Abstract

Qisās adalah konsep dalam hukum Islam yang mengatur pembalasan setimpal terhadap tindakan pembunuhan dan penganiayaan. Tujuannya adalah menegakkan keadilan dan memberikan efek jera. Namun, penerapan qisās menimbulkan perdebatan mengenai relevansinya dalam konteks masyarakat modern. Beberapa negara dengan sistem hukum Islam, seperti Arab Saudi, Iran, dan Pakistan, masih menerapkan qisās dalam sistem peradilan mereka. Misalnya, di Iran, hukum pidana mencakup qisās sebagai metode hukuman, di mana keluarga korban dapat meminta hukuman yang setimpal bagi pelaku. Namun, penerapan qisās juga menghadapi kritik, terutama terkait dengan kemungkinan penyalahgunaan, seperti dalam kasus pembunuhan atas dasar kehormatan. Selain itu, terdapat pertanyaan mengenai kesesuaiannya dengan hak asasi manusia dan standar keadilan modern. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk mengevaluasi kembali penerapan qisās dalam konteks masa kini, dengan mempertimbangkan nilai-nilai kemanusiaan dan perkembangan sistem peradilan modern.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to strengthen the transformational leadership of school principals in supporting inclusive education at Gunung Sekar 2 Elementary School. The method used in this activity involves a descriptive qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and document analysis, which were systematically conducted and presented. The implementation of this program produced three main outcomes: first, it introduced and reinforced the concept of transformational leadership among school principals; second, it supported the development of leadership systems related to inclusive education practices at SDN Gunung Sekar 2; and third, it identified the supporting and inhibiting factors faced by school principals in formulating and implementing inclusive education policies. The results show that the principal of SDN Gunung Sekar 2 has taken appropriate steps by engaging parents and school staff in creating and sustaining an inclusive school environment. Furthermore, the principal has successfully applied values of empathy and mutual respect, which foster a positive and supportive atmosphere for all students to learn and grow.

Abstract

This community service article aims to examine the implementation of Assistance in Strengthening Digital Literacy through Training on the Development of Learning Media for Islamic Education (PAI) Teachers at Senior High Schools in Pamekasan. The method used in this program is the PIJAR model, which consists of four stages: planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the training show that the implementation of the community service program with the theme "Assistance in Strengthening Digital Literacy through Training on the Development of Learning Media for Islamic Education Teachers at Senior High Schools in Pamekasan" was carried out successfully and was able to improve participants’ understanding and skills in developing learning media using Canva and ClassPoint. This, in turn, enables them to enhance the quality of their teaching. It is also hoped that their students will experience positive impacts in the classroom through the use of more interactive media.
