Abstract

Talking about the quality of education will be directly related to the role of schools as educational institutions. Teaching and learning management in schools is very important in determining student success. To achieve good school quality, education costs must be managed optimally. Therefore, the stages in education financing management need to be considered. Basically, the aim of education financing management is to implement an educational process that is in accordance with the expected learning needs of students. This research process uses qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, documentation and direct interviews with sources. Schools as one of the institutions that carry out educational activities are a production process that produces quality graduates, so financing management is needed so that the quality of graduates can compete to obtain a decent life in society. Management of funds or educational costs at an institution must be able to improve the quality of graduates and be able to compete with other schools based on the principles of justice, efficiency, transparency and public accountability. The results of this research show that education financing management must be implemented optimally starting from financing planning, budgeting, financing implementation, monitoring and controlling financing as well as responsibility or accountability. So that the educational process is implemented in accordance with the expected learning needs of students. So it can be concluded that the management of teaching and learning in schools is very important in determining student success. To achieve good school quality, education costs must be managed optimally.

Abstract

The plurality of society in Indonesia is one of the icons of Indonesia. With plurality, people are expected to respect differences in ethnicity, race, religion, and culture. However, plurality must be the basis of community tolerance, rarely causing conflicts due to differences. The emergence of conflicts that occur is one of the indicators that Indonesian people still do not fully understand the problem of multicultural internal conditions. Gus Dur's presence in advancing multicultural education emerged as part of a response to the phenomenon of ethnic, racial, religious, and cultural differences that often arise in the midst of a multicultural society. Gus Dur's concept of multicultural education emphasizes on cultivating a life of respect and tolerance for diversity that lives in a pluralistic society and fostering generations who are not only knowledgeable and skilled, but also able to live together in society as the nation's successor. This study uses literature research by reviewing several Gus Dur books. The results of the study show that there are differences in religion, race, and culture that do not conflict with each other and are not a source of division in society. So that multicultural Islamic education is a very urgent thing to be carried out to bring flexibility and openness to each other.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Pendidikan agama Islam bagi sebagian siswa sangat tidak menyenangkan sehingga kurangnya minat siswa terhadap pembelajaran pendidikan Agama Islam menyebabkan mereka tidak memahami materi dengan baik dan tidak dapat mengaplikasikan nilai-nilai agama dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Strategi pembelajaran yang kurang variatif dan tidak menarik bagi siswa sangat berpengaruh terhadap minat belajar. Salah satu faktornya kemampuan mengajar guru Peniddikan Agama Islam masih kurang efektif dalam meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan strategi pembelajaran terhadap peningkatan keaktifan belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Strategi pembelajaran yang diuji adalah strategi yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran PAI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research), Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategi pembelajaran yang efektif dapat meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI. Strategi pembelajaran yang efektif yaitu meliputi penggunaan multimedia, diskusi, dan simulasi. Dengan demikian penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang pentingnya strategi pembelajaran yang efektif dalam meningkatkan partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran PAI.Learning Islamic religious education for some students is very unpleasant so that students' lack of interest in learning Islamic religious education causes them not to understand the material well and cannot apply religious values in everyday life. Learning strategies that are less varied and unattractive to students have a big influence on interestin learning. One factor is that the teaching ability of Islamic Religious Education teachers is still less effective in increasing student learning activity. This research aims to determine the effect of implementing learning strategies on increasing student learning activity in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects. The learning strategies tested are strategies designed to increase student involvement in the PAI learning process. The research method used in this research is library research. The results of this research show that the application of effective learning strategies can increase student learning activity in PAI subjects. Effective learning strategies include the use of multimedia, discussions and simulations. Thus, this research is expected to provide a better understanding of the importance of effective learning strategies in increasing student participation in PAI learning.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the effectiveness of using e-learning in learning Islamic Religious Education along with its benefits, challenges, and impacts. The method used in this research uses the literature review method by using data in the form of published articles obtained through Google Scholar and Publish or Perish. The results of this study show that the use of e-learning in learning Islamic Religion has good effectiveness or impact. E-learning is able to provide a variety of advantages and benefits that greatly benefit teachers and students, but there are also shortcomings that should continue to be evaluated. The development of e-learning is very important to be done by teachers so that students continue to be motivated in learning, so that the messages and values in Islamic teachings can be conveyed to students. This research provides an important contribution to Islamic learning in the form of alternative methods in integrating technology, accessibility, monitoring, evaluation, improving the quality of learning, and increasing student involvement using e-learning in Islamic learning
