Abstract

The concept of maps in geography reflects the desire of humanity to find out about the earth in space, orientation, physically and symbolically. As much as you try to innovate in teaching, the ability to connect theory with real world experiences students are often a struggle. Research and Development (R&D) In this study using Borg and Gall models to produce GPS -based learning media for students' understanding of the map concept. 35 students in the eighth grade, we have observed at SMP 2 Idi Timur, East Aceh facing clear challenges through map induction using traditional methods. The media produced include interactive maps, coordinate reading exercises, and activities to find real world places that make concrete geographical theory. Expert validation scores have above 90 (very valid categories), while student assessment increases (30-35%) from pretest results to post-test. GPS -based media does not only work cognitively; It works experimentally to provide significant learning, a good type of student finds their daily lives. This strategy harmonized theory with practice in the context of the independent curriculum framework, with students as active translators from geographical information instead of passive consumers. This study formulated a model where programming is not only a technical tool but also a link that connects the digital world with spatial structured reality, which ultimately contributes to sustainable development from the geographical literacy of high school students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara pengetahuan remaja, sikap remaja, dan kepatuhan mengonsumsi tablet tambah darah terhadap kejadian anemia remaja putri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan desain case control yang dilakukan di SMK Kesehatan Bina Karya Medika Ponorogo. Teknik sampling yang digunakan purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 108 remaja putri berusia dari 15-19 tahun. Pengukuran pengetahuan, sikap dan kepatuhan menggunakan kuesioner dan pengukuran hemoglobin mengunakan easy touch GCHb. Analisis data secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji Chi Square. Pengetahuan remaja yang kurang mempunyai risiko 3,42 kali lebih besar, tidak patuh mengonsumsi tablet tambah darah berisiko 3,4 kali lebih besar, dan sikap negatif mempunyai risiko 1,7 kali lebih besar mengalami anemia. Terdapat hubungan signifikan pengetahuan remaja (p= 0,004), kepatuhan mengonsumsi tablet tambah darah (p=0,004) terhadap kejadian anemia. Tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan sikap remaja dengan kejadian anemia remaja putri walaupun memiliki resiko tinggi anemia (p= 0,229). Pengetahuan remaja tentang anemia dan kepatuhan mengonsumsi tablet tambah darah terbukti signifikan dan merupakan faktor risiko anemia.

Abstract

The lack of knowledge about iron deficiency anemia is caused by a lack of media that can open up public knowledge about the importance of this. As the industrial era 4.0 progresses, many digital media have emerged as a means to educate the public about preventing iron deficiency anemia, one of which is health promotion media in the form of video media Instagram Reels and TikTok. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Instagram Reels and TikTok educational media on knowledge about preventing iron deficiency anemia in adolescent girls. The research used quasi experiment method with a pre-posttest group design. The sample amounted to 105 respondents (Instagram Reels n:35, TikTok n:35, and leaflet n:35. Knowledge data were obtained by filling out pre and posttest questionnaires, processed using the Wilcoxon test. The mean difference between the three groups used Kruskal-Wallis and Post Hoc Mann Whitney tests. The effectiveness of the three media was tested using the N-Gain Score. The results of the pre and post-test research on the three media had p-value 0.000 which shows an increase in knowledge. The frequency distribution of knowledge in the TikTok group was 100%, Instagram Reels 94.3% and leaflets 51.4%. The effectiveness test of the N-Gain score of TikTok media is 81% including it in the effective category, Instagram Reels is 60% including in the moderately effective category and leaflets are 28% including in the ineffective category. The conclusion is that TikTok media is most effective compared to Instagram Reels media and leaflets.

Abstract

This community service aims to help the food needs of the local community through social assistance programs implemented by group 01 KKN students of STIQ ZAD Cianjur which is materially sponsored with BAZNAS RI. This community service uses a field service method. Based on the results of the service, this social assistance program is carried out door to door for people who need assistance in the form of basic necessities. The benefits of this program are personal awakening with a high sense of socialization and increased welfare of the local community.
