Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine; (1) positive influence and significant correlation between the regulatory supervision of the educational unit on teacher performance of the SMA Maarif NU 5 Purbolinggo, East Lampung regency; (2) positive influence and significant correlation between school leadership on teacher performance; (3) positive and significant influence between the regulatory supervision of the education unit and school leadership together on teacher performance. Population or census, the permanent teachers in high school Maarif NU 5 Purbolinggo totaling 36 people. Primary data was collected by a questionnaire instrument. Data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively with the correlation formula, linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results showed; (1) a significant difference supervisors supervising teacher education unit on the performance of the SMA Maarif NU 5 Purbolinggo, East Lampung regency; (2) there is a significant impact of school leadership on teacher performance; (3) there is a significant influence supervision unit superintendent of education and school leadership together on teacher performance. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui; (1) Pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara supervisi pengawas satuan pendidikan terhadap kinerja guru pada SMA Ma?arif NU 5 Purbolinggo, Kabupaten Lampung Timur; (2) Pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru; (3) Pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara supervisi pengawas satuan pendidikan dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru. Populasi penelitian terhadap guru tetap di SMA Ma?arif NU 5 Purbolinggo berjumlah 36 orang. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan instrumen kuesioner. Data dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan rumus korelasi, regresi linier, dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan; (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan supervisi pengawas satuan pendidikan terhadap kinerja guru pada SMA Ma?arif NU 5 Purbolinggo, Kabupaten Lampung Timur; (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru; (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan supervisi pengawas satuan pendidikan dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru. Abstract

Implementing the Project Based Learning learning model is the right way and can be a solution in overcoming problems with student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subjects. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach method. The results of implementing Project Based Learning show an increase in scores to between 70 and 82, above the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM), namely 9 students or 75% of all students, and the results of the summative evaluation of students show an increase in scores, namely between 70 and 76, exceeding the Completion Criteria scores. Minimum (KKM) or there are 9 students or 75% of the total number of students. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that student learning outcomes in implementing the Project Based Learning learning model in Islamic Religious Education lessons in class 5 of the 10 Way Serdang State Elementary School have increased quite significantly, which is reflected in student learning outcomes before using the Project Based Learning learning model. The conclusion in this research is that the implementation of the Project Based Learning learning model significantly influences the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education.

Abstract

East Lampung has more than 80% of business units in the micro, small and medium industry sector, including livestock businesses. East Lampung produces 173,576 goats per year spread across twenty-four sub-districts. The monitored community activities aim to utilize an organized community. The community has assets to realize economic independence through a goat livestock program that makes probiotic feed from clean water, yakult, tempeh yeast, brown sugar and old coconut water. Monitoring uses the ABCD (asset-based community development) method, so that it can develop assets owned by the community so that they can be economically independent and improve community welfare. The results achieved are strengthening the capacity of goat farmers' skills in making probiotic feed and producing community economic welfare and sustainable food security.

Abstract

The growth of the agribusiness sector in Indonesia is challenged by production and distribution efficiency due to low adoption of digital technology. In the Katibung area, South Lampung Regency, small-medium scale agribusiness actors face limited knowledge and access to agricultural digital technology. This community service aims to improve the efficiency of agribusiness businesses through agricultural digitalization training, targeting agribusiness actors and local farmers. The methods used include interactive training, technical assistance, and questionnaire-based evaluation. The results showed an increase in participants' understanding and skills in the use of land management applications, digital marketing, and Internet of Things (IoT)-based production monitoring. The implications of this activity are increased productivity, operational cost efficiency, and expanded market access through digital platforms.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to enhance the capacity of cassava farming communities in Surabaya Baru, Central Lampung, through vocational education focused on the development of value-added cassava-based products. Cassava, a staple crop in the region, has long been sold primarily in raw form, resulting in limited income and low market competitiveness for farmers. The implemented program utilized a participatory and hands-on training model covering technical skills in cassava processing (e.g., into mocaf flour, chips, cakes, and other innovative foods), food safety, business management, and digital marketing strategies. As a result, participants successfully produced a range of processed cassava products that met hygiene and packaging standards, significantly increasing their monthly income from IDR 3,500,000 to IDR 6,000,000. Moreover, the training fostered entrepreneurial mindsets and improved community solidarity, particularly among women. Challenges included limited access to modern processing equipment and the need for consistent product quality and marketing support. Nevertheless, this initiative demonstrated the transformative potential of vocational education in empowering rural communities through local agro-processing innovations, contributing to economic development, food security, and sustainable agribusiness practices. Abstract

farmer productivity within the context of the 2021 vocational agribusiness education program in Labuhan Ratu. The research employs a quantitative approach using explanatory research to explain causal relationships between variables through inferential statistical analysis. A total of 100 respondents were selected using the Slovin formula, and data were collected through a structured questionnaire. Data analysis included validity and reliability tests, t-test, and R² test using the Smart PLS software. The results show that agricultural technology training has a positive and significant effect on increasing farmer productivity, with a T-statistic value of 16.109 and a P-value of 0.000. These findings indicate that the higher the quality and intensity of training received, the greater the resulting agricultural productivity. The training not only enhances technical knowledge but also transforms behavior and improves farmers' skills in adopting new technologies. Therefore, vocational agribusiness education plays a strategic role as a center for developing agricultural human resources that are responsive to technological advancements and the challenges of modern agriculture.

Abstract

This study aims to emphasize the importance of equipping farmers with enhanced capabilities to maximize the potential of their available resources. As one of the foundational pillars of national development, farmers play a critical role in ensuring food security through their agribusiness activities. To improve both the quantity and quality of agricultural output, effective farmer management systems must be developed based on real-world challenges faced in the field. Enhancing farmer welfare requires the optimal application of modern and renewable scientific knowledge. This research adopts a qualitative, literature-based approach, drawing on peer-reviewed scientific references and prior studies. The findings highlight that improving farmer performance depends on several key factors: skill development, increased discipline, enhanced productivity, and better overall management practices. This study contributes to the body of knowledge by synthesizing prior research into a practical framework for enhancing farmer performance. It offers insights for policymakers, agricultural trainers, and development practitioners on how to structure farmer empowerment programs rooted in field realities and scientific evidence.

Abstract

Abstract The agribusiness innovation training was carried out because the exchange rate for farmers is still very low in Indonesia in 2021, for example DKI Jakarta which experienced a decline and Kalimantan which experienced an insignificant increase, this will have an impact on the income of farmers who are unable to meet the needs of their families and work because every year the need for living always increases, therefore this service is carried out with the aim of increasing agribusiness innovation for farmers. Another goal to be achieved in this service is increasing farmers' income. This service uses training as a method by implementing innovation theory in the field of agribusiness, innovation theory is used to collaborate technology in carrying out farmers' agribusiness activities. The application of technology as innovation will produce great benefits for agribusiness results. The findings in this service resulted in farmers getting benefits, namely being able to implement agribusiness innovations so that they were able to increase yields and production and improve the quality of production results. An increase in yield and quality will in a straight line increase the exchange value of farmers' produce to increase the income they will receive.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang teori nasikh dan mansukh yang merujuk pada padasuatu hukum syariat yang lebih baru menghapuskan hukum yang lebih lama. Adapun beberapa asumsi dasar terkait teori ini yaitu konteks historis, kepentingan umum (Maqasid Al-Shariah), pengembangan pemikiran, prinsip keadilan, kesepakatan ulama. Menggunakan metode penelitian studi pustaka (library research), artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa kontroversi mengenai nasikh (yang membatalkan) dan mansukh (yang dibatalkan) dalam al-Qur’an adalah topik yang sering dibahas dalam studi tafsir dan ilmu kalam. Banyak ulama berpendapat bahwa nasikh dan mansukh ada dalam al-Qur'an. Mereka berargumen bahwa beberapa ayat diturunkan dalam konteks tertentu dan kemudian diubah atau dibatalkan oleh ayat lain yang diturunkan setelahnya. Dan ada sebagian ulama berpendapat bahwa tidak ada ayat al-Qur’an yang benar-benar dibatalkan melainkan ada konteks dan penafsiran yang berbeda. Mereka berargumen bahwa perubahan hukum dapat terjadi karena perubahan konteks sosial atau kondisi umat. Terkait dengan adanya polemik dan perbedaan tentang keberadaan nasikh dan mansukh para ulama menyepakati bahwa terdapat rukun dan syarat dalam naskh
