Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi pengelolaan data bantuan sosial (bansos) berbasis web untuk Kantor Lurah Sei Kera Hulu. Masalah yang perlu dipecahkan adalah kurangnya efisiensi dalam pengelolaan data bansos yang masih dilakukan secara manual, serta kendala dalam pencarian data dan melihat laporan yang dialami oleh petugas kantor lurah. Metode pemecahan masalah yang digunakan adalah dengan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi berbasis web menggunakan pendekatan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model waterfall. Sistem ini dirancang untuk membantu petugas dalam mengelola data bansos dengan lebih cepat dan mudah melalui website. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode black box testing untuk mengevaluasi fungsionalitas secara menyeluruh. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi petugas dalam menjalankan tugas mereka serta meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan data bansos di Kantor Lurah Sei Kera Hulu.

Abstract

A group Decision Support System (GDSS) is used when a decision system has many stakeholders providing recommendations in a system. One of them is the Tilawatil of the Qur'an for students in the religious field test. The assessment consists of several raters. The purpose of this study is to apply the SMART (Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique) and Borda methods in calculating the results of the Tilawatil Qur'an test based on a decision support system. The SMART method is used in assessing the results of the Tilawatil Qur'an test and the Borda method is used in optimizing the overall results of the assessors on the SMART method. The results of the study were based on the SMART value accuracy test manually with the system yielding 95%. After that, the results of the optimization test of the Borda method were calculated by calculating the average value of the SMART method with optimal ranking results.

Abstract

Bagi masyarakat Indonesia tanah merupakan hal yang paling penting, karena dengan adanya kepemilikan atas sebuah bidang tanah dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber kehidupan seperti tempat tinggal dan mata pencaharian. Maka dari itu diperlukan sistematika yang lengkap dan jelas dalam hal penggunaan, pemanfaatan, kepemilikan, dan pembuatan hukum dari suatu tanah. Untuk menghindari terjadinya sengketa tanah, diperlukan data dan informasi atas sebuah bidang tanah dari instansi pemerintah yang bergerak di bidang agraria dan tata ruang. Dalam studi kasus pada Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Deli Serdang ditemukan salah satu permasalahan pada pengarsipan data buku tanah yang tidak efisien yaitu masih menggunakan sistem manual. Oleh sebab itu dikembangkan sebuah sistem pengarsipan buku tanah agar tidak memakan waktu yang lama dalam mengolah data pencatatan buku tanah, peminjaman buku tanah, pengembalian buku tanah, serta pencetakan laporan. Sistem pengarsipan berbasis web ini dibangun dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, yaitu menggunakan sistem UML (Unified Modelling Language) dan menggunakan MYSQL server untuk database, serta visual studio code sebagai aplikasi pemrogramannya. Hasil dari implementasi yang ingin dicapai melalui sistem yang dibangun adalah dapat membantu petugas Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Deli Serdang dalam melakukan pengolahan dan pengarsipan data buku tanah. Abstract

In the era of globalization, computer technology plays a very important role in assisting the process of activities at the Medan City Ministry of Religion office, especially in the Hajj services section where files are still stored manually. The aim of creating this file filing system is to help and make it easier for employees to manage existing files.The research process involved identifying problems in Hajj file management, collecting data through observation, interviews, and literature study. System development uses PHP, Bootstrap, and HTML5 programming languages ​​as well as software, MySQL, Xampp, and Visual Studio Code. This system development method uses the waterfall method which has stages in a systematic sequence starting from analysis to maintenance. This research produces an information system in the form of a file archiving website that can help employees work in storing files, searching for data quickly and accurately, minimizing the risk of damage or loss of files, as well as making it easier for employees to manage archive data to be more effective and efficient, as well as ensuring information security stored data.

Abstract

Photos of heroes are one of the important images in history. Today's hero photos have poor image quality because the camera technology that existed in the past was still simple. Due to technological limitations at that time, the current hero photos are still of low quality with the dominant color being gray. This condition results in the information contained sometimes not being received properly. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to improve the image quality of hero photos which are still of low quality. Image quality improvement is one of the image processing operations which aims to perfect the image by manipulating image parameters. This operation is often applied to images that have poor quality so that the quality can be improved. In this research, we will apply image enhancement operations or improve the image quality of hero photos so that the quality can increase. There are many methods that can be used to enhance images, one of which is histogram equalization which has been widely used to enhance images, especially greyscale images. This method is usually done on images using the Matlab application because of its simple use. This research produces new images with better quality than previous images

Abstract

The Kelurahan Office is a government institution at the Kelurahan or village level that is responsible for the management of public affairs in its area. His responsibilities cover various aspects, such as administrative services, population registration, community empowerment, and implementation of government programs at the local level. In addition, the sub-district office is also involved in maintaining public order, handling conflicts, and facilitating social welfare policies. Thus, the sub-district office has an important role in supporting the welfare and progress of the community at the Kelurahan or village level. Therefore, it requires an effective and efficient system for the assessment of public services. The purpose of this study is to facilitate the public in providing an assessment of public services provided, improve accessibility, transparency, and community participation and provide evaluation data for continuous improvement in the provision of public services. The system development method uses the waterfall method which includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing and maintenance. The results of the study in the form of display output prove that the system is running well. And the test results of the system run well so that it can be used by the community.

Abstract

This study integrates two analytical approaches, Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOORA) and Organization, Rangement Et Synthese De Donnes Relationnelles (ORESTE), to identify priority locations for forest and land rehabilitation in North Sumatra. The study evaluates six key criteria, including rehabilitation area size, carbon emissions, ecosystem degradation, biodiversity, rehabilitation potential, and environmental impact, across ten candidate sites. Initially, the MOORA method was applied to assess quantitative factors, revealing that the technical potential among the locations was nearly uniform. Subsequently, the ORESTE method was employed to evaluate qualitative factors, including community participation, socio-cultural values, and institutional support. This analysis revealed significant disparities in social readiness. For instance, South Tapanuli and Mandailing Natal emerged as top priorities due to their robust social support systems, while West Pakpak faced significant social challenges. This integrated approach offers a comprehensive framework that balances both technical and social dimensions for the successful implementation of sustainable forest rehabilitation programs.

Abstract

Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSER) represents a company's commitment to contributing to sustainable development. The monitoring and evaluation (monev) process of CSER program implementation is often still carried out manually, which hampers the effectiveness and accountability of reporting. This study aims to design a web-based information system for monitoring and evaluating CSER using the prototyping method. This method involves several stages: communication, quick planning, quick design, prototype development, and evaluation. The outcome of this research is an information system design that includes UML diagrams (use case, activity, sequence, class) and user interface components to support the CSER monitoring and evaluation process. The system is expected to enhance the transparency, efficiency, and accountability of corporate CSER program reporting.

Abstract

This study presents an empirical evaluation of the effectiveness of digital transformation of plantation operational administration, through the implementation of the LintraMax Plantation Director (LPD) system at PT. Tolan Tiga Indonesia – Pelabian Estate uses the Digital Transformation Framework (DTF). Different from previous research, which tended to be conceptual, this study was based on the implementation of real systems used operationally by five main administrative functions, namely Payroll Clerk, Material Clerk, Accounting Clerk, Production Clerk, and General Clerk. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, which is analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results of the study show that the application of LPD is able to increase work time efficiency, speed up the reporting process, and increase the consistency and accuracy of administrative data. Based on the assessment using the Digital Transformation Framework, the level of effectiveness of digital transformation is in the Good category, with the main strength in the technology and strategy dimensions, but still requires strengthening in the aspects of work culture and human resource development. The findings of this study provide an academic contribution in the form of empirical evidence of the application of the Digital Transformation Framework in plantation operational administration, as well as practical implications for plantation organizations in designing sustainable digital transformation.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has significantly influenced the business landscape, pushing traditional businesses to adopt digital platforms to reach broader markets. This research focuses on the design and development of an online sales system (e-commerce) for Coffe ShopSipirok, a coffee shop looking to expand its market presence through a dedicated website. The e-commerce system is designed to enhance customer convenience, streamline purchasing processes, and provide detailed product information, ultimately aiming to increase sales and customer satisfaction. The development process includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing to ensure the website meets user needs and functions efficiently. The website features a user-friendly interface, secure payment gateway, and a responsive design adaptable to various devices. The implementation of this system not only improves the accessibility of Coffe Shop Sipirok's products but also positions the business competitively within the digital marketplace. Future work will involve continuous system upgrades and integration with advanced features such as customer feedback mechanisms and data analytics to further optimize the online shopping experience.
