Abstract

Kelompok tani "SUMBER MAJU" di Desa Kuala Dua masih menerapkan sistem tanam pindah (TAPIN) dalam usahatani padi. Salah satu alternatif yang dapat diterapkan adalah sistem tanam benih langsung (TABELA), yang bertujuan meningkatkan efisiensi dan daya dukung lahan. Inovasi teknik pertanaman ini diperlukan untuk mengubah kebiasaan petani dari sistem TAPIN ke sistem TABELA. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan petani dalam menerapkan sistem TABELA baik dari aspek teknis maupun analisis ekonomi di Desa Kuala Dua, Kecamatan Sungai Raya. Materi kegiatan meliputi penyuluhan mengenai konsep teknologi TABELA, tahapan proses usahatani padi dengan TABELA, serta pelatihan perhitungan analisis finansial. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan, yakni orientasi, tatap muka, penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Efektivitas program ini diukur berdasarkan tingkat partisipasi dan antusiasme anggota kelompok tani. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman sebesar 87% terkait pengertian, manfaat, serta kelebihan dan kekurangan sistem TABELA setelah mengikuti penyuluhan dan pelatihan. Selain itu, terdapat peningkatan pemahaman sebesar 81% terhadap tahapan penerapan sistem TABELA dalam usahatani padi sawah. Respon positif peserta terlihat dari keterlibatan aktif dalam diskusi serta keseriusan mereka dalam menerapkan materi yang diperoleh di lahan usaha tani masing-masing. Dukungan dari pemerintah dan akademisi diperlukan untuk mendukung keberlanjutan penerapan sistem ini guna meningkatkan produktivitas usahatani padi sawah.

Abstract

This PKM is carried out to provide assistance for TKML programs from KEMENAKER RI in Mempawah Regency to develop business using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) method approach. Business mapping is carried out by implementing nine BMC steps. The training process is carried out online and offline as well as direct visits to each TKM. Activities are carried out by discussing BMC by academics who are carrying out PKM, and then presenting the results of the discussion in the forum. The results of this training process are that participants understand their business processes, can map the businesses they run using the BMC method and can gradually increase sales and profits from the businesses they run. In the long term, it is hoped that TKM can be implemented sustainably in order to develop their businesses and also create new SMEs/Businesses that are able to compete in the business world in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the financial feasibility of tempeh production using genetically modified soybeans (Genetically Modified Organisms/GMO) at the Annisa Tempe Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) in Kubu Raya Regency. GMO soybeans are the preferred choice for the business owner due to their stable availability and lower price compared to local soybeans. This research employs a case study approach and utilizes investment feasibility analysis methods, including Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Net Benefit-Cost Ratio (Net B/C). The results show that the business yields an NPV of IDR 779,241,805, an IRR of 20.82%, and a Net B/C of 78.92. These indicators demonstrate that the GMO-based tempeh business at Annisa Tempe MSME is highly feasible from a financial perspective. The study also identifies key challenges such as competition in traditional markets and highlights opportunities through direct distribution and stable raw material supply. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for MSME actors, academics, and policymakers in developing sustainable GMO-based local food businesses.

Abstract

The growth of social media has change method individual interact and influence behavior consumers , including in context digital marketing . Research This aim For analyze influence social media marketing to interest buy with mediation management connection customers and equity brand . Research This use approach quantitative with object undergraduate students from college Islamic higher education institutions in Yogyakarta, namely the Islamic University of Indonesia, Yogyakarta State Islamic University, Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta, and Ahmad Dahlan University. Data obtained through online questionnaire and analyzed use multiple linear regression with variables mediation . Research results show that social media marketing influential positive and significant to interest buy . In addition , management connection customers and equity brand proven mediate connection said , shows that effectiveness digital marketing does not only depends on promotion , but also on effort build trust and image strong brand .​

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence employee work motivation at the Inti Rasa factory in Singkawang City. The variables in this study are compensation or salary, work environment, work facilities, work performance, recognition from superiors, and the work itself. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation and questionnaires. The sample in this study was 27 people using the census sampling technique, where all members of the employee population were sampled. The analysis tool used was the Likert scale and the level of respondent perception. The results of the study on the salary variable, the average value was 3.98. For the work environment variable, the average value was 4.03. For the work facility variable, the average value was 4.16. On the work performance variable, the average value was 4.01. The recognition variable from superiors, the average value was 4.12. The work variable itself, the average value was 3.93. The total average overall was 4.04, so the influence of motivation given by the Inti Rasa Singkawang factory was categorized as high or satisfactory.

Abstract

Sambas Regency in West Kalimantan has significant agribusiness potential, yet smallholder farmers in the region continue to face various challenges such as limited access to markets, capital, and technology. This study aims to identify inclusive business models that have been implemented, evaluate their impact on the economic and social welfare of smallholder farmers, and examine the barriers faced in their implementation. A mixed-method approach was employed, collecting data through questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and field observations involving smallholder farmers, community leaders, and agribusiness actors. The findings show that inclusive business models involving partnerships between smallholder farmers and agribusiness companies have provided substantial benefits, including increased income, expanded market access, and capacity building through training and extension services. However, challenges such as bureaucratic complexity, inadequate infrastructure, and limited access to financing remain significant obstacles. The study concludes that inclusive business models hold great potential for empowering smallholder farmers, provided there is strong support from the government, the private sector, and financial institutions. Policy recommendations are proposed to strengthen the effectiveness of these models in promoting inclusive economic development in rural areas.

Abstract

Banyaknya penelitian dan artikel yang telah membahas isu-isu terkait pemasaran media sosial telah secara jelas menunjukkan perhatian yang cukup besar untuk fenomena tersebut selama beberapa tahun terakhir. Oleh karena itu, hal ini memberikan bukti kuat bahwa media sosial dan aplikasinya menjadi fokus perhatian bagi para praktisi dan peneliti. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki dampak langsung dan tidak langsung dari kegiatan pemasaran media sosial pada minat pembelian konsumen dengan manajemen hubungan pelanggan dan ekuitas merek sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan yang bersifat kuantitatif dan diujikan kepada mahasiswa S1 di Universitas Islam yang terdapat di Yogyakarta dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 224 responden. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan dari pemasaran media sosial, hubungan pelanggan dan ekuitas merek pada minat pembelian konsumen.  Selain itu, model penelitian ini mengkonfirmasi adanya mediasi penuh hubungan pelanggan dan ekuitas merek dalam hubungan antara pemasaran media sosial dan minat beli konsumen.  Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini, penulis dapat merekomendasikan pada pemasar untuk secara penuh terlibat dalam kegiatan pemasaran media sosial untuk memberikan nilai lebih kepada pelanggan.Kata Kunci: Pemasaran Media Sosial, Minat Beli, Manajemen Hubungan Pelanggan, Ekuitas Merek
