Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh deskripsi profil pemecahan masalah siswa audi­torial kelas X SLTA pada materi SPLDV. Penelitian ini mengggunakan metode kualitatif de­ngan pendekatandeskriptif kualitatif didasarkan pada langkah Polya. Hasil penelitian menun­jukkan profil siswa auditorial dalam memecahkan masalah SPLDV adalah cenderung meng­gunakan ciri siswa visual dan siswa kinestetik. Kata kunci: Profil Pemecahan Masalah; Masalah SPLDV; Gaya Belajar. Abstract:This research to get the description of profile problerm solving auditorial student of class X senior high school at items LESTV. This research used is qualitative method by using descriptive approach qualitative which is by a problem solving Polya phase. The result of research showed that the profile of student auditorial in solved the problem is tend to use thekinesthetic student characteristic and visual student characteristic. Abstract

This study aims to describe students' creative thinking abilities in solving HOTS geometry problems as viewed from Van Hiele's thinking levels. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a method of analyzing the creative thinking process based on Van Hiele's thinking levels, which include: level 0 (visualization), level 1 (analysis), level 2 (informal deduction), level 3 (deduction), and level 4 (rigor). The research subjects consisted of three students: one at level 0, one at level 1, and one at level 2. The research subjects were selected based on the results of the VHGT test. Data collection techniques were conducted through the VHGT test, HOTS questions, and unstructured interviews, then analyzed using data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The results of the study indicate that students' creative thinking levels are related to Van Hiele's thinking levels. The higher the Van Hiele thinking level of the students, the more complex and creative the problem-solving strategies used.

Abstract

Perkawinan beda agama merupakan fenomena sosial yang terus berkembang di Indonesia dan menimbulkan berbagai implikasi hukum, khususnya terkait penentuan hak asuh anak setelah terjadinya perceraian. Perbedaan agama antara kedua orang tua sering kali memicu konflik normatif dan praktik hukum, mengingat sistem hukum perkawinan di Indonesia masih mensyaratkan kesesuaian agama sebagai dasar sahnya perkawinan. Kondisi ini berdampak pada ketidakpastian hukum dalam menentukan hak dan kewajiban orang tua terhadap anak, terutama dalam aspek pengasuhan, pendidikan, dan pembentukan identitas keagamaan anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaturan hak asuh anak dalam konteks perkawinan beda agama dengan menelaah aspek hukum normatif, putusan pengadilan, serta faktor sosial yang memengaruhi pertimbangan hakim. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan dukungan data empiris melalui studi kepustakaan terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan, doktrin hukum, serta putusan pengadilan yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 tentang Perkawinan dan Undang-Undang Perlindungan Anak telah memberikan landasan hukum umum, belum terdapat pengaturan khusus yang secara eksplisit mengatur hak asuh anak dalam perkawinan beda agama. Dalam praktik peradilan, hakim cenderung mengedepankan prinsip kepentingan terbaik bagi anak (best interest of the child) dengan mempertimbangkan aspek psikologis, kesejahteraan, dan lingkungan sosial anak, tanpa semata-mata mendasarkan putusan pada perbedaan agama orang tua. Namun demikian, faktor konflik agama dan tekanan sosial masih menjadi tantangan dalam pelaksanaan hak asuh secara efektif. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan regulasi dan pendekatan multidisipliner guna menjamin perlindungan hak anak secara optimal dalam konteks perkawinan beda agama.

Abstract

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology opens up significant opportunities for improving the quality of mathematics learning. However, many high school mathematics teachers are still unfamiliar with the use of AI, particularly the use of the Python programming language as a learning support medium. This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge, understanding, and skills of high school Mathematics MGMP teachers in utilizing Python-based AI technology in the learning process. The implementation method includes a preparatory stage in the form of coordination with partners, observation, and interviews to identify teacher needs, and an implementation stage consisting of two training sessions. The first training phase focused on providing conceptual material regarding AI applications in learning, while the second training phase included practical assistance in creating AI-based learning media using Python. The results of the activity showed an increase in teachers' understanding of AI concepts and practical skills in using Python to develop simple interactive quizzes in mathematics learning. Furthermore, participants demonstrated active and collaborative participation throughout the activity. Thus, this community service activity contributed to improving teachers' technological literacy and encouraging innovation in more interactive mathematics learning. It is recommended that similar activities be carried out continuously with a broader scope of material to optimize the use of AI in learning
