Abstract

This thesis aims to: (1) Design an Internet of Things-based Automatic Glass Cleaner prototype at Indomaret Caile, and Use the blynk Application, (2) Know the Implementation of an Internet of Things-based Automatic Glass Cleaner prototype at Indomaret Caile. This study uses the prototype research method, where the stages are as follows: (1) Needs Analysis. (2) Making prototypes. (3) prototype Evaluation. (4) Coding system. (5) system Testing. (6) system Evaluation. (7) Using the system. Based on the results of this study it was concluded that: (1) The Internet of Things-based Automated Glass Cleaner prototype at Indomaret Caile was designed using 4 components, namely: 1 GP2Y1010AU0F Dust sensor as a sensor for dust detection, 1 Water Pump to circulate water in the glass area, and 1 Scraping Wiper glass cleaner, and 2 Stepper Motors that will drive the Scraping Wiper. (2) The Internet of Things-based Automatic Glass Cleaner prototype at Indomaret Caile where the Dust sensor GP2Y1010AU0F will detect dust that has entered the Dust sensor according to the amount of dust that has been set at least 0.01 mg/m3, then the Water Pump will automatically flowing water towards the glass for 6 seconds after that the Stepper Motor will move the Scraping Wiper from the bottom up for 75 seconds, besides that the Esp32-Cam will display the condition of the window glass through the blynk application, and based on the results of the Validation it is found that all aspects declared to have a fairly high validity, which is worth 0.86, so that the working process of the tool works optimally.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) Designing a Web-based elderly data processing information system in the Bulukumba adoptive family community. (2) Implementing a Web-based elderly data processing information system in the Bulukumba Host Family Community. This research uses the Waterfall research method, where the stages are as follows: (1) Analysis. (2) Design. (3) Coding & Testing. (4) Program Testing. (5) Maintenance. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that: (1) The Web-Based Elderly Data Processing Information System Information System at the Bulukumba Regency Lift Family Community is designed and built based on problems that occur in the process of managing elderly data, in the design of the elderly data management information system, using uml as a system design which is built using the php programming language using the MySQL database as its database storage and using the waterfall method in the system development stages, testing is carried out using the BlackBox method and based on the tests carried out this system is in accordance with the design. (2) The results of the implementation of the Web-Based Elderly Data Processing Information System at the Bulukumba Regency Lift Family Community, are carried out well in accordance with the design that has been made, including interface implementation, login, data management, This can be seen from the results of testing the use of the system using the System Usability Scale (SUS) obtained a score of 81 from 10 respondents with a letter grade of A and a very good category.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) To design a prototype for monitoring automatic watering of tomato plants using the IoT-based Esp8266. (2) To know how to build a monitoring prototype of automatic watering on tomato plants based on soil moisture using IoT-based ESP8266. This study uses the Prototype research method, where the stages are as follows: (1) needs analysis. (2) make a prototype (3) evaluate the prototype (4) code the system (5) test the system (6) evaluate the system (7) use the system. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that : (1) Prototype monitoring automatic watering of tomato plants based on soil moisture using the iot-based Esp8266 is designed using soil moisture sensors, Esp8266, relay, water pump, jumper cabels, adpters and using the blynk application. The soil moisture sensor will detect soil moisture then it will be processed by the Esp8266 microcontroler to then be forwared to the relay to disconnect or connect the current to the water pump so that water can flow and notifications go to blynk (2) The prototype for monitoring automatic watering of tomato plants based on soil moisture using the iot-based Esp8266 was built in the form of a prototype with tomato plants provided in pots where the soil moisture sensor will detect soil moisture which will work in three humidity conditions, namely conditions <=60% (pump flush), 61-80% (safe state), >80% condition (ecessive fatigue) and notification goes to blynk and based on the results of the validation it get value 0,87 was found that all the aspects that were declared had very high validation, so that the working process of the tool worked optimally

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) Designing a website-based final project E-Archive information system at the Bina Adinata Institute of Technology and Business library. (2) Knowing the implementation of the website-based final project E-Archive information system design in the Bina Adinata Institute of Technology and Business library. This research uses the Waterfall research method, where stages are as follows: (1) Requirement Analysis and Definition (2) System and Software Design (3) Implementation and Unit Testing (4) Integration and System Testing (5) Operation and Maintenance. Based on the research results it can be concluded that: (1) Web-based final project E-Archive information system at the Bina Adinata Institute of Technology and Business library in its design using a system design model, namely the Unified Modeling Language (UML) including use case diagrams, activity diagrams and sequence diagrams, class diagrams. The programming language used is PHP and MySQL as its database storage with the system development method used waterfall. System testing used is the blackbox method and Usability Testing. (2) Implementation of a web-based final project E-Archive Information System at the Bina Adinata Institute of Technology and Business library is done well. This can be seen from the results of system testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method with a value of 72.9 which means grade scala B or included in the Good category.

Abstract

This study aims to design a sales and ordering information system at Rusdy Aquarium online using a website, to implement a sales and ordering information system at Rusdy Aquarium using a website. The research method used in this study is a software development method known as Software Development Life. Cycles (SDLC). The Waterfall method is the earliest SDLC approach used for software development. The sequence in the Waterfall Method is serial, starting from the process of requirements analysis and definition, system and software design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing, and operation and maintenance of the system. The results showed that the information system for selling and ordering ornamental fish at the Rusdhy aquarium in Bulukumba district is website-based, in its design the system uses data flow diagrams (DFD), namely data flow diagrams, context diagrams, programming languages ​​used PHP, Javascript, MySQL as base storage. the data, and the laravel framework, nuxtjs, as well as the integration of payment gateways midtrans and shipping costs king onkir and testing is carried out using the black box method, testing uses the System Usability Scale (SUS) method with a value of 75 which means grade scale C or is included in the Good category which This means that the website-based information system for selling and ordering ornamental fish at Rusdy Aquarium in Bulukumba Regency can be used easily by its users.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara komprehensif bagaimana relasi kuasa abusif memengaruhi kesejahteraan psikologis dan profesionalisme individu dengan menggunakan fenomena buku Broken Strings karya Aurelie Moeremans sebagai studi kasus utama. Masalah di fokuskan pada mekanisme manipulasi psikologis (grooming) yang menciptakan ketimpangan kuasa sistemik serta bagaimana manifestasi trauma tersebut berinteraksi dengan dinamika lingkungan kerja modern dan fungsi manajemen sumber daya manusia. Guna mendekati masalah ini dipergunakan acuan teori dari Abusive Supervison, Psychological Capital (PsyCap), teori kekuasaan Michel Foucalt, serta konsep habitus Pierre Bourdieu. Data-data dikumpulkan melalui metode studi pustaka dan analisis konten kualitatif terhadap narasi dalam memoar Broken Strings serta tinjauan literatur pada 20 artikel jurnal manajemen SDM dan psikologi organisasi terbitan 2015-2025, kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil Kajian menyimpulkan bahwa relasi kuasa abusif, baik dalam konteks personal maupun profesional, beroperasi melalui deplesi modal psikologis yang parah, sehingga memicu aktivasi amigdala kronis, dan bermuara pada fenomena organizational silence serta penurunan profesionalisme yang signifikan. Temuan riset menunjukkan bahwa profesionalisme yang seharusnya didorong oleh motivasi intrinsik dan integritas, sering kali bergantian menjadi kepatuhan semu yang hanya didasari oleh rasa takut terhadap otoritas. Oleh karena itu, efektivitas manajemen SDM dalam memitigasi dampak ini sangat bergantung pada keberanian organisasi untuk menciptakan keamanan psikologis (psychological safety) dan melakukan transformasi budaya yang mengeliminasi segala bentuk toleransi terhadap kepemimpinan toksik demi menjaga martabat manusia dan untuk produktivitas jangka panjang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh efisiensi dan kemudahan penggunaan terhadap kepuasan pengguna pada sistem informasi Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) berbasis website di SMK Negeri 1 Kabupaten Bulukumba. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode WebQual untuk mengukur kualitas website berdasarkan persepsi pengguna, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS 4. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 82 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel efisiensi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna, dengan nilai P-Value sebesar 0,410 (> 0,05) dan T-Statistic sebesar 0,825 (< 1,96). Sementara itu, variabel kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna, dengan nilai P-Value sebesar 0,000 (< 0,05) dan T-Statistic sebesar 3,730 (> 1,96), serta menjadi variabel yang paling dominan. Nilai R-Square sebesar 0,813 menunjukkan bahwa 81,3% kepuasan pengguna dipengaruhi oleh efisiensi dan kemudahan penggunaan, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 18,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. Selain itu, hasil kuesioner menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat kendala yang dialami pengguna, terutama dalam memahami alur sistem, pengisian data, dan proses pengunggahan dokumen, khususnya bagi pengguna baru. Secara keseluruhan, sistem PPDB berbasis website dinilai telah memberikan pengalaman penggunaan yang baik dan mampu mendukung proses pendaftaran secara efektif, dengan kemudahan penggunaan sebagai faktor yang paling dominan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi pendaftaran mahasiswa baru berbasis website menggunakan framework Laravel 11 pada Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis (ITEB) Bina Adinata Bulukumba. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada proses pendaftaran mahasiswa baru yang masih menggunakan Google Form sehingga menyebabkan kendala dalam pengelolaan data, rekapitulasi informasi, serta keterlambatan penyampaian status pendaftaran kepada calon mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan Rapid Application Development (RAD). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sistem yang dikembangkan memiliki fitur registrasi online, pengunggahan berkas, verifikasi data, pengelolaan informasi pendaftar, serta notifikasi otomatis melalui email untuk mempermudah penyampaian informasi secara real-time. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan validasi ahli, blackbox testing, serta pengujian performa website. Hasil validasi isi menggunakan tabulasi silang Gregory memperoleh nilai koefisien sebesar 1,0 yang menunjukkan bahwa sistem berada pada kategori sangat valid. Pengujian blackbox menunjukkan seluruh fitur berjalan sesuai fungsi yang dirancang tanpa ditemukan kesalahan utama pada sistem. Selain itu, hasil pengujian performa website memperoleh skor A dengan nilai 91 yang menandakan performa sistem sangat baik dari aspek kecepatan dan optimasi teknis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, sistem informasi pendaftaran mahasiswa berbasis website menggunakan Laravel 11 dinilai layak dan efektif untuk diterapkan guna meningkatkan efisiensi layanan penerimaan mahasiswa baru di ITEB Bina Adinata Bulukumba.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan pada proses pelayanan administrasi di Kantor Lurah Caile yang masih dilakukan secara manual dalam menentukan prioritas penerima layanan cepat. Proses penentuan yang belum memiliki pedoman tertulis ini masih mengandalkan subjektivitas petugas, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan ketidakadilan dan kurang efisien bagi warga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) penerima layanan cepat berbasis website yang dapat membantu pengambilan keputusan secara lebih objektif, efisien, dan transparan. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model Waterfall , dan proses pengujian fungsionalitas aplikasi menggunakan metode Blackbox Testing. Hasil pengujian fungsionalitas sistem (Blackbox) menunjukkan bahwa fitur aplikasi dapat berjalan dengan baik sesuai rancangan yang diharapkan. Hasil evaluasi kuesioner dari responden memperoleh persentase skor rata-rata sebesar 87,2%, yang secara empiris masuk ke dalam kategori "Sangat Baik". Kesimpulannya, integrasi metode SAW dan TOPSIS dalam sistem pendukung keputusan ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik serta memfasilitasi petugas di Kantor Lurah Caile dalam memprioritaskan layanan secara akurat dan tepat sasaran.

Abstract

Th This study aims : (1) Design an Information System for Official Travel Warrant Coverage (SPPD) on the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office Web Application. (2) To implement an Information System for accountability for official travel orders (SPPD) at the Web Application-based Tourism, Youth and Sports Office. This study uses the waterfall method. This method consists of 6 stages including Requirements Analysis, Design, Program Code Writing, Testing, Implementation, and Maintenance. This research uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) design which consists of Use Case Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams. Information System for Official Travel Orders (SPPD) at the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office of Bulukumba Regency based on Web Applications that can be used on computers and laptops by opening the link provided. This system can be run based on the system work procedures that the user wants, making it easier in the process of making official orders, fast work systems without having to take a lot of time to process. This system also provides a place to store data for business travel orders that have been made previously so that there is no need to open and search for data in stacks of documents because this system is made to manage files in a structured manner without the need to fear that the paper will be damaged or lost.
