Abstract

This article aims to analyze the effect of taxes and inflation on national income in Indonesia for the period 2018-2024. This study uses a quantitative method with regression analysis to identify the causal relationship between these variables. Data were obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and Bank Indonesia, then processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 30 for Windows. The results of the study indicate that tax revenue has a significant and positive effect on national income, with a very strong contribution. Conversely, inflation also affects state revenue, although it does not affect taxes. The resulting regression equation shows that any increase in tax revenue will increase national income, while inflation also has a positive impact. In conclusion, both taxes and inflation have an important role in influencing Indonesia's national income. This study provides empirical evidence regarding the relationship between the two factors and can be a basis for the government to develop more effective economic policies in increasing national income and strengthening the country's economy.

Abstract

Pemahaman konsep ekonomi serinngkali menjadi tantangan bagi sisiwa, sehingga pemanfaatan, media pembelajaran inovatif dianggap krusial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Efektivitas penggunaan media interaktif power point dakam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa pada materi pertumbuhan ekonomi di SMA Negeri 3 Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner berbasis Geoogle Form. Populasi dalam penelitian ini mencakup siswa dalam satu kelas SMA Negeri Medan, dengan sampel 35 responden yang dipilih menggunakan tekhnik total sampling. Analisis data penelitian ini adalah Regresi Linear Sederhana menggunakan SPSS 25 untuk mengkaji efektivitas penggunaan media interaktif power point pada materi pertumbuhan Ekonomi terhadap pemahaman siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penggunaan media interaktif power point berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pemahaman siswa akan materi pertumbuhan ekonomi. Abstract

This study aims to examine strategies that companies can implement to maximize profits in a perfectly competitive market structure, where firms have no control over market prices. Using a library research method, this study identifies various approaches and relevant production efficiency strategies based on classical and modern economic literature. The results show that the characteristics of a perfectly competitive market—such as the large number of market participants, product homogeneity, and the freedom of entry and exit—force companies to focus on optimizing production factors and controlling costs to achieve maximum profit. Three main approaches can be used: the total, average, and marginal approaches, with the marginal approach (MR = MC) serving as the main guideline in determining the optimal output level. In addition, choosing efficient production technology, controlling variable costs, as well as innovation and quality improvement have proven to be effective strategies in maintaining competitiveness and profitability. This study concludes that allocative and productive efficiency are the main keys to a company's success in a perfectly competitive market, and adaptive internal management strategies are the determining factors in achieving maximum profit.
