The core issue lies in the implementation of scientific work materials with ethnopedagogical content, which incorporate local wisdom values. However, these efforts have yet to achieve the desired outcomes and continue to face numerous challenges. To address these problems, the author employs a method involving the analysis of teaching materials, the design and development of instructional content, the application of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model, and product evaluation at SMAN 1 Berau. The design model used in this study follows the ADDIE approach, which consists of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The results of the testing indicate that teaching materials developed using ethnopedagogical methods are highly effective and beneficial as supplementary learning resources
