Abstract

Human resources is one of the factors that must be present and relatively more important than other factors, the Company should be able to increase employee motivation, employee motivation can have an impact on the achievement of coorporate goals. Employees are motivated to satisfy his need for work even harder the impact on the resulting performance becomes more optimal. PT Media Intan Semesta Jakarta is one of the companies engaged in the field of technology (IT). to win the competition takes motivation to work optimally so have employees with good performance in order to achieve company goals can be met. In this study, the authors use a quantitative methodology that uses statistical data SPSS V.22 author using 33 samples from 50 populations that are the result of a calculation formula slovin. It can be concluded that the influence of motivation on employee performance work PT Media Intan Semesta Jakarta can be seen from the results calculation correlation coefficient 0.891 meaning work motivation and performance of employees have a very strong relationship. 0,794 coefficient determination means the percentage work motivational influence on employee performance to 79,4% the remaining 20.6% is influenced by other factors not authors carefully. At a value of regression equation a (constants) 1,165 dan value of b coefficient 0.967. Keywords: Work Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

The essence of implementing transmigration is to achieve prosperity, equitable development, and to act as a glue for national unity. In this identification study, 4 (four) criteria were selected to assess regional spatial potential for the development of Transmigration Areas, namely (1) Criteria for land availability and carrying capacity, (2) Criteria for local economic development, (3) Criteria for population development, and (4) Criteria for local economic development. ) Criteria for supporting transmigration policies and programs. The results of the identification of potential Transmigration areas in Bombana Regency, which culminated in the delineation of regional spaces which are expected to be developed into future Transmigration Areas, are input for the Regional Government (Regency and/or Province) regarding their regional development and development efforts. Development of Transmigration Areas can be one of the development program options to encourage or realize the growth/development of parts of the district that are relatively undeveloped, and lagging behind compared to parts of the district that are already developed and developing. Transmigration development is cross-sectoral so a common understanding is needed between all regional stakeholders so that each party can contribute according to their main tasks and functions

Abstract

 Financial distress is a situation that leaders and owners of firms want to evade, as it is a precursor to insolvency. This study employed financial ratio data and S-Score values to analyze the financial state of PT.Waskita Karya Tbk from 2019 to 2023. The data demonstrate a notable deterioration in the company's performance throughout that timeframe, with financial challenges commencing in 2019 and intensifying until 2023. The escalating likelihood of bankruptcy is linked to a decline in financial parameters such as efficiency, leverage, liquidity, and profitability, as well as a reduced S-Score. Suggested actions including reassessing the financial strategy, adopting improved debt control measures, formulating a plan for financial recuperation, partnering with financial specialists, and strengthening financial supervision and performance tracking, then merger and acquition with other Stated Owned  Enterprises with  excellent financial performance such as PT. Hutama Karya could an alternative salvation strategy . By applying these suggestions, organizations are anticipated to enhance their financial situation and mitigate the likelihood of bankruptcy in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the financial challenges faced by PT Garuda Indonesia (Tbk) between 2021 and 2023, focusing on its efforts in debt restructuring and business transformation, as well as the impact of these initiatives on its financial recovery. Using a descriptive research approach, the study analyzes quantitative data, including the Springate S-Score model, which assesses bankruptcy risk by evaluating key financial ratios. The findings show that Garuda experienced severe financial distress in 2021, reflected in a significantly low Springate S-Score, indicating a high likelihood of bankruptcy. Although there was a brief recovery in 2022, the score dropped again in 2023, signaling continued financial risks primarily due to high debt levels and operational inefficiencies. The research identifies that the airline's issues stemmed from excessive leasing costs, poor financial oversight, and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on air travel. While debt restructuring and business transformation efforts, including streamlining operations and expanding revenue sources, showed positive outcomes, the Springate S-Score still highlights the company's vulnerability. The Springate S-Score and relevant financial ratios for PT Garuda Indonesia from 2019 to 2024, with all years classified under "Financial Distress." The ratios (A, B, C, and D) represent key financial metrics, and the S-Score (Z) is used to evaluate the company's bankruptcy risk. To improve its financial standing and Springate S-Score, recommendations include intensifying debt restructuring efforts by negotiating better terms with creditors, exploring alternative financing options like equity issuance or bond offerings, and leveraging government support to enhance liquidity. Additionally, accelerating digital transformation, improving operational efficiencies, and fostering customer loyalty through tailored services are critical for long-term sustainability. Regular performance reviews and transparent communication with stakeholders will be key to rebuilding trust and securing the company’s future.

Abstract

Administrasi merupakan salah satu kegiatan organisasi atau badan usaha yang sangat penting. Administrasi harus dikelola dengan baik guna membantu mekanisme kerja dari seluruh karyawan instansi yang bersangkutan dalam pencapaian tujuan secara lebih efektif dan efisien. Administrasi berlaku diperusahaan perbankan. Bank merupakan salah satu sumber potensi penggerak laju perekonomian dalam negeri maupun global. Kliring merupakan jasa penyelesaian hutang piutang antar bank dengan cara saling menyerahkan warkat-warkat yang akan dikliringkan dilembaga kliring. Saat ini di Indonesia terdapat 105 penyelenggara kliring lokal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Proses administrasi kliring pada PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia terdiri dari DKE penyerahan debet keluar, sentralisasi warkat debet masuk, pengembalian debet data keluar H+1 (tolakan keluar), pengembalian debet data keluar H+1 (tolakan keluar)-pembukuan biaya tolakan, pengembalian debet keluar H+1 (tolakan keluar)-pembukuan reversal, pengembalian debet keluar H+1 (tolakan keluar)-pembukuan biaya intercity, pengembalian debet masuk H+1 (tolakan masuk). Pihak-pihak yang berwenang dalam penanganan administrasi kliring terdiri dari kepala dan wakil kepala bagian sentra operasi RTGS dan kliring, supervisor kliring debet, petugas seksi kliring debet, teller, petugas DHN.

Abstract

This study analyzed financial distress prevention efforts at PT Sritex using three prediction models: Springate S-Score, Zeta Score, and Discriminant Analysis. The results show the company is in a high-risk condition based on all three models. The Springate S-Score (0.78 < 1.0) indicates operational inefficiencies, the Zeta Score (1.5 < 1.81) indicates a risk of short-term bankruptcy, and the Discriminant Score (0.45 < 1.0) reflects financial instability. The analysis concluded that this condition could be prevented through strategic measures, including cost efficiency, debt restructuring, market diversification, and strengthening governance. Springate emphasizes working capital improvements, Zeta Score points to optimizing debt structures, while Discriminant Analysis suggests improving financial ratios. These findings form the basis for recommendations for management to improve transparency and risk management to mitigate bankruptcy. The research makes a practical contribution to stakeholders in developing evidence-based financial recovery strategies.

Abstract

Education is a comprehensive thing and involves many systematic aspects. Therefore one of the determining factors for the success of our education program. At present there is the recruitment of students who get the Jakarta Smart Card (KJP). This study aims to determine the extent of the effectiveness of the procurement of smart jakarta program in SMP Negeri 120. The sample in the study was all student in the junior high school. The results of the study showed that the card-giving program was very effective, even though there were students who refused the card.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan unsur penting dalam sebuah perusahaan. Manajemen perusahaan melalui divisi SDM harus dapat mengelola dengan baik karyawan yang ada. Manajemen sumber daya manusia dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai cara diantaranya memberikan motivasi kepada karyawan sehingga akan berdampak terhadap peningkatan kualitas karyawan berupa prestasi kerja. Dari sekian banyak variabel, salah satu faktor yang turut mempengaruhi prestasi adalah motivasi kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pada PT Bringin Rancang Sejahtera Jakarta. Metodelogi penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengamatan langsung, wawancara, studi dokumentasi, kuisioner. Penelitian kuantitatif ini dilakukan pada seluruh karyawan PT Bringin Rancang Sejahtera Jakarta yang berjumlah 42 orang. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji korelasi dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,741 menyatakan terdapat hubungan yang erat antara motivasi kerja terhadap prestasi kerja. Hasil koefisien determinasi diperoleh kontribusi motivasi kerja terhadap prestasi kerja sebesar 54,9% sisanya 45,1% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Sedangkan koefisien regresi ditemukan fungsi persamaan Y = 18.456 + 0,588X.

Abstract

This study highlights the urgency of strategic and sustainable national wealth management through the establishment of Danantara, Indonesia’s sovereign wealth fund that adopts the successful model of Temasek Holdings in Singapore, yet operates within a more complex national economic and political context. The purpose of this research is to analyze Danantara’s strategic factors using the SWOT approach, formulate strategies based on the TOWS matrix, and provide policy recommendations aligned with the Indonesia Emas 2045 vision. The research employs a qualitative analysis through a comparative study, literature review, and examination of official documents. The findings reveal Danantara’s strengths in asset scale and political support but weaknesses in governance and operational capacity. The study’s contribution and novelty lie in formulating portfolio separation strategies, strengthening independent governance, and focusing investments in digital sectors, green energy, and global partnerships.
